I wanted to deposit at Inetbet for the first time last week but my CC didn't work (it has at every other casino I've tried) - it was preauthorized. I was told by INetBet customer Support that I needed to send in my documents, and once approved, I would be able to deposit and withdraw freely.
So I sent in my documents - never had an issue being approved before at another casino. Then I got a message back:
Thanks for your mail.
We checked your forms. The bank details provided do not appear to be that of your local branch? Please could you update accordingly?
I replied explaining that my bank doesn't have a local branch, I had given them the ACH information on the web site. I could give them another bank (Wells Fargo), but their wire info has an address in San Francisco which is also thousands of miles away also from where I live.
Why does it matter if my bank 'ACH address' is local or not anyway? What if I choose to have a check sent? Why is this needed to verify my id?
So I replied to them 5 days ago, and haven't heard back. Then I replied again this morning, and haven't heard back. Now INetBet has my ID info, my CC, but refuses to reply to my emails.
How can a reputable casino (a) not reply - the emails and documents are simply sent to support@inetbet.com, and (b) not have a chat or phone number?
