Whine and Moan Inetbet withdrawal process

I too am having issues with the InetBet document verification process. I don't believe I will not get paid, but just wanted to state that I've been back and forth with emails and documents with support for about a week now. I've sent in my standard casino docs as well as a verification form and an extra utility bill at this point and after that they came back and stated my signature doesn't match my driver license.

I'm not sure what they want from me here, when I looked at the two signatures they are almost exactly the same...I even cut and pasted them and posted them side by side to make the verification easier.

Just wanted to state that there really is something kind of odd going on with Inet at the moment. I've never had issues like this getting my docs approved.

I'm uploading my signatures, please let me know if you feel my complaint is justified here...

To the poster above, personally, those signatures look different enough to me to require some further checking. Just me though.

I'm gonna defend iNetbet here, I've been a long time player with them, and I don't think I've ever had any issues with getting paid. Even the very first time, iirc, I was asked to resend documents as they were too small (or something), and the CS stayed in constant touch with me via email.

I've also tried to withdraw via Bank Transfer before, since it was over 250$, and Moneybookers says within their cashier 250$ max withdrawal.

However, I received an email shortly after I requested the transfer, explaining that because I deposited using MB, I need to re-withdraw via MB, and set it as seperate withdrawal requests @ 250$ each time.

I've found them to be courteous and helpful at every step - I don't know if it's just me that gets this preferential treatment or what! Finally, payment has gone down to roughly 6 hours now, there was even a time last month when my payment was completed in just 30 mins :D

It's about the only RTG I'll play at now tbqh.

Just because the FBF signature and DL signature don't exactly match, you have provided the required necessities for your withdrawal. In fact, if you were faking it, the signatures would match perfectly.

My signatures don't always match. Although my name is short (3 letters first name, 3 letters last) depending on my mood, if I'm in a hurry, don't care, etc., it can vary. Going through my 20's, 30's. and now 40's my signature has changed a lot.

They are unreal, I have again closed my account there.. Unresponsive CS, and when the 3.5 hours have elapsed and they do respond, they intentionally avoid the questions so that u r sure to have to send another email to them and in turn, they to you... ImE, they use deliberate stalling practices to get ppl to playback their withdrawals...

And it is what it is, but they violate their own terms in one way:

Please Note: A faxback form maybe required upon making your first withdrawal. The funds will remain on hold until your information is validated. This form can be found under our website "Banking" section -

That was taken from the cashiers page/withdrawal tab of their casino suite... But its not honest... They do not allow ur funds to remain on hold, which they should, but instead, they insert ur now-rejected deposit back into ur account, while ur playing...

I have not used a cc there in over 10 months, they wanted me to verify my cc's used... But they didnt say that... Until 5 emails and 3 withdrawals had been declined by them... In fact, they dont even tell you the w/d has been declined they just do it...

Unacceptable behavior from any place trying to retain customers... And Idc who thinks the CS system is adequate, when they choose not to reply, its bs, its dysfunctional by definition... And you have no idea if they are not getting the emails at first... Then when u get a reply, after say 3,5 hours, and it answers none of the questions u asked in the last email u sent, u begin to think, "Well, this is fuct, and there is no recourse..." BC there isnt...

Hi Everyone,

I trust you all had a good Easter Weekend.

Just a quick reply to 3mptyseat. If you are going to post in a forum please make it accurate.

Yes we requested an updated fax back form - as you had used new deposit options since the last one was sent in. However this was not the reason your withdrawal was returned to your accoount.

Your withdrawals were denied as you were requesting via a method that was not available to you. As explained to you in our emails your withdrawal needed to be sent back to the same online wallet you used to deposit. It was thus denied so you could re-request via the correct method.

(Denied is probably the wrong word here - the withdrawals were were not being denied. You were simply being asked to withdraw correctly.)

The initial email was sent when accounts first went to process your withdrawal some 8 hours after it was requested.

However you ignored this and subsequent requests and kept on requesting via other means even after we had informed you as such.

Enjoy the rest of the Easter Holidays everyone.

Best Regards

inetbet promos, i believe you have the right not to process the withdrawal via a means not used to deposit. however, why did you have to reverse the amount back to the playable balance. this could catch players unawares and they might play back the balance without noticing. i believe you could have notified the player and still leave the withdrawal in pending status until both parties agree on a mutually acceptable withdrawal method.

I've filled out loads of verification forms, and I don't have a printer.

I just open it in Word or whatever, and type the details in, before dropping in a high quality digital photo (converted to png) of my signature, then email it back.

No casino I've sent a form to via this method has ever complained or asked for a physical copy of it.

Inetbet.....

