Resolved iNetbet withdrawals are slow

Just a heads up as to what my experience has been as a US player recently. I made a withdrawal by check option on the 21st of APR, and was approved on the 23rd. As of today (APR 29) the check has yet to be processed and mailed via Fedex. I contacted their support group and was asked to check back tomorrow for a tracking number. That makes this withdrawal period a total 8 days so far since I hit the withdrawal button and the check hasn't been mailed yet. This isn't horrific, but just wanted to let everyone know this is the timeline being experienced.

You were mailed on the 23rd, from which you responded, that your check was sent on the 23rd, we are awaiting a batch of tracking numbers for yours and other clients, as soon as these are received we will forward yours to you.

We apologise fir the delay in getting this to you but there are some minor delays with the current batches.

Same here, was lucky enough to have withdrawal 4/19/14....as of today...no tracking #.....getting concerned myself. Adam..Hopefully Emily will take care of this ASAP. Good Luck!
 
I am not very happy lately with inetbet processing times,
but have to say that on multiple occasions I received tracking info at the same day I received actual check. In many cases tracking info is so late it become irrelevant, check already arrived.
I don't like the rule one paymycard withdrawal per week.
If I am low rolling and win 500(max per withdrawal with paymycard), it make no sense to play there for a week.

But hey, at least casino operating fine, unlike club world at the moment))

Thank you. While what you are saying is accurate as far as the dates involved, how did you know what my inetbet account username was to pull that information? I never disclosed my username here or in a PM and it is different than the username I use here.
 
Hmm Ive been playing quite a lot at the EU version of inetbet and Ive gotten my withdrawals in ~10 hours at average. Though maybe they dont have the same standards?

Gambling for US residents needs to fly under the radar to a certain extent, and sometimes it fails to do so, and a batch of funds or processor account will be seized and payments reissured.

I'm not US, prompt payments has been a reason to be an Inetbet customer for years for me.

As a forum member and reader, I think they do one of the best jobs for US players. There have been a couple of threads recently from US players, and there never used to be any (sure bonus stuff or whatever).

Things can change. How may times can a business survive processors stealing their money or the government seizing it?

The processor sends the money, but they might not be that prompt sending the tracking numbers back. I think it takes a couple of days anyway even for the processor to get them. And someone working for them needs to send them on to the casino.

A few members have mentioned the package arrrives before the tracking number.

From my years of forum reading and my own personal experience, Inetbet has did one of the best jobs of paying players in a timely manner.

But if government keeps hitting you hard, how long can you do so?

I don't think I'd worry from the .eu side.

I guess we have little choice but to sit and wait for them to get their act together. I won't dare to send them another email checking on status seeing how they respond to their players emails shared in other threads.

That is correct. I have never communicated with iNetBet over PBM here what my username is, so I'm guessing they put 2+2 together to figure out who I was based on the dates I referenced in my posting here. Not a big deal although a bit creepy.

Just a sort of side note. If expecting a delivery by one of the major carriers, go online to the carrier website and sign up. Most will send you emails and/or texts alerting you to upcoming deliveries. I generally received notification from carrier before casino had tracking info.

Yes, I just got another e-mail from Brian telling me the same thing...basically that there is an "issue" with this batch of checks and they are working to get it resolved. Asking me to be patient ...that they do their best with us U.S. players...and would appreciate my continued patience. Still no tracking #...and when I call Fedex...hoping that they will be able to give me some info in lieu of tracking #...nothing was sent....So in same boat milemaster. I am a very good customer of Inetbet and have to think that they will get this resolved.

I have done that with FedEx and UPS, it works well

as im not USA i can vouch for inetbet in regards of fast payments made the last three withdrawals have all been sent well within 24 hours back to neteller )

I too am very impressed with the payout speed (to Neteller), service and overall feel of the site... and a helpful Rep. Thumbs up from me :thumbsup:
 
Nothing is perfect, I mean US players are lucky if a casino even does payout. I have been burned a lot by casinos, and INETBET has always been on the ball. So, if they are having issues, I believe they will be fixed soon enough. I have yet to see them just NOT pay someone, we all play the waiting game from time to time.
