Introduction and a PlayOJO payment question

Hi, my name is Avalon. Hope you’re all well.

Question - I am awaiting funds from PlayOJO - how long does it take to be completed? Is there a delay due to it being a bank holiday in the UK? It’s currently at player pending status. I have another balance that I want to withdraw as well.

You should contact the casino rep here on the forums if you have concerns about your withdrawal. They are @EGO and you want to send them a Private Message to discuss your issue.

If for some reason that does not produce satisfactory results you're always welcome to use our Player Arbitration (PAB) service which is free of charge to all Casinomeister members in good standing.

Hi, I am having trouble logging in to p,at Ono. I have all the correct info, it logs in sometime but them it kicks me out. I have a message saying having issues logging in please try again in 30 mins. I have money in my account that I want to withdraw.
 
@EGO , are you able to offer assistance to @looby101 ? That would be much appreciated.

@looby101 , perhaps you could take the initiative and send @EGO a Private Message on this. They're usually pretty quick to respond.
