Hi guys,

short queston:
Is it normal these days that when you ask your online casino for your real RTP number of the complete year that they dont want to provide you that figure?
Quote "We dont do that since of internal reguations...please ask directly the slot providers"...

Solution
Trustworthy casinos should always be able to tell you your RTP if they do not or say they can not, then stop playing their as they are obviously not trustworthy lol

Majority of casinos have RTP tools in your accounts, where you can view your RTP's not all online casinos do but you should always be able to get it when you ask in live chat or email support etc etc!
Just curious @Casinomeister when does it end?
When will what end? RTPs not being disclosed? LOL

Believe me, this is a semi-new concept - and I would say 95% of the casino front line staff really have no concept of the functions of the games. Customer service reps - to include VIP service reps are there to ensure you are able to deposit, play, and withdraw your funds without hassles or any issues. It is a rare occurrence when the CSR knows what a seasoned player is talking about when it comes to RTPs. For instance, is it theoretical or actual? This would stump a load of CSRs and they would need to consult their managers. Or Google it :p

Also, lets not forget that in the past, the RTP was not public info for many software providers. I remember MGS's CEO telling me that they would not disclose their RTPs because it would really upset their operators. :p

And good luck finding these out at a land based casino. They won't tell you.

I would be willing to wager that most casino operations don't school their customer support on what RTP percentages actually are. And I would be very surprised (but pleased) to see a page or two discussing RTP on a casino website. But honestly, this is our job at Casinomeister to have these discussions here to educate the gambler. There are many threads in this forum that can teach you everything you need to know about RTP percentages, and if it's something you'd want to care about. :D

Using autoplay and auto stop triggers, I usually keep a rough per session RTP in my head while playing, but nothing beats videoslots 'my RTP' page even if it only goes back 6 months, would like to see something like this as standard in every casino and for lifetime stats, other places such as unibet you can work it out using the casino history but still nowhere near as convient as vs offering.

if they can provide a play history of every spin, how much was waggered and how much you won they can provide an RTP. I'm a developer and can tell you that wouldn't be hard to implement. mind you the CSRs either are lying or have no clue about it.

As I understand disclosure of theoretical RTP is mandatory for UK online casinos.

However, I don't think any casino should have to waste time and resources calculating a players RTP.... you defo not going to get this if you play table games live anywhere in the world (or on a fixed odds terminal in a British Bookies) - and - as long as the slots are fair (i.e not rogue software) what difference does it make? Theoretical RTP is a target over billions of spins - and for almost all players, across almost all games it will be significantly different from the Real RTP for this player. In both ways! Any game where you have had a multi thousand x stake win, you are likely to be well over RTP for the lifetime of that game.
It would be interesting if any videoslots players (Not me - nerfed RTP's!) can give there largest number of spins they have played on any one game..... it won't be in the billions, I will be slightly surprised if it over 10 million.

(20 spins a minute, playing the same game. for 8 hours a day, it would take you 1041 days of non stop play to get to 10 million spins)

So. in reality, you are asking casinos for irrelevant information - surely you know how luck or unlucky you have been recently yourself?
Videoslots only use it as a gimmick anyway..... just like the list of "hot numbers" you see on roulette tables. COME PLAY ME, I'M PAYING OUT LOADS!!
Check the RTP, if it the highest setting - give the casino your money and hope that your luck is in. If it nerfed, find somewhere else to play!

Ive never asked for a personal rtp anwyehere. Though a few weeks back I did see if Betfair would provide one for my 9 billion spins ive put through BOD there on 1 line (don't really play any other slot there, too many of the RTP settings are pathetic, so my entire lifetime rtp over the entire casino would be based on BOD spins anyway :D ).
Naturally, as expected, I got told the theoretical rtp is 96.xx% . After informing the CS agent i was aware of that but wondered if they might have my personal rtp for it available to share, i was told "we cannot provide that information". Though with the absolute state of their games RTP in general, I wouldn't want to let people know if I were them either.

comparing land based Casinos with online casinos when it comes to a RTP question is just stupid. Sorry.
in a online casino you can change the Slot you play, but the casino still identify you as the Same Player.
in a LB that’s not possible.
