I have personally received answers to my questions from CS via email in less than 5 hours every time (care[at]ladbrokes.com). Also I don't recall a single player complaint from Ladbrokes players.
Well, two more awards that came into my mind:
Worst Named Sportsbook (they have a casino too): begawin.com [Beg A Win]. Do I have to beg for my cash outs to be processed too?
Best Overall Customer Support Of All Gambling Sites: PokerStars.
I shall clarify, they may RESPOND quickly, but often they DO NOT ADDRESS OR SOLVE the issue, and this is what is important. At the end of the second day I asked them to send it to management, who solved it on the SECOND ATTEMPT!
THIS is the big problem with them, many of the problems are quite simple, and should be solved in MINUTES, indeed, most should not happen repeatedly, because after management have apologised and corrected the mistake, how about them LEARNING from it such that it is far less likely to recur. Ladbrokes management seem to find this poor level of service "accceptable", and prefer the use of "fake" apologies and "fire fighting" solutions to actually learning from what is going wrong, and making improvements.
They may well be in line for "best promotions", but at the same time they have the WORST record when it comes to solving even simple issues. Since uninstalling last January after enduring 3 months of this CS crap, I played again this month because I had an offer for those free spins on TR II, and "found" 100 in my account. I checked my transactions, and it seems to have been a adjustment because they "lost" a Neteller transaction some time last year. Pity they couldn't be bothered to actually TELL me at the time, and this 100 had sat there for 9 months. Oddly, I could, NOT simply just withdraw it back out, as "withdrawable" was zero, something I have not even seen with outstanding WR.
My ONLY way out was to play this 100, a sneaky way to get me back again, and an opportunity they have chosen to throw away due to repeating all the same errors as last time.
I would have expected a casino that was getting some part of it's operations wrong to spend some time addressing it and putting it right.
So, Ladbrokes,
Best promotions - OK, agreed,
BUT, also "Head in the sand" award for just ignoring all these CS issues hoping somehow the magic fairy will fix it all.
They would not get worst management though, because there are many rogue casinos out there.