Hello to all!
I hope this post will show, because I have been having problems posting here.
As for me,I did withdraw quite a few times at Inetbet via Moneybookers, and within 12 hours the most my money is there.
I did fill out the form a long time ago too,and recently refilled it just to make sure.
Never ever have I had any problems from Inetbet about withdraws, and they are still my Number1

accuracy?

I asked 4 times over 11 hours if the statement on the site where it suggests that
Should a different processor be requested a fax back form will be required

As I said 4 times over 11 hours, I queried the CSR's if I could 'request' a different payout. And I got an answer...

Dear dustin,

We have received your request to make a withdrawal from your iNetBet account to your Bank via a wire transfer.

Unfortunately, we are unable to make wire transfers in amounts less than $1,000 or without a required Fax Back form.

For these reasons, we have returned to your iNetBet casino account the amount you had requested to withdraw.

We apologize for this inconvenience, please contact Customer Service for further information.

support@mail.inetbet.com

Kind regards,
CSR Lynn
iNetBet Accounts department.

Reminder.
Due to the vigilance surrounding the international movement of monies, can you please ensure we have the exact details of the bank to be credited, including any appropriate Swift or other tracking numbers required.

They sent that email 3 more times and each time, they had canceled the withdrawal I had submitted and gave no explanation... NOR did they ever once say in this email why they were not passing the withdrawal thru... This email, sent 4 times, suggests that there are 2 reasons which may have caused the declined w/d:

1) The amount was less than $1000usd, and bank wires must be $1000 or above.

2) The faxback was not on file.

Well, I reject the first option as possible, the w/d was for well over $1000 usd. And the second option seems wrong, because we have the CSR admitting that the accounts team has my docs...

So accuracy??? I got some of that! And as for the smugness; I wouldn't have said another word about this, but inetbet's ego just couldn't let it go... Now you get some attention that you deserve...

And why couldn't you let it go? You got what u wanted... 4 denied withdrawals following 4 emails that never once answered my question and finally I played all $**k back... $10k wasn't enough? You need to portrait me as a liar too? U knew my history, and you made me wait hours between responses and even then never addressed the questions I posed... Bravo! Inetbet $10k... 3mpty ($50) Happy now?

This is inept. If I asked someone what the time was, and they said "It's warm and sunny", I would think they were an "idiot".

There is no way this can be considered an answer to the question posed, and simply serves to wind up the player concerned, blowing up a minor issue into a major problem, especially since the player will have another few hours to build up a head of steam before they can get another reply from CS.

Maybe some players fail to read the instructions, but we also have too many instances of iNetBet doing the same, failing to read the players' emails and sending back the answer they fancy, rather than one that actually answers the question posed.

In this example, a proper answer would be that either Click2Pay was not OK, or that is would be OK once certain provisions had been adhered to, such as minimum amounts and certain documentation.

Players are often asked to send documentation that they have already sent before, had verified before, and even been paid on the basis of. Then they suddenly get told "we don't have your ........ on file, please send it". Whilst true, it is not the PLAYERS fault, but that of iNetBet for deciding that what they have is no longer good enough, and thus a fresh set is needed. Unfortunately, it comes across as an accusation that the player had never sent these documents in the first place, rather than a polite request for a set of updated documents because circumstances had changed, such as the use of a new deposit or withdrawal method.

We also have the player who was asked to recall an old phone number from 5 years ago that was no longer in use, and of which no written record now exists outside of the vaults of the old phone company, or iNetBet database. This is hardly something that is "readily available" to the player NOW. It is the same as asking for a new copy of a long since expired and destroyed credit card. There is no way to make a copy of something that has not existed in physical form for some time. Customers are REQUIRED to destroy unused or expired cards by their bank, some banks even insist the pieces are sent back to them.

We also finally get to see what is at the heart of this "signature doesn't match the driving licence" issue. The signature DOES "match" apart from some minor detail, and this is usually down to the fact that signatures evolve slowly over time, and signatures on an ID document can be many years old - up to 10 for the UK driving license. Further, the signatures used for a drivers license or a passport have to be "modified" in order to fit within the prescribed box, and where the "freeform" natural scrawl is too big, the person has to create a somewhat "artificial" version, which requires deliberate thought and control, whereas a "freeform" signature is created by "autopilot", and no conscious step by step thought goes into it. This creates some differences when comparing a "freeform" signature against one that has to be crafted to cater for constraints on size.

I find my own signature differs slightly each time I use it, and this is down to the actual environment of production - the differences are similar to those in the above screenshot.

If the "freeform" signature was created by a step by step conscious process under the constraint that it had to match the one on the license, it probably WOULD match far more closely.

Recently I had a withdrawal of $450, via QT. I have used this method for countless deposits and had a couple withdrawals without a problem back to my QT.

