WENT TO INTER CASINO CASHIER AND TRIED 6 TIMES OVER A PERIOD OF HALF AN HOUR TO TRANSFER $100 FROM MY NETELLER ACCOUNT
THE NETELLER WEBSITE WAS DOWN, IT INSTRUCTED ME TO TRY LATER, I CANCELLED EACH TRANSACTION AND WAITED 1 HOUR
I WENT BACK TO NETELLER WEBSITE 1 HOUR LATER AND THE WEB SITE WAS OPERATIVE, I DISCOVERED $100 HAD BEEN TRANSFERRED TO E CASH
I WENT TO THE INTER CASINO SITE AND SAW THAT MY ACCOUNT HAD NOT BEEN CREDITED $100, IT WAS STILL SHOWING ZERO
I E MAILED INTER SEVERAL TIMES FOR A RESPONSE BUT RECEIVED NO REPLIES
I REQUESTED A PHONE CALL IN 5 MINUTES, IT TOOK 2 HOURS
I ASKED INTER ABOUT THE PROBLEM AND ABOUT MY E MAILS THEY GAVE A WEAK EXCUSE OF A BACK LOG
THEY TOLD ME THEY WOULD LOOK INTO IT
I E MAILED RYAN HARTLEY THE MANAGER- HE REPLIED 2 DAYS LATER TERSELY TO CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICES
I E MAILED NETELLER WHO TOLD ME THEY WOULD INVESTIGATE THE MATTER, THEY HAVE TELEPHONED ME TO SAY THE MATTER IS BEING LOOKED INTO
I E MAILED A CUSTOMER SERVICES MANAGER AT E CASH CALLED KIMBERLEY WHO HAS TOLD ME SHE WILL INVESTIGATE THE MATTER AND TO BE PATIENT AND TO DATE SHE STILL HAS NOT RESOLVED THE MATTER
I HAVE TELEPHONED INTER CASINO MYSELF ON 2 OCCASSIONS AND TOLD THE MATTER IS STILL BEING INVESTIGATED
FOR A COMPANY THAT PROUDLY CLAIMS TO BE CASINO OF THE YEAR I FEEL I HAVE BEEN TREATED SHABBILY
TO RUB SALT IN THE WOUNDS, INTER HAVE E MAILED ME TO CAST A VOTE THAT THEY BE CASINO OF THE YEAR 2004
HAS ANYONE ELSE EXPERIENCED A SIMILAR PROBLEM TO MINE?- ANSWERS ON A POST CARD.......?
