Extended whining session below:

I recently used up their birthday bonus and cleared WR being $1200 ahead. This was last Friday. I would have liked to use wire transfer as my withdrawal method as my deposit method (Ecocard) had a maximum withdrawal of $500.

I did not know you could do multiple withdrawals at once as I thought you would have to wait until the previous ones cleared (I know, stupid me, especially being a player there for 5 years). I have cashed out there within the last year as well.

Saturday morning I wake up and the money is back in my player account with no explanation email whatsoever. So I inquired with support and waited 6 hours to hear back that I could make multiple withdrawals via Ecocard which I thought was great. But that still didn't explain why my wire transfer was canceled even though it is shown as an available withdrawal method.

I then make all the necessary arrangements to get paid and begin to play the waiting for approval game. I then get told that my verification form from the previous cash out was never filled out entirely and I would need to resubmit a new form with a new photo id. Yet somehow they paid me previously even though my form was apparently not filled out properly .(it was not hand signed) Again that's another day gone. I then had to complete the form and resubmit it again which I did yesterday evening.

I get a message this morning that I need to send a utility bill also to confirm address even though my driver's license does show the issue date and the address. I am also told I need to confirm my phone number from 5 years ago that I created the account with.

I then send in a hydro bill and confirm what I remember to be my old phone number. The next email I get back asks me to confirm my phone number again:what: . By this time I am getting quite angry as I just confirmed it and double checked that I did so accurately in the previous email to support.

Still waiting on approval as of now.
----------------------------------------------------
My whole problem is the complete lack of actually caring about the speeding things up for the customer and getting them satisfied as fast as possible so they become a repeat customer. They don't ever think ahead and say "you will need to do x and y and z to make sure all is completed in a timely manner". They just ask for piece by piece by piece which delays and delays.

I give them my deposit instantly and when I want to withdraw; by the time I have the money in my hand it will be over 1 week which is ridiculous to me. Couple that with support not even fully reading my emails and I just feel they don't appreciate my business. Maybe because my $50 is a drop in the bucket, but who knows.I play $50 an average of 3 or 4 times per week and that adds up for me.

To me, I always feel that cashing out is always a stressful time until I get that "withdrawal approved" email. The customer shouldn't have to feel that way. I think the only casino I don't feel that way with is 32RED nowadays.

Here's to hoping I see my money this week.

Thanks for letting me vent.

I too am having issues with inetbet with the withdrawal verification form, They keep coming up with excuses not to accept the form, is there a manager or rep from there on here? Cause it is totally pissing me off.

Excuses range from signature has to be handwritten in pen to need account details on who you are using for withdrawal(red flag right here for me, I am not comfortable doing that) to now signature is not on the same page! the form comes out as 2 pages!

I heard good things from you guys that inetbet is good, if this is not cleared up obv I cannot play there.

Have either of you bothered to contact the rep here Emily Hanson?

I would have thought an essay- sized post would have been your LAST resort, not your FIRST.

Did you take the time to read about how to go about resolving an issue with an accredited casino?

You've been around long enough to know better.

I had that thought as well, maybe they don't like or want Canadian players:confused:

Slotmaster, Canadians are great folks esp those in Ontario. Seriously though, they may have been a scam from some person in Canada so they have to be very careful.

I dont have a utility bill in my name cause I live with my daughter , but I did send several copies of Credit Card statements received in the mail

INETBET does pay and sometimes even faster than 3DICE. The withdrawal to qt of ONLY 500 at a time is a joke, but they have a reason for this.
btw, off topic, but what is SWIFT # they ask for when requesting a wire trandfer? anyone knows Thanks.

One of the things I have found over time with RTG, is when they ask for one piece of documentation to be updated, they will want them all. The last time Inetbet asked me for one doc update, I resent all of them. I missed filling in one item on the verification form, they notified me the same day so I completed their request and everything was approved.

RTG's are updating docs more frequently.

Send all docs, because all will likely be required.

I also send them in their original size, emails slower, but no casino has ever had a problem reading them.

As far as I know, withdrawals can only be made to the deposit method. So depositing by a wallet and withdrawing via wire will get your money back into your account, so you can make the withdrawal change to match deposit method.

Hope you get it worked out as Inetbet is a very fair casino to deal with.

The SWIFT Bic # can be found in your banking information, just type "SWIFT BIC", in the search on the bank page, or the bank will give you the number over the phone. But usually the casino simply wants your routing number on your account, which is the first numbers before your account number on your checks.

i am surprised. normally when inetbet declines a withdrawal and reverses it back to your account they send you an email titled 'your withdrawal' and list in detail what you should then do. no matter how many times you have cashed out in the past it seems that once you win $1k or more they ask for docs if they had not done so previously. they congratulate you on winning and assure you that your winnings will be sent once the docs are verified and from my experience they dont readily make excuses to delay this process.

