INetBet Not Responding

I wanted to deposit at Inetbet for the first time last week but my CC didn't work (it has at every other casino I've tried) - it was preauthorized. I was told by INetBet customer Support that I needed to send in my documents, and once approved, I would be able to deposit and withdraw freely.

So I sent in my documents - never had an issue being approved before at another casino. Then I got a message back:

Thanks for your mail.

We checked your forms. The bank details provided do not appear to be that of your local branch? Please could you update accordingly?

I replied explaining that my bank doesn't have a local branch, I had given them the ACH information on the web site. I could give them another bank (Wells Fargo), but their wire info has an address in San Francisco which is also thousands of miles away also from where I live.

Why does it matter if my bank 'ACH address' is local or not anyway? What if I choose to have a check sent? Why is this needed to verify my id?

So I replied to them 5 days ago, and haven't heard back. Then I replied again this morning, and haven't heard back. Now INetBet has my ID info, my CC, but refuses to reply to my emails.
How can a reputable casino (a) not reply - the emails and documents are simply sent to support@inetbet.com, and (b) not have a chat or phone number?

Inetbet is a good casino, but their email is hit and miss. They do pay and I trust them in that regard. I would contact the rep here via PM.
I would have tried contacting the rep here on the forums prior to posting a thread.
Support and the ways to get quick responses have been an ongoing issue with them, as others will attest.

Try emailing them again now.

They were not responding to emails after Friday noonish until late Monday morning for me.

Received reply from INetBet

I received a reply from INetBet at 6am this morning saying my documents were approved. They also said they sent several replies but didn't receive a response (I did check my spam folder but couldn't find any messages from them). Perhaps there were some issues with the email the last couple of days?

I do want to say that INetBet did respond very quickly to my previous emails (within a few minutes). I don't mind using email if as long as the response is fairly quick. The bottom line to me is whether the site pays or not (even if it takes a few days).

Thanks INetBet

Emily has stated that I've also received response emails that fail to arrive in my mailbox. However, when I forward emails again with SECOND REQUEST following the original subject title, I always get a response. If I don't, it's a 50/50 chance I'll see a response email. So be it.

I think they got hammered a bit over the holiday weekend as my 12/23 withdrawal was approved this morning.
