The best RTG casino for me is CWC because they listened to me when I asked for restrictions on deposits from me.
Carl, replied to my email with a great response that made me feel that he understood and restricted my deposits and when I had a 'gamble attack' and asked for the restriction to lifted, the reply was that it would not be possible but would just raise the weekly amount a little....this to me is great, because it saved me from going overboard with my impulse to gamble big.

I haven't been playing much lately since we're in the process of trying to buy a house, so I don't have a lot of input to give for new casinos or whatever.

My only recommendations are for casino reps, Ben and the other guy (Tony?) are great, and so is everyone from 32Red and BetAt, but I'd have to vote this year for Karolina. Like the others, she's always quick to respond and helpful, but this last year her job as the front-person for Club World was tough. It's easy to be nice when everyone loves you, it's not so easy when people are angry - and personally I think she handled it all very professionally and pleasantly. Either that or she had Valium.

And if there's an award for non accredited casino reps, my vote is for Dieter, the Tropica rep. Not speaking from personal experience since I can't play at Rival, but I've noticed how responsive he is with other players.

As I'm sure most people here are aware, I have affiliate sites promoting casinos - including all of the JC Group. But despite having a great reputation and better bonus terms than most other RTGs, the number of players I see signing-up and playing at their casinos is worse than pathetic
It's so bad I only check the figures for them every 3 months (instead of monthly), and I have seriously considered completely dropping them from my sites as they are basically just a waste of space and of no apparent interest to players.

while not directly responsible for passing casino legislation, the efforts of Rich Muny and The Poker Player's Alliance (PPA) should not be underestimated. These guys have been tireless for the past several years fighting for online poker rights through radio, lobbying at capitol hill, and petition drives- just to mention a few. while poker isn't casino gaming, it's a step in the right direction towards restoring the right to pursue happiness as one of the foundations the US was built on.

Meister Awards voting virgin here. Was only a member at CM for about 3 months this time last year, so didn't feel anywhere near "qualified" to vote on anything. With a further 12 months of education and experience at CM under my belt, I feel like I am better placed to vote this time.

Note: I have almost exclusively played MG Viper this year. Two Playtech casinos are the only exception and even then, my play there was very limited. To the extent that it is a non-factor in my voting. So that rules out a lot of casinos/people who would otherwise be more than deserving of a vote. I don't need to name names, we all know who they are.

Best Casino(s): Fortune Lounge Group. I liked all 5 of them to be honest, but if I have to name one casino, then I choose Vegas Palms. Honourable mention: 32Red Group (they, unlike Casino Rewards Group, didn't bonus ban me for having the audacity to be in overall profit across the entire group at one point).

Worst Casino(s): I have to name two here. First, All Slots. This was the first casino I ever played at. Boy have they gone downhill. To the extent that I am glad I can't play there anymore. I won't miss them one jot. Second, Redflush. My first experiences of their CS staff (when I was trying to take up their SUB offer) was so piss-poor that I never ended up making a deposit there. I do like a bonus and Redflush had a decent SUB, but I won't reward a casino that can't even provide basic levels of courtesy from the outset.

Best bonuses: 32Red....Their Dish Of The Day promotion is hard to beat. The presence of the Daily Avalon freerolls, the monthly Slotmeister leaderboard and their 32Red Group exclusive slot tournaments (Summer Regetta etc) doesn't do any harm either.

Short and sweet as long time playing has taught me that rewards and loyalty go hand in hand. I would say this year has probably been my worst year playing on line slots but thems the breaks, you win some you lose some. In days gone by I would have become frustrated and bounced about all over the place from casino to casino. Now that I`m more mellow in my old age My perspective is different. To me, a favourite place is the place where I still feel valuable and secure. As a customer and as a person, to me these are paramount and (at least to me) there are very few places that manage that. Although I dont nominate them for the awards, I would like to give a mention to the ClubWorld group who out of all the RTG`s are second to none and Roxy Palace who is also a very good MG operator.

Being in USA, Acreddited casinos are limited and pretty much the only option is RTG.

I play most of the Accredited RTG casinos that are USA facing. Here are my accolades and critiques of the groups I play.

INetbet - The worst customer service of the bunch. They have no live chat and getting a reply to emails is hit and miss. The replies you receive are more likely than not to be with attitude. On the plus side they write checks on USA banks and I have never had a problem depositing their checks. Their $5 free chip offered each week is meaningless as you have no way to cash out your winnings with the minimum withdrawal rules.

Clubworld Group - I have been playing them heavy for over a year now and am waiting to hear back about the first withdrawal I have issued with them. They offer the best playthrough conditions but seem rather stingy with oppurtunities to actually win.I'm not sure why but I do believe they are the most up and up for fair play.

Jackpot Capital Group - Was my favorite as I have had many succesful withdrawals. The problem is that they have to be done via WU or Moneygram as they write there checks on Canadian Banks. Sure the offer the PaymyCard but good luck getting your banks to approve a deposit. I usually have to use pasteandpay. They have increased their processing fee for WU and Moneygram to $85 from $65. Pretty ridiculous considering it costs them less than $20 to send the transfer. They have also completely screwed up the casino shell on Grande Vegas. When you are depositing with pasteandpay the easy way to do it is to paste the voucher in the deposit screen. That's no longer available. You have to type the voucher code nad it's very easy to miss a character or enter a wrong one. Won't be playing them again until they work that out.
