I have got to say, I have emailed inet support quite a few times. I have never received a rude response from them. Sometimes they are friendlier than others but the bottom line is they always take care of my problem. If support is talked to the way I see things around here no wonder they are not friendly.

I have never accused them of cheating. When my luck is really horrible I will drop them an email and tell them what a bad run I have had and they will even give me a nice bonus. Keep in mind I don't email them when I lose a few deposits. I do treat them the way I would like to be treated. Especially the way things are for US players right now it is one of the places I feel real safe playing at. I know they will get my money to me when I do win.

Just my perception of how this reads (very long thread!...)...

The OP and his wife both are members of InetBet. They both used bonuses on various occassions. They used separate methods of depositing until recently (after the EWX and QT fiascos came to light). They are both NOW using the same Mypaylinq account to deposit (since Mypaylinq doesn't allow multiple accounts from same household) and this is how they were "caught". The husband sent Inet a "forged" faxback form. Did I leave any pertinent items out?

My opinion...
1) They don't deserve one cent back from Inet, they scammed the casino and finally got caught.
2) They knew exactly what they were doing, opening two accounts from the same household, taking bonuses from both accounts.
3) I hold no "love" for InetBet as I had issues with them prior to having my account closed. (This was due to "Alan" issues, and NOT because of any deposit/withdrawal issues).

Yes, gamblers can be an impatient lot, BUT it only takes a few minutes to ask questions to ensure proper "playing" guidelines. It does "hurt", IMHO, InetBet since they don't have live chat. This issue has been tossed over ad nausem and won't change. We must accept this is how Inet wishes to work. Although, live chat can be helpful in answering the "quick" questions a player may have when they first sign up. Waiting for an email can be tedious and put some people off as the casino isn't really interested in having their business.

With so few "reliable" csinos out there and with it getting tougher and tougher for the US player, why would anyone take the chance of screwing themselves for future play? I truly believe that this stagnant situation US players are finding themselves in won't last forever. When the time comes and I can play where and when I want, I don't want to have it come back and bite me in the ass because I made a few "bad" decisions. I want to be able to choose which platform to play on, how I want to deposit/withdraw with minimal issues, and I want to have choices left to me in the end result.

When the day comes and legislation is changed, the casinos who have faithfully stuck with the player will be the ones who "rule" the cybergambling world. Players will remember who treated who with respect and loyalty. And the players will have the deciding "vote" on who will survive the battle of the fittest...
(And may the likes of the Virtual group be banished into the blackhole of the internet...)

I have never had problems with cashouts at Inet but when legislation does come along the casino may drop down the pecking order for players as there should be far less issues with regard to payment so Inet's main advantage over its rivals is eroded and emphasis is placed on customer service and you will need courteous cs staff to thrive.

Believe me smokey, I feel your pain. I had a $4 add three zeros to that w/d at iNetBet once. I was playing my comp pts and got it up to yes (yes the above amt) can't say it cause it hurts too much. I kept playing and LOST IT ALL, my above post explains the 3 reversals. I left a little in to play on and as I was playing it kept reversing and my balance was 4 grand knowing I did not hit anything as I was spinning currently I stopped and went to the cashier to see my w/d was reversed. So I went to email the support and kept playing, my fault. Greed and Confidence a terrible combination, pick your poison. I often wish there was a support center that players could go to, to tell them to step away from your computer, you will not be luckier than this, you were lucky to even get that win. Think about what you could do with this money, you could help your family....Or stop spinning are you just plain nuts!!?? Well I am notorious for not cashing out, I feel your pain. But this is a great place and you will get paid if you are lucky again and just step away next time, and think about it.

I hope that day comes soon...bcause I just can't see any "reliable" online casino available to U.S players. Even the most praised RTG sites accredited by CM are rougish IMO. If RTG is able to "cap" maximum win (slots)....what else are they capable of doing. Is'nt capping "cheating" as well? I love to gamble...not throw away money. It seems, by reading alot of these posts, that being a "reliable" casino boils down to how fast the casino pays out to a miraculous winner(period). POKERSTARS COME BACK!!!!!

One of the reasons I continue to play Inetbet is that other than free chips, their bonuses don't have max payouts. Yes, just like all RTG platforms, there are max payouts on games (usually 50000 x line bet). I've yet to be so lucky.