Hi All
As Chuchu has correctly outlined that is exactly what we do, unfortunately not everyone bothers to read the mails or the withdrawal section, choosing simply to ignore the request and send in what they think fit.
It is a very simple process, just a couple of documents are required, we do not protact this for the sake of it, neither do we ask for anything that is not readily available to everyone, as most players here at CM will attest.
Best regards
Emily

Hi Emily,

I have gone through the process many many many times of document verification and withdrawal with multiple casinos. I have experienced great support, mediocre support, and plain old lousy support. If I choose to withdraw via wire transfer I should be allowed to do so if it is listed as a method. Nowhere does it say wire transfer will not be allowed for Canadians. It does say the casino reserves the right to process withdrawals in the same manner the deposit was made. I would have been fine with Ecocard had I known I could do multiple withdrawals at once and they would all be processed at the same time. But the communication from support did not explain anything to me. I will send you the email chain if you would like. I'm not one to complain needlessly.

As I said before, I have withdrawn from inetbet within the last year and that withdrawal was processed without issue and in a very timely manner after document verification. This current withdrawal was returned to my casino account and I did not receive an explanation as to why until I asked support myself.

Support stated "We do not have a faxback form on file" (which they did but it was not hand signed yet they processed the previous withdrawal). They could have said, "we have a faxback form on file but it was not hand signed and that needs to be completed before this withdrawal is authorized".

Then they asked me for the phone number that I created the account with 5 years ago. It's a good thing I have a good memory or I would never have remembered what it was. from the time I requested my withdrawal to the time I received it in my Ecocard, it was 5 days which is not in itself outlandish, but it is quite lengthy for inetbet based on previous experience.

The reason I would have like to withdraw via wire transfer is that Ecocard charges $15 for withdrawal and my financial institution charges $30 to accept the withdrawal from Eco. Couple that with the bonus being removed ($50 plus 112% bonus) and I ended up down over $100 from the original cashout amount after all was said and done. I will show you that statement as well if you like.

All I have to say is that I was not pleased with the way the whole withdrawal went compared to other casinos and if you would be curious to see my communications with support I will happily PM you the email chain. Just don't make it sound like it was an uninformed player who is trying to tarnish your reputation or who doesn't read his emails. I am quite capable and tech savvy with computing and email as I work in the IT industry and have done so for the last 10 years for a major insurance company.

Thanks for your explanation anyhow.

By the way Nifty,

I had contacted Emily 3 times via PM now regarding the situation. I have yet to receive a single PM from her as of yet. As I titled the post, it was "Bitch and Moan" and not a bonified issue with payment as I knew I would eventually get paid.

Nifty, If my post is somehow too long that it annoys or bothers you in any way, you are free to browse elsewhere and not stick your snide (as usual from what I have been reading) comments here.

Also I just read their site's withdrawals section and I do wonder how does one ever get approved for a wire transfer ? Which deposit method would make someone eligible for a wire transfer. Emily please answer this and not just say "we only process withdrawals by your deposit method". I want to know how someone is eligible for a wire transfer.

I agree with flizzin, I never have had this much issue with any other casino's, I just got a somewhat of a attitude email from your support saying I have to format your document so it is all on one page.

I sent everything as I know the drill ev en though you yourself are saying I did not read sections, I have played at rtg casino's for quite a few years and never had this many problems.

Also I agree with the small limits, that does no good if you hit something big but this is my thought.

So inetbet has lost my business since I can't get my account verified and this putting the blame on customers is very disturbing.

I too am not here to bash people unless they are scumbags stealing people's money which this issue is not, but bad customer service and such as above I will dam well say something, if there is good service or whatever I will surely say on here and make sure they get noticed for their service.

Did you even read my post? Or are you talking to O.P. who has pretty valid complaints and the exact same issues?

Sorry that was directed at the OP. :)

They have been a member for 5 years and should know to contact the rep FIRST and wait for a reply before complaining on the forum.

The points may well be valid, but I wasnt adressing that aspect.

Im sure we will find there is another side to the story. There always is.

When it comes to ID docs the best thing is to send what they want, not what you think they should want. It is standard to provide 3 forms of ID and a faxback form so I don't really see what the issue is. Just send what they ask for.

Ahhhhh. INET withdrawal to QT
Now I figured it out why INET allows only $500/per withdrawal but you can withdraw as much as you have in account in $500 lots. First time they never did this

My reason, and to be honest, a nice business ploy.

Assume you had 2200 to withdraw which I recently had.....by withdrawing 500 500 500 500 200 and you have to wait a while you might be inclined to withdraw the 200 and play with the inevitable result
However, if you were to make one withdrawal of 2200 its unlikely you would reverse the whole 2200 then withdraw 2000 again keeping the 200 to play Brilliant if I may say so
Regardless, INET DOES PAY... so no problema

Ok no probs, I was about to clarify, I am not here to bash you guys or start a fight, sorry if I sound cranky but I have been screwed alot and bad customer service and people who want to steal money and such (which inetbet has not done in this case for the record) really makes my blood boil.

Anyway that's why I was asking if there was a rep here as I did not see that info in my search on here the other day so that is good to know and see:thumbsup:.
