Just logged in to betat.co.uk and found no games available to play: all Netent games won't load, giving 'Technical Error' message, and all other games load but disconnect after the 1st spin. Live Support acts as if they are not aware of any problem, so I am utterly confused. Am I their only player unable to play? Is it possible? Sheeeeet. So annoying.

FWIW I just logged in and opened a couple of netent games there and they were fine, didn't play them though as my balance is 0.00

Betat.com works good
the only thing is the slots need a little long to load. maybe its your internet connection

if its netent games you are talking about they were very slow for me today too, at WH. gave up on DoA after 20 spins because every spin would take a few secs to complete. other slots worked just fine so it could be something on netents side

I used to love betat/slotty but after they received a warning from Gambling commission last year it put me off badly and they only got a token deposit from me since then. I think it was the ddos attacks they suffered frequently that dented them badly. They started well and were going great till the attacks started happening

I'd laugh if it was the DDOS lot that blackmailed them into selling it. There's a lot of dodgy money now gained through crime and rogue casinos being laundered into obtaining legit licenses and casinos. Nothing surprises nowadays.

It’s been like this for a couple of months...games appear and disappear under provider...one day they have the elk games the next day they don’t....and it is all now understandable as to why everything has changed...even their bonus terms...

...Dodgy...

I wasn't even aware they had lost their accreditation status

Now that IS a shock, and just goes to show that no matter how good a casino may be, at any given moment they can completely change. Just...wow.

Along the time I learned that (just like in every day's life) what is good "today", "tomorrow" can be bad !
So we need to constantly monitor the market as long as we want to keep playing at any online casino/s !

Keep it Safe,
Denis

I was never a fan of the previous owner, did not trust him in the least bit! Not shocked he didn't vet the new owners well. I really hope he stays out of this business altogether.

Thanks for saying what I've been thinking all the time. No, I never trusted him either.

Good to see I was not alone also.

Refrained from posting in the past as last time I did, I was actually defending them and he jumped on the thread at the time and ripped me to pieces.

Apology came via PM, something had the roles been reversed I'd have been more than happy to do publicly which says a lot.

Rarely are my 'gut feeling' or 6th sense feeling wrong :D

I know for a fact they sold my details to a dodgy affiliate, obviously they denied it, but either they or a dodgy staff member 100% sold them. What was worse was the fact they had a screenshot of my full details, name, address, telephone numbers etc.

Do you know who bought them? If you know and don't want to post it then please send me a pm.

No, I never got the affiliates details, it was spam for videoslots, Dan got me the proof of opt in, when I told him it was clearly screenshotted from a casino backend (it was obvious from the details on there) and asked exactly when and where I had opted in, the affiliate stopped replying so VS's closed the account.

The reason I know it was from them was firstly the font used, and secondly my trap, ie if I sign up to a casino I would put my name as
Colinsunderland
coliNsunderland
CoLINsunderland

etc, the caps matched exactly the details they had and the font was identical. There is no chance it came from elsewhere.

My question was of course if you knew who bought Betat :D
I do remember your anger against that affiliate. I wish I dared to do something like that when I sign up to a new casino but most casinos are questioning my name anyway.

Seriously?? - What?? - Why??

You'd think given the huge volume of competition about nowadays, most would be bending over backwards to keep individuals happy, not piss us all off

They can't afford to do that. It's either getting our money but getting fined by those regulators, or getting less of our money by pissing us off, but then no fines :)

I change one of the letters in my name all the time since I use two ways of spelling it. No casino accept that you spell your name wrong. I can prove why so I'm just questioned.

Yep, the whole issue stinks. I was pretty much treated like a chump - not knowing they were sold (oops - forgot to tell ya). What a load of bullshit.

Whatever. What goes around comes around.

One thing that blows my mind, why would anyone accept a job not knowing who the owners are? Not the company, but the people who own that company. But I guess that is a common thing in this industry. Sad.
