First of all, my english its not good as you can see but i hope it is understandable.

the case is that i have played at club gold casino, and have make a few deposit, i got a decent win and then decide to make a whitdraw.
right after that my account was blocked, and now i got a answer that the reason of that is becuse i have two accounts, i dont remember that and i understand that its not allowed to have two accounts becuse of bonus abuse, but i have only deposit at one account so its not a bonus abuse from my side.

the support say that its up to the payment guys if i get my wins

if i have deposit on the both accounts then I would not have complained, but in this case, i think its not fair at all if i not get my wihitdraw.

i have send a pm to Dino, who is the casino manager on CGC, and i hope he answer

what do you think guys do i have a case, is it fair if i not get my wins ?

If they tell you that you may only have one account I would expect that means you can only have one account.

Does it say in the terms what happens if you have more than one account?

Does it say all winnings will be void?

Does it say all accounts will be closed and all monies forfeited?

Whatever the terms say is what I would expect to happen. If you broke the terms it is certainly fair if you don't get your wins.
 
Clear cut, if youve made 2 accounts i fully agree that you shouldnt be paid even if you didnt deposit on one of them, EVERY casino states one account per household/person, If you broke that rule then thats your own mistake, However, if you have only 1 account, raise a PAB, there are people on this forum who will investigate, however, if you have 2 accounts, do yourself a favour and just leave, casinos will track you name, address, bank accounts, card used, ip address, you cannot avoid them knowing you have 2 accounts.

i have heard about other who have had two accounts but only deposit at one, this was on unibet and unibet only deleted one of the account and says that it was ok so long he not have taken bonus on two account, so some casinos can use there brains fortunately.

it must be possible and see it from different angles ?

Well..how about giving Dino a chance to actually answer you before you start soliciting opinions in public?

It might all be for nothing.

If you DO have two accounts, it is against the terms, and all your wins are void. Bog standard term just about anywhere.
 
club gold is a good place ... and dino their rep is very good at handling things

Some people make mistakes and create another account by accident. It happens.

Dino is very fair. if he realizes no abuse has happened and was a mistake, he will pay you. He will answer you so just wait for his response.

In the future when starting at a new casino i suggest speaking to support asking if youve ever created an account there before just to be careful. I actually did this with club gold and did have another account from years ago. They simply closed the old one and let me use the new one.
 
As others said, give Dino the chance to look into your case first. Multiple accounts are prohibited because they lead to bonus abuse. However, it is humanly possible to create an account without even depositing and claiming the signup bonus, forgetting all about it and then create a new account. Strictly, it just means you have created more than 1 account but have not abused any signup bonuses. Should the casino act fairly, they will honour your winnings and cancel the previous account.
 
I've played at Club God for about a year I've made a decent amount of withdrawals (I'm well up there) and I've always been paid...

I've spoken with Dino on previous occasions and have found him to be extremely fair. I believe if you haven't done anything wrong (like breaking the T&Cs) then you have nothing to worry about and you will get paid.

However if you have broken the T&Cs then Club Gold reserves the right not to pay you. The last time I read their T&Cs (a few months ago) I can remember that they are very clear.

Did you use any kind of no-deposit bonus on other account or not? If you didn't do anything with your other account, didn't deposit, or use deposit or no-deposit bonus on your other account, you just made it and forgot it, I guess you'll be fine.

I have just received reply from our payments team, which will contact you shortly regarding verification documents.
You did indeed have a duplicate account however this will not influence the outcome as there is no game play and it has already been closed.
At this stage it seems a simple matter of providing recent verification documents.

Please note that I have been in contact with the OP since this morning and have clarified the matter to him (reason to which I don't see the reason to the opening of this thread).
Our payment team had tried contacting the OP last week but were unsuccessful. The player does have a duplicate account, but as correctly mentioned on this thread, it was a long time ago with absolutely no activity, therefor I see no fair reason to apply any related duplicate account terms in this instance.
The account was temporarily locked due to verification purposes and once the process is completed with a swift and positive outcome, the OP will immediately receive his funds.

did CGC start pay faster? Never think to start playing there due to long waiting withdrawals...
+ always someone call me from CGC in the moment when i am very busy ( not complaint, just unlucky time) and on very bad russian trying to offer me deposit bonus :)
Imagine i am will call you and try on english offer a bonus :d
