I have to agree, 32 Red are not the worst. These categories are pretty black & white, with 32 Red it's more complicated than that.
I'd say if there was a category for biggest underachieving casino/ biggest decline I might consider them, but only for the high standards they'd set themselves the previous couple of decades

I would not say 32red are the worst at all - as they are a solid outfit. Its just these days they dont offer half of what other casinos do.
Limited games, terrible pending periods, and a live support button which takes forever to find. Sure many plus points but they dont do it for me
And without turning this into a 32red bash which is not what this thread is about, while I would never ever rate them as the worst casino
I think its really going to be hard to justify any kind of award to them this year. So many other casinos who are now miles ahead of what
was at one time the best.
Rep of the year for me has to be Dan Video slots or Rizk - even though not many dealings with rizk I can see how pro active he is
and the few Qs I did have were sorted within minutes.

They are a group in a sense - yes they provide the platform but are the licensee for a group of casinos. If they can cross-reference WITHDRAWALS across a whole load of casinos when it suits them not to pay players then IMO they should be termed a group.
Ok I have two.

Too much fear for pitchforks if i choose a single person or thread here, but i would like to say i have been seeing a lot of cool threads, that i now regularly check
Harry's new thread is a good one, Colin's (Geordie) CM Bar&Grill is a good one, all off Blathaon's contributions are great, i also think most of Dunover's slot reviews are very good, and there is so much more...people like Tirilej (also has my vote for most active Casino Rep helper
The 'bunch' i am referring too are a U.K. 'mob' of sorts, such as dunover, jonmincher, richy, goat, JD, Spin T and a few more, which are actually really nice people, and bring a lot of color and humor to the forums!
All i am saying, like every year, is that i am really happy to be part of one of the greatest Gambling Forums on the net!
There could be more said, even more categories added, but i am quite a busy man nowadays, so i'll leave it at that!
Edited to add: almost forgot about my most recent sign up, which was in Royal Panda, where so far all seems to be pretty cool! They didn't receive any action yet, so logically won't be in this list, but so far they seem to be one of the chosen few that get to be on the shortlist for next year!

I still feel that it's EM as a platform who are acting bad, not the casinos. Ask Eric at Casino Luck/Next/Wildslots if he is pleased with the way they have handled all that has happened. I'm sure he would say no since they are using EM and their reputation also got a knock in this.
Em is bad but that group is a good group that people here are voting for.
I would for instance vote for Rizk, Guts, Betspin as a group but I would never include ChanceHill even though they share the same license.
It's good if people know the difference so that's why I suggested to split it up and maybe have the Best/Worst platform too and not just group.

Still a very important factor, and of course i can only suggest 3Dice here..still like to check in every now and then, and they are still a top notch outfit.
Kind of feel they should be on the accredited list, but i assume that may happen in the near future again, if they so wish.
If not, no problemo, because this is one of the few that does not need an accredited status to do things right.
I also would suggest the JPC group again, as alternative for all the RTG fans out there (if they still exist
) as personally, i have always found them much more player friendly, than for instance the renowned Inetbet and Club World Group: i specifically like Springbok, as they let you feel like a rich man, due to their African Rand currency So for all you U.S. folks and RTG players, those two Casino's are deffo worth a visit! First time ever ive not had to even think about Best Casino as Videoslots wins hands down. It really is the complete package and caters well for low rollers. Tournaments , selection of games, great and active Rep, cashback race money and near instant withdrawals.

I had to think long and hard about this and am sad not to be nominating 32Red this year since I feel they are slowly going downhill with regards to payout times and CS. They are good but not great anymore.
So I come to what I think are the best this year.
Videoslots: they are always quick to pay withdrawals and have great CS and an active Rep.
Best rep in my opinion is Captain Rizk he is responsive and always upbeat.
Worst casino in my opinion this year is Casino Cruise. I have found their non-payment of winnings and other issues and their inflexible attitude towards those issues to be arrogant and a big turn off.
Worst named casino goes to pornhub hands down.
Don't know if its new this year but I would nominate Chance Hill for that award. I haven't had any luck there yet but have had noting but positive experiences with the CS reps.

A few more suggestions for the CM awards.
Last year I believe vinyl got a kind of "Lifetime Achievement" award.
How about we make this a permanent annual award (it doesn't appear to have been given in 2013 or 2014)?
Kind of like our equivalent to BAFTA's Fellowship. But obviously without the golden trophy.
Perhaps we could call it the "CM Hall Of Fame" award?
Obviously, vinyl cannot be awarded it this year, as he is already "inducted".
And perhaps just as a little extra, they have CM Hall of Famer added to their profile (in the same way that CAG and MM tags are shown on a CM member's profile).
As well as the Lifetime Achievement" award we could maybe do a "CM Special Contributor for 2016" award.
That would be based not on a CM member's longevity, but purely based on what that person brought to the CM table this year alone.
Also, the Winner Videos thread has grown exponentially this past 12 months. We already have an award for best screenshot of the year, so how about a Best Winners Video of 2016 as well?
We could also have an award for Best Streamer (although that might re-open a can of worms from a somewhat "heated" thread earlier this year)

I hate to do it, but I'm going to nominate OLG for worse reputable online casino. Yeah I won a boatload of money. But zero contact from the casino. No loyalty points for play. Limited bonuses, mostly draws and not always, and support that is truly shackled by the powers that be and the 1899s system. Took me nearly an hour to get total deposits and total withdrawals for the year, and because I ask stuff like this when chat time has waiting, the rep is being scored down for taking too long on a chat! Tomorrow I need to send an email about that. The rep eventually was able to give me what I requested, but anywhere else it would have taken minutes, and it's really down to the casino not giving him the necessary tools.
Good customer support is pretty key for me. I'll play places where it's less than ideal if the comps or bonuses are good enough.
But first choice will always go to good customer support.

Trada cs are awscakes, I used to always get "liam" who even after a month or more would either remember (or maybe they can see previous chats) and would bring up the 4 slice toaster I promised to buy him if I won the mega moolah.
