Irish Luck, treated like a dog

Well if that is truly the case then what is the point of spending/depositing what we do in order to be VIP Customers ?? That does not even make any sense and goes against all the grain of the way land based casinos operate toward their VIP clientele...

RE: VIP Customer service.

A couple of people have picked up on that point. I agree it was poorly worded and didn't really convey the point i was trying to make.

My point was, any customer, weather 'large' or 'small' can expect a very high level of customer service from us.

Our VIP customers will get treated like royalty, with extra benefits and privileges that go way above and beyond bonuses and extra money to play with. Benefits such as these depend a lot on the individual. There's not a set programme here because the VIP managers will get to know you first and decide on something suitable.

For frequent/regular players there is also a Loyalty program which rewards you based on your your length of play with us, deposits and a range of other factors.

RE: Bonuses

We are literally in the middle of changing our entire bonuses and promotions system. This includes the generic bonuses and the multiple VIP and loyalty systems. It will 100% completed in next day or two. There is a LOT to do here, so if you login and see that you don't have any bonuses at all... don't panic! They'll definitely appear again.

At a bare minimum, the default signup and cashback bonuses should be available to you though.

If you have any issues regarding bonuses, I urge you to contact our support staff about the matter first.

Haha! I was playing at Irish Luck when the message telling me not to panic appeared. Though a bit surprised, at least this is the right way to convey something towards a player who will feel bad when he has played on several occasions and then suddenly finds nothing in the cashier with regard to promotions.

Er, maybe we could have used a better word than 'panic' though I cant think of one right now.

Well I couldnt even claim the SUB from irish luck....got banned as soon as my account was created obviously.

Looks like Sloto keeps my business!!

The signup bonuses are both available in your account now.

We're also doing a slots bonus this weekend, which will appear shortly after I set it up.

We're currently redoing *all* of our promotions. They're currently in testing.
The reason for this, is that there was a lot of overlap in the bonuses and we noticed a lot of them weren't getting used.

Please don't worry if you see fewer bonuses in there than you are expecting as this number will greatly increase.

If there's something in particular you would like, send me a PM or email and I'll see what I can do for you.

150% up to $500 with 36x wr (d+b) AND the bonus is not withdrawable (sticky). first time i have seen a sticky bonus. when i got the email of a 150% i was thinking, finally, a decent bonus from rival...

ironically, it's still the best bonus i've been offered in a while, lol.

does everyone else have the 1x minimum cashout tagged to all their bonus offers? even the 15% alternate payment one? it seems hard enough to meet the wr but even if you do, you can't cash out unless you have more than your deposit+bonus? i haven't been using bonuses at slotocash and have been doing fine.

It's also nice to see another responsive rep from a rival casino. It does seem that irishluck is heading more towards the direction of slotocash versus the other groups of rivals. It will definitely make them seem more of a stand alone so that it will be slotocash, irishluck, and then the other groups.

There's no minimum or maximum withdrawal on the bonus you're 3x150% slots bonus you're referring to.

Currently the only bonuses we have limits on are the various no-deposit offers from affiliates.

Hope this clears things up.

All very well, but WTF is going on:confused:

This is getting more confusing by the minute. First we have a withdrawal of $2000 being the final trigger for a ban, and now we have one merely for CREATING an account at what is an INDEPENDENT CASINO.

Why does the Rival system think it "abuse" to play at different INDEPENDENT Rival casinos, this should ONLY EVER happen when players create "too many" accounts within a SINGLE group of casinos.

It beggars belief that a system designed to PROTECT operators actually PREVENTS you from gaining a player from a COMPETITOR.

This only further supports the view that this "independence" is mostly a sham, and that the overall OWNERS of these Rival casinos is still Bonne Chance, and that it is only LOCAL MANAGEMENT that is "independent".

Certainly, this would make a HELL of a lot of sense, as Bonne Chance would be protecting against players having what is, in effect, DOZENS of accounts at the SAME group of casinos.

It is no different to the Playshare white label scheme, where there are now DOZENS of "Naden" white label casinos, but these are all owned by ONE COMPANY, in this case it's Naden Inc - here, they make it plain that players can only play WITH BONUSES, at any ONE of the Naden casinos, PLUS and ONE of the main Playshare casinos.

Rival seem to be leading players up the garden path, and allowing players to sign up at many pseudo-independent casinos using Rival software, but there is a parameter that records the overall number of Bonne Chance accounts an individual has, and if this is breached, any further Rival accounts linked to Bonne Chance are automatically LOCKED, and local managers can rescind this if they would rather THEY have the customer, rather than their colleagues managing the other casinos.

I may not know what is in the "black box" of the Rival central database, but I can see the input, and the output, and from this is is possible to deduce some of the formulae being used, and even the "secret" criteria that have been set to activate the ban switch.

The more that players post what they did immediately before they got banned, the easier it gets to work out what is going on. Then, simply apply business logic to the output, NO "Independent" company would EVER turn down the acqisition of business from a "rival";) business, indeed, business spend MILLIONS in advertising and promotions to do just that, HOWEVER, a SINGLE company would NOT want EXISTING customers sapping money put aside for NEW customers by taking out multiple introductory offers.

There is more than enough circumstantial evidence here that Rival casinos are a cluster of SUBSIDIARIES of Bonne Chance, rather than a set of completely independent businesses licensing Rival software.

Despite appearences, there are probably no more that a couple of truly INDEPENDENT Rival casino groups, SlotOCash, and the rest of them. SlotOCash do NOT ban players from central database triggers BECAUSE they have POACHED them from Bonne Chance, and want them to STAY, and this seems to be the results they are getting.
