Is Box24 accredited?

Hi all,

Just got a call from a rep at Box24 offering me a bonus offer. I thought they were accredited and sister casino to slotocash but didn't see them here. What do you think? Also, I seem to recall a max wager of $6.50 rule on bonuses but the rep promised me that was not the case.

Can anyone here provide a little more information?

No sister casinos

The chat operator also confirmed to me that Box24 had no sister or related casinos. I thought they were closely related to spartan slots and part of the sloto group. Can anyone confirm?

Nope, not now nor ever afaik.

"Box24 Casino is owned and operated by Deckmedia N.V. in Curacao" They're a TopGame property so it's no surprise that their relationship to other casinos isn't openly shared.

FYI other known Deckmedia properties include Spartan Slots, Desert Nights UK, Black Diamond, and Slots Capital. SlotoCash and Miami Club are part of their affiliate program so there's likely some connection there. Rumour has it that there may be several (many?) more properties involved.

Yeah, there are a handful of Deckmedia brands that are accredited here - that have gone through the BBF, etc., but Box24 is not one of them. I don't endorse TopGame casinos.

The problem is that most of these places buy up casinos etc and just assume they can say that they are accredited as its a sister casino and Deckmedia would not be the first group to do this.

It is not just casinos that do this either. Affiliate programs and the like do the same by displaying badges from the likes of GPWA and Guard Dog when they have not gone through the proper channels.

As for a Top Game casino being accredited, I doubt this would happen unless something drastically changed, but I am not Bryan.

Sorry Max, I was not saying this to you but to the op and for the purpose of the rest of my post. I agree completely, I don't why casinos try to hide the fact they have sister casinos under their umbrella but it happens quite often.

It can have been some changes too.
When those three Rivals switch to Topgame I immediately unsubscribed.
I think it was just last week I recieved emails from them again so who knows?

I trusted them before, but as Topgame casinos, no way!

A while back, Deckmedia chose to outsorce their support:

As a regular player (I was....until some years ago) I think that when they send these emails I am entitled to the free chip. Turns out, I'm not. Not until I have made yet another deposit. I of course tell CS that I don't make business that way.

When Black Diamond started their business some years back they were together with GoldVegas (sister casino to Grande Vegas) the only two fast paying and independent casinos with Top Game software. They had their own support AND processor. Now they are owned by Deckmedia but all things with support and promotions are from by Top Game.

They 100% definitely used to have a $6.50 max bet rule, because I was always going on at the rep to try to get it increased!
Looks like they have finally taken notice, because I can't find any reference to a maximum bet in the T&Cs now.

Very interesting. I did not know this. Is their Deck Media affiliation new? I stopped playing at all Deckmedia casino's several months ago because their support sucks and I always have to hunt down the rep for help. My BS meter is set real low.
When I dropped Black Diamond , I started playing Box24.

Honestly I should have picked up on this. They are very similar in their approach and I received almost back to back text messages from black diamond and box 24 the other day.

Guess, I'm down 1 more casino. My list is getting smaller by the day.
