Just curious
@Casinomeister when does it end?
When will what end? RTPs not being disclosed? LOL
Believe me, this is a semi-new concept - and I would say 95% of the casino front line staff really have no concept of the functions of the games. Customer service reps - to include VIP service reps are there to ensure you are able to deposit, play, and withdraw your funds without hassles or any issues. It is a rare occurrence when the CSR knows what a seasoned player is talking about when it comes to RTPs. For instance, is it theoretical or actual? This would stump a load of CSRs and they would need to consult their managers. Or Google it
Also, lets not forget that in the past, the RTP was not public info for many software providers. I remember MGS's CEO telling me that they would not disclose their RTPs because it would really upset their operators.
And good luck finding these out at a land based casino. They won't tell you.
I would be willing to wager that most casino operations don't school their customer support on what RTP percentages actually are. And I would be very surprised (but pleased) to see a page or two discussing RTP on a casino website. But honestly, this is our job at Casinomeister to have these discussions here to educate the gambler. There are many threads in this forum that can teach you everything you need to know about RTP percentages, and if it's something you'd want to care about.
