Issues with Betat

Yep, the whole issue stinks. I was pretty much treated like a chump - not knowing they were sold (oops - forgot to tell ya). What a load of bullshit.

Whatever. What goes around comes around.

One thing that blows my mind, why would anyone accept a job not knowing who the owners are? Not the company, but the people who own that company. But I guess that is a common thing in this industry. Sad.

A little Freedom Of Information request from the UKGC should satisfy your curiosity........;)

It'll be interesting to see how and if the forthcoming AMLD5 chances anything when it comes to these kind of opetions (hiding the ownership). Shady players always found a way though, but hopefully it will make it harder to operate a casino from the shadows.

Two days ago, I spent a few hours trying to find out who the new owners are and none of my usual tools/sources got me anywhere. Truly shady, IMO, they made every effort possible to hide the ownership.

Let's just say they come from not too far across the Mediterranean from Malta.....
If you really want to know do a company check in Malta. You may have to pay a few quid.
If you're in the UK this must be disclosed to the UKGC which is perhaps a reason why it's being, ahem, obfuscated. A few people will likely report these guys.

They might be from Malta, but not Maltese, at least not all of them. I suspect Israel with Ukrainian / Russian / Armenian / Georgian background.

I couldn't be bothered to pay for the info, never do as my tools are usually good enough to find out without having to cough up some Euro. I just stop playing there! :D

A FOI is free, but I'm not sure it would produce more information on top of the company who owns it :(

The thing is, like bcasino, these lot use 'front' names for their operations anyway which aren't necessarily the persons collecting the revenue. The UKGC does indeed require the names of the individuals for a casino, but these aren't usually quoted there unless they hold a personal license too.

There are also two companies involved (if not more).
NRR Entertainment Ltd and NRR Holdings Ltd. Both registered at the same address

^^ Those are the original owners, used to show up on Skrill / Bank transactions etc.
Granted. But one would assume, if Igor was getting out of the business, he'd sell the companies, rather than the individual casino sites.

From what he told us here is that he sold the company:
I'm not with the business any longer. I've always intended to retire and sell out by the time i hit 36, and that's in few months :)

Accordingly, business has been sold last year and I've left the company as CEO. Betat - Bringit Affiliates Issue

Moved this to here since I am going to be gone for a week in the States, and this thread needs baby sitting.

There are no individual casinos as such as they are 2 brands run and owned by the same people, like say Mecca and Grosvenor or Cruise and Sloty. The business name isn't the casinos themselves, but NRR Entertainment. There's theoretically nothing stopping the new owners disposing of one casino brand, but with the consequences regarding registration, re-licensing etc. it's unlikely.