@fanihi... I would say it depends on what your definition of "reliable" is. I think there are a handful of RTG casinos who can be classified as reliable, but this is just my opinion. Before Black Friday I was trying to figure out how I would be able to withdraw. I was on chat and email with an accredited RTG casino and they were working with me trying to find a solution. Unfortunately, we didn't come up with a solution. BUT I know when legislation changes, they will be one of the few casinos I will go back to.

I guess by definition I (personally) would classify a casino as reliable as one who responds to problems in a timely and courteous manner and knows how to work with the player so both are happy. Payouts must be within a reasonable timeframe (which I would classify as between 2 and 3 weeks now), I don't think the US player will find the quick payouts of old anytime in the near future. And this is something US players will need to learn to expect if they wish to continue gambling online, again, JMO. And lastly, treat me as if you really appreciate my business. I very seldom used bonuses (just couldn't get my head around having to make a WR and chancing a max cashout rule), but don't exclude me from them completely. Give me something that is reasonable and I may make the effort to use one.

Back on topic (or whatever it is, ...) I do have to say...INet is one of the few online casinos who have always sent me a birthday wish even though I no longer have an account there. The sentiment is nice and well noted. Only a handful of casinos remember me on my "special" day. I know it's not a free chip or a reasonable bonus, BUT to me it means they are interested in retaining me for future patronage.

Just to clarify it did not take 16 days to send a check. Once the relevant docs were finally received and then verified the withdrawal was approved for processing on the 30th. Given there was a weekend and public holiday in between the withdrawal actually got to the recipient quite fast.

YEP!!! Inet did this to me too..I think I "complained" or rather critized the bonus terms or some thing relevant, and INET promo immediately responded telling the whole forum that , in spite of my complain I was still using their lousy bonus

If a member is going to tell porkies or distort the truth, then the rep has the right to put things straight. In the same way, if a member says "its not worth playing there any more" and then goes ahead and plays, then I don't see how the casino is making them look like a "chump". It just helps the readers of this thread assess the validity of that member's statements.

Had the casino posted amounts and wins/losses etc, I would agree it would be inappropriate, but I think some are being a little precious here.

Yes, I can see that point, BUT Whatever you believe, IMO Inet has no right telling anyone who played there and when.

I worked in the retail industry 21 years before I retired, I can honestly tell you that I have come up with 51 polite ways to let someone know they are a jerk without ever saying the words, "Your're a jerk". And trust me, they knew exactly what I was saying. Inet could have come in stated what they wanted to state about the withdrawal and say something like, "I am sorry you feel that way, but can you tell me the last time you played at our casino?" They never said he played yesterday but most readers would have gotten the feeling he played after his cashout. And if they didn't Inet was calling him out without ever stating he played yesterday. By asking that 1 simple question they were giving the OP option to disclose that information or not. That is the OP's decision, not Inetbets.

Yes, I can see that point, BUT Whatever you believe, IMO Inet has no right telling anyone who played there and when.

I worked in the retail industry 21 years before I retired, I can honestly tell you that I have come up with 51 polite ways to let someone know they are a jerk without ever saying the words, "Your're a jerk". And trust me, they knew exactly what I was saying. Inet could have come in stated what they wanted to state about the withdrawal and say something like, "I am sorry you feel that way, but can you tell me the last time you played at our casino?" They never said he played yesterday but most readers would have gotten the feeling he played after his cashout. And if they didn't Inet was calling him out without ever stating he played yesterday. By asking that 1 simple question they were giving the OP option to disclose that information or not. That is the OP's decision, not Inetbets.

You are right Lhofsdal. I am sure Inet can put it more politely eg 'wE TREASURE CONTINUOUS PATRONAGE FROM OUR CUSTOMERS. iN FACT, WE WERE DELIGHTED TO SEE HIM/HER PLAYING AT OUR CASINO YESTERDAY. I happen to agree with Nifty's post there. iNetBet was just clarifying the time dif. in when the docs were received and the withdrawal approved. It's a bit less time then 16 days just for a check alone. Also the post below made it seem to me that he had stopped playing because of it, which to me was a bit of a slap meant towards iNetbet. They simply said he was still playing there. Why say the payment took too long to play there again, if you are still playing there?

Got my Inetbet courier check today
My withdrawal made on 6/12/11 so paid in 16 working days. Still taking to long for payment to make it worth playing in my opinion.

Also to "lettingyouknow" i'm pretty sure that iNetBet is the only one with the $5.00 deposit....LOL I am happy the odd time that they do have it. I think over the yrs. i've never seen it at any other RTG.

