Hi guys,

short queston:
Is it normal these days that when you ask your online casino for your real RTP number of the complete year that they dont want to provide you that figure?
Quote "We dont do that since of internal reguations...please ask directly the slot providers"...

Solution
Trustworthy casinos should always be able to tell you your RTP if they do not or say they can not, then stop playing their as they are obviously not trustworthy lol

Majority of casinos have RTP tools in your accounts, where you can view your RTP's not all online casinos do but you should always be able to get it when you ask in live chat or email support etc etc!

I've modified the thread title to get some more interest in this thread. I have also made this a "Question" thread where you can vote for your best answer. The best answer gets pushed up to the top, and the person supplying the best answer gets a secret prize. How 'bout them apples?

Believe me or not. But it is one of the top5 casinos listed on the casinomeister page.
And it was not a "bot-support" answer but an answer directly from my vip manager...

At least i now managed to get my spintransactions.
However i stopped playing there instantly now...
I don't know which casino, and if they don't have it set up properly, then I can see why it would be time consuming, but I genuinely don't see how a slot provider would know it, not from your casino username anyway.
Plus, many providers won't speak to end users, playngo for example state they will not respond to customer enquiries (or did last time I looked)
Which casino is it out of interest?

Just curious @Casinomeister when does it end?
When will what end? RTPs not being disclosed? LOL

Believe me, this is a semi-new concept - and I would say 95% of the casino front line staff really have no concept of the functions of the games. Customer service reps - to include VIP service reps are there to ensure you are able to deposit, play, and withdraw your funds without hassles or any issues. It is a rare occurrence when the CSR knows what a seasoned player is talking about when it comes to RTPs. For instance, is it theoretical or actual? This would stump a load of CSRs and they would need to consult their managers. Or Google it :p

Also, lets not forget that in the past, the RTP was not public info for many software providers. I remember MGS's CEO telling me that they would not disclose their RTPs because it would really upset their operators. :p

And good luck finding these out at a land based casino. They won't tell you.

I would be willing to wager that most casino operations don't school their customer support on what RTP percentages actually are. And I would be very surprised (but pleased) to see a page or two discussing RTP on a casino website. But honestly, this is our job at Casinomeister to have these discussions here to educate the gambler. There are many threads in this forum that can teach you everything you need to know about RTP percentages, and if it's something you'd want to care about. :D

rubbish, how would a slot provider know your RTP, thats internal casino data. Which casino is it?

RTP is seriously down across all providers at the moment. Since Playngo ‘officially’ introduced 84% slots there is a race to the bottom between all casinos and software providers. Nobody wants to serve 94-96% slots while their competitors provide 84% and nobody seems to really care.

My personal RTP for the last 4 months is 83% for 50000 spins with the slots from five most “reputable” providers. Never before I had such a long bad streak in the past.
P.S. all the slots I played have an official RTP OF 95-96

yes its normal and stop asking for it, we have more to do.

Casinos should have a function to provide this for you, should be something real simple to see from a specific period ie "January 2019 - April 2020, Deposits: xxx Withdraws:xxx, Net winnings/loss: xxx"

Can't be that hard to implement

If Play 'n' Go is an issue, do the "Play n Go trick" and examine the 'xyz'fly file as the slot loads, the method is on here somewhere. Worth doing this before playing, every time.

Love this reply. RTP requests should be honoured but what do you want to know? “I’m sorry Boris but your RTP from your 16 spins was 20%” - “But you advertise 94, give me a bonus.”
