Bonus Complaint Inetbet Rep not answering my PM's.

I have pm'd the Inetbet Rep here twice asking if they could fix my account so I can claim bonuses again. I had opted out some time back and then opted back in.
Before opting out, I was able to claim all bonuses. Now that I had requested to opt back in, some time ago, I cannot claim any bonuses on my own, not even the new game ones. I have to ask for assistance and usually they apply them, no problem. Then some deny my request saying I am not in a class?
I would not post this, but the Rep has not answered and I am missing out on some of the holiday bonuses because of no response or no fix to my account, of my ability to once again claim bonuses without assistance.
I have been with Inetbet for well over a decade and would just like to at least get a reply.

I have to ask what rep you've sent the pm to? I could see that you had been visiting Inetbet-Tom's profile but he works for the Inetbet eu.

There is two other reps for the usd version so check them. Emily was online today so try her.
 
Thank you, I had a hard time trying to find Emily, so looked in the visitor log and have sent her my question. I thought Tom was the only one and it would have been nice if he had referred me to the proper Rep. This issue has been ongoing for for a long time and I have requested it be fixed so much that I am getting disappointed with the whole issue.
 
Update on Bonus issue after conversations with Reps.

I wanted to update this thread on my situation with my bonus ban from Inetbet, so other players can keep this in m ind when claiming bonuses. If you enjoy bonuses and are a small depositor, then take heed.
I would not have had a problem, if it were not for the jackpot win on Penguin Power, which put me in a favorable light, as far as I was concerned. As I stated to Emil, most of the deposits and bonus claims ended in a non cashout and some did.
So be careful being enticed by those 100% Holiday/monthly bonuses, which they state you can claim them every week of the month and so on.
As for Tom's reply, I am disappointed he exaggerated my luck by saying I had won "MANY TENS OF THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS".
So there it is, I hope this helps others in some way.

Thanks anyways Emily. I have deposited without bonuses at times and yesterday deposited nearly $100 with no bonus and had the worst play ever. So since I can not achieve any playtime without using a bonus, then I will withdraw from the casino.
If you looked at how many times I have played with a bonus and also never cashed out, you would see it is pretty balanced. However winning the Jackpot on Penguin Power of over $10,000, put me in a favorable light on my end. So in the years I have played and lost nearly $15k, to win $10k and the very few small wins, I think your casino is being a bit harsh.
But oh well, lesson learned for me, that the idea is really not to win too much or pay the consequences. The thing with bonuses being offered to extend and enhance a persons experience is all fine and well, but if it causes the player to be able to actually cash out once in awhile, then this is not good for the casino, but is what keeps a player coming back and continually depositing and that is the chance the casino takes when offering bonuses to keep players depositing.
So last night I uninstalled the casino after my last deposit and comps were played and now I am done.

I am sorry but I spoke with account yesterday and we are unable to add the bonus option at this time.
If however we see a sustained period showing you are willing to deposit bonus free you may ask to have it reinstated.

I do apologise that I missed the notification of the PM you sent me.

I have reviewed your account and unfortunately I am unable to re-instate bonuses on your account at this time. The reason being that you have turned over many tens of thousands of dollars in the casino and used bonuses to withdraw 93% of your deposit value. I hope that you can appreciate that this is nothing personal, we just cannot continue absorbing these costs and risks.

Trying to claim a bonus

Ever since I had requested to opt out of bonuses and then later changed my mind and opted back in, I have not been able to claim any bonuses unless I request assistance. Most don't have a problem putting them in for me, but a couple have and this is what I am always told. Can someone please fix this issue, I am getting bummed being told I have no class enough to claim a bonus. I can't even get the $10 one on my own.

I deposited at Inetbet casino years ago and, after loosing my money, they decided to close my account while accusing me of credit card fraud. I begged them to provide proof of that BS claim and I got nothing from them. This is a total horseshit casino IMO!
 
I am over it. After stating that I uninstalled the casino to Emily, they took it as a request to close my account , so whatever. I may have decided to play them again once in awhile, that's why I hadn't requested a closure, but now, I won't spend another $14,000 over a period of time back to them just to keep them happy. They're not getting my jackpot back, I won it fair and square and it was players money, including my own anyways, not their's.

It would appear that they have nothing better to do with their pathetic existence so they resort to taunting a player that gave them the boot. Very mature, if you ask me!

Yes they are accredited, I am just disappointed that if they closed my account, which I did not request, that they would still tease me with oh, you have $10 in your account. They need to not do this to a patron that has been dismissed from the casino. I simply say it is unsporting of them to taunt me after the fact. I have no need to PAB, but you can pass this on to them and maybe they will change the policy of awarding Manager Bonuses to closed accounts, that are sent to our email so we'll take notice.
Also Max, I sent a request to the Meister to close this account, can you please take care of this? I no longer have any desire to gamble or follow a gambling forum.
