Is online gambling legal?

I have a web site to send complaints to the FBI for internet fraud but I am not sure if online gambling In california or any state for that matter is legal...anyone out there know?

it seems to be kind of a gray area. Personally I would love to see it all go away permanently.

Same here in Missouri, it's legal but not, still iffy.

well shock shock, dear ol' Missouri protects it's citizens by sticking their nose into their personal business, this actually don't shock me, I checked the web site of Missouri's Attorney Generals Office, and it seems like online gambling is illegal here. Also found where their office has prosecuted and won a few cases already, but mainly against the owners of gambling places that allows betting on horses, football games, etc.

Next Issue:
Missouri outlaws use of any toilet paper except for White Cloud, anyone found using any other will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
