Is Quick Tender only for USA Players?

Hiya: I have a QT account from 3 dice. I am moving overseas in a couple of months, and i wonder the following.

You can register 3 cards with QT. Does anyone know if they only allow them from US Banks, or can any type, "excluding MC", be used there, from any country? Could i use my debit card from PNB bank in the Philippines?

Do any of you from Canada, or Germany, ect, have a QT account? Thanks.

Why not send QT an email and ask them this way you have it from the horse's mouth