But on this last one, it was returned to my playing account twice, financial said my QT number was incorrect. On the first attempt to correct this, I couldn't find where the number could be checked, so sent the financial department my QT account information via email and withdrew again.

Then I went back to Inetbet and saw my money was back in my active account. I was instructed to delete my QT preference and then put the information back in and request the withdrawal again.

I did as instructed, but having the monies back in my account, "again" was to much of a temptation for me and I played it all back. I have only myself to blame for losing my winnings, so I am not complaining because of this, just very dissapointed in the whole process.

My complaint is that this should not have happened in the first place as all my QT information was the same and has not ever been changed by my self between my previous deposits and withdrawals and this one.

I have tried to email you, but obviously I have no email or pm privileges, so am having to resort to public posting with this issue.

well im just having probs getting my docs through first time i only did send my driver li and paytub and thats always been enough in my case as i only use Neteller but they replied 2 days later and want the verifaction form well i fill that one out and now 2 days later still no reply ? im sure they pay quick once its verified but this process is way to long,as i got money pending and its always tempting to reverse it when you go into cashier to check out your status

I have been playing at iNetBet for yrs. with no problems at all. I now use a C.C only and withdraw with Wire Transfers with no problems.....In fact iNetBet is really fast there too. I am thinking that if i used QT, then thats how i would have to withdraw...so i'm happy i don't.

Interesting

I have been member at inetbet since they started and in the past made numerous wire transfer withdrawals. Recently I tried to withdraw by wire as the amount was over 1000 and was refused on the basis I deposited by neteller and it had to be withdrawn the same way. The particular CS and I has numerous unproductive emails on of this issue, including my history of prior wire transfer withdrawals. Not being satisfIed I asked for the emails to be referred to Emily who I was told was away at the time but no response was ever received.

I find it interesting that another member has been allowed wire transfers even though the deposit wasn't made that way= seems a little contradictory. Where over 1000 prefer wire transfers due to netellers outrageous fees and exchange rates.

Perhaps some consistency between CS responses might be beneficial.

Hi all,
I hope you had a good Easter Break.

I just wanted to reply to a few recent posts:

Colly: It seems that there may be some confusion on your behalf as to what unicorn40 has posted.
This client only uses credit card to deposit so we cannot send funds back to them via the same method.
If they deposited via an online wallet then their withdrawal would be sent back via the same method as per our terms.
What they stated was correct "I am thinking that if i used QT, then thats how i would have to withdraw." If they used an online wallet then they would have to withdraw via this method.
The same rule applies for all we do not make exceptions on this. I hope that this clears things up for you.

The Viking: Your fax back form was not sent in previously, it was only received a few hours back. This is being verified at present and your withdrawal will be processed when this is completed.

Best Regards

Why using a casino that uses all kinds of tricks to deny or delay a withdrawal ?
I drew the consequences from this threat: I will not play at inetbet any longer.

I would like to speak on Inetbets behalf, as a typical player. I have never known this casino nor it's staff to use any form of threats or trickery to not pay their players. There may be a glich here and there, but not nearly as many as you will find from some other casinos.

Although I was not happy with my withdrawal being put back in my account, I will continue to play at Inetbet because they are very trustworthy in my opinion, it's me I can't trust, lol.

If you are from the us your only choice to play is a a rtg or a rival casino. So i´m not surprised that inetbet is a good casino for you compared to the loads of rouge casinos accepting us residents... But we in europe still (if only some months longer) have a real choice.

well got my docs approved today so so im just looking for my withdrawal and see if there speedie payouts are true, and if so i will be a loyal player there :) i limit my self to casinos that payout in less then 24-48 hours and there are enough of them around on all platforms so why some casinos still payout in 1-2 week is beoynd me

Hmm..moment.

The true test of "trust" in an online casino can only come from the PAYOUT process. No amount of pleasant communication, fun times, quick and easy deposits, verbal promises, etc. can take the place of a fast, consistently reliable, and efficient payout process.

If you are just playing or 'fun', then save your $$money$$ and do exactly that using that option.

But, if you are playing for $money$, then this is exactly what one should receive when they win. Period. No excuses, and no long drawn out dramas.

Remember, to LOCK YOUR BETS.
And, then you remove the temptation of losing your cool and/or money by playing it all back. I too have experienced some of the same issues expressed here with InetBet. BUT, I also have played all of my winnings back as well. Patience and temperance are crucial qualities for online gaming. Live and learn.

With that said, I have yet to cash out at InetBet yet. So, I will reserve comment until I actually do cash out and will report my experience then.

Good Luck Everybody and try to maintain a positive spirit!
