I don't think anyone has a problem with their reps responding here - most of us like it - but responding with confidential information isn't right.

Confidential information is iNetbet saying "you played there yesterday." Now if they came out and said "We see that you played here yesterday, made a deposit of $150 with your Visa card that was declined, and then your other Credit card went thru for $50.

The BIGGER picture here is this, 1. They are are Business. 2. They have to DEFEND themselves. This might be a forum to us, but it is a Integral Business Vehicle for Casinos. To let a comment like "It takes 16 days to get a withdrawal" and if you read the post this was his first w/d, which included sending in ALL your DOCS and ONTIME, in order for a fast withdrawal. This IS NOT iNetBet's fault, as soon as a player sends in his docs the sooner you will be paid!!

A newby wanting to play at iNetBet reading this post and wondering should I try iNetBet or not, will think no way it takes 16 days for a w/d. This is NOT TRUE and it is misleading, when the OP had to send his docs in.

iNetBet has every right to set the record straight!!!! They also have the right to change their rules and regulations as they go, "It's their House"

And yes, "seriously, really." No one has any right to bring a player's confidential information to the table. Ever. It's not that hard a concept - the moment you log into a site, you are trusting your confidential information to the provider. And if you (or Inet) feels that

is a term of service that can be broken, I really don't think there's any more discussion to be had here.

iNetBet NEVER EVER discussed wagering, etc.

If I'm not mistaken, a PAB is a private process facilitated by CM - not laid out on the boards. Additionally, yes, stating "you played yesterday" discusses a players wagering, plain and simple.

Secret2, I tried to spare you embarrassment by repping you privately on an issue I felt you had handled poorly. Although my post is simply an opinion, I didn't think it should be posted publicly. Apparently you do not feel the same?

Dear Secret2, I misspoke about the neg rep being a PM. Sorry about that. As far as I know, I broke no rules if in fact everyone can see them. So, what's your point about me and you, being snotty vs being snarky. I have never posted a PM but some do. Feel free to post ours, it will show that I used "snotty" in reply only after you used it in reference about how you could act if you wanted. I am really trying to contain myself, wouldn't want to hurt your feelings any more than I apparently have, as evidenced by your continual posting about a very nothing deal. I have had a few neg reps and I usually deserved them, helped me learn. Move on, OK?

Honestly ppl, this thread started out, iNetBet complaint, about a husband and wife who had a complaint against iNetbet. Now 127 posts later, it has turned into "Awe someone Called me SNOTTY", or maybe "Snarky", umh not sure, what they called me, but I know it was something! MAMA I' am tellin.

I know iNetBet, must come to work in the morning, get their coffee, open up this thread and LTAO all day long.

Here's my take if you have not played at iNetbet, and post a negative comment about them, well then you have no credibility. If you do play there, and have an issue at the very least, be HONEST! Was it really 16 days or did you not send your docs in ontime, well cause you had a 4th of July party or whatever and it just was not important to you, at the time. So in reality it took you, 2 wks to get them in, or whatever time frame. Your fault, not iNetBet's.

Also if you trash iNetBet and have uninstalled their casino, but wait for it......It's a holiday, your bored, one of the VERY FEW RTG has posted a freechip guess who iNetBet, your favorite uninstalled casino. Oh so you re-install it and play, as Murphy's law would have it, you win, and you post it on the same forum you just trashed them on days before. Again IMO, this is not an accurate assessment for a NEWBEE reading these posts, should I play their or not!

So to the NEWBEE's out there,

iNetBet has been around since 1999, longer than most casinos. You can deposit as little as $5 if you open an e-wallet and use that to deposit with. If you make it a priority to send your docs in and on time so they can be reviewed, then you will get your withdrawal faster, it's up to you, not iNetbet.

If you cheat, are a husband and wife and use the same bonus on each of your accts, to play on and you win, your winnings will be void. (As the OP who started this thread 127 posts ago) Most casinos only allow ONE acct per household, believe me they do check from your IP address and you will get caught.

Most ppl were raised right from wrong and know the difference between the truth and not the truth. If you choose to post TELL THE TRUTH, ppl from all around the world are reading your posts. Lastly, Don't be a Hypocrite, don't trash a casino and then continue to play there, no matter what your issue is, customer svc issues, e-mails not being responded to, w/d taking too long, or at the very least, be a decent person, and come back and says Hey thanks, my issue was resolved.
 
It looks to me as though this thread has pretty much run its course. If anyone has anything constructive to add please let Bryan or one of us mods know and we'll be happy to re-open it but as it stands "Closed" is looking like the way to go here.