JMO....but i happen to like iNetBet.....and have been playing there for yrs. I have never had a problem with cashing out and they have always been real quick even with wire transfers.(another RTG took over 1 mth., but i still play there too). My emails have always been answered within 15 mins. to 1/2 hr. at the most. I may have been lucky, but even Alan has never been rude to me. They have always remembered my birthday and i appreciate the free chips and bonuses....I haven't seen many other places give the free chips like them for the dif. special days. The last thing, i personally hate chat, so for myself if they had it, i still wouldn't use it. Thats just me though....Also when we moved a few yrs. back, one of the things i made sure i did was change my address with casinos. I didn't want to have a problem cashing out and having something sent to the wrong address or other problems.

The rep only let everyone know he played there yesterday because he was trying to say without actually typing it, "Why are you complaining, you just played here yesterday". So big deal, he played there yesterday, BUT that information should not have been disclosed by Inet, it should have come from the OP.

If I'm not mistaken the player in question had made a big deal out of saying "I'm pissed off at iNetBet and I'm not going to play there anymore", in other words they are announcing to all that they are leaving the casino for whatever reasons they specified, in this case inferior service. This is a very direct, and very public, attack on the casino's credibility.

To then turn around and do the exact opposite means that the previous and very public criticism is insincere, at best.

Since iNetBet has a business to protect they have every right to point out that the person who was publicly denouncing them yesterday is today a return and repeat customer. In other words the original criticism is highly suspect and needs to be taken in context, namely that what was said yesterday seems to have been forgotten and/or doesn't apply today.

If you don't want to be called out on your actions then don't announce to the world what they are going to be.

This is a service industry and if there is a good portion of players who feel that Inetbet support is rude then it does them no good. When I was at marketing school I was taught how to make customers happy by writing appropriate remarks while still bringing the message across. If they fail to do even that they have failed miserably imo.

The statement is being taken out of context.

'Taking too long for payment to make it worth playing in my opinion...' is no indication that the player does not wish to play there anymore. The statement more aptly reflects the delays that are being experienced by players from the US and is a general statement.

This was handled poorly by Inetbet CS. Something I have recently come to expect from them. There have been very strong indicators from many members that Inetbet need to quit the snarky comments over many many threads. This issue has been debated over and over again and sadly... I am certain that they will persist in showing us their utter disregard for trying to correct their bad reputation on this matter.

Some members advocate their responses and don't find them to be rude at all. My personal opinion without challenging anyone else remains that they are VERY POOR in CS.

It does not help beating a dead horse. Some things never change.

I hear what you are saying Chu but I don't think that's really what this recent thing is about. This is about the idea that anyone should be able to heap shit and abuse on iNetBet -- or any casino for that matter -- without a shred of accountability. I, for one, fundamentally disagree with this.

This is not a "the customer is always right" issue, nor an issue of what this or that person may think of the service they are getting at iNetBet. This is about a public attack on a company -- and yes, I do believe that a forum post can be seen as such -- and their right to deal with that head-on if they so choose. I think they very much do have that right and that defending that right is important.

I believe the debate about how exactly they should conduct their Customer Service is one thing. Suggesting that people should be able to attack and discredit them with impunity is a whole different issue, not that I'm saying you are doing such.

It seems to me that the moment you log into a for-pay service you've entered into a confidential transaction with the service-provider. Nothing short of a court order should bring that personal information to light. In particular in this case, players should be able to trust that their information will be held as personal and confidential, as stated in every TOS I've ever seen. It is a transaction between player and casino, not a public act at all, and should be treated as such - whether the player mentions their playing habits or not.

IMO only, it's a gross betrayal of trust to have your playing history laid out for anyone to see as "proof" that they are "wrong" on a message board.

Getting frustrated

@fanihi... I would say it depends on what your definition of "reliable" is. I think there are a handful of RTG casinos who can be classified as reliable, but this is just my opinion. Before Black Friday I was trying to figure out how I would be able to withdraw. I was on chat and email with an accredited RTG casino and they were working with me trying to find a solution. Unfortunately, we didn't come up with a solution. BUT I know when legislation changes, they will be one of the few casinos I will go back to.

I guess by definition I (personally) would classify a casino as reliable as one who responds to problems in a timely and courteous manner and knows how to work with the player so both are happy. Payouts must be within a reasonable timeframe (which I would classify as between 2 and 3 weeks now), I don't think the US player will find the quick payouts of old anytime in the near future. And this is something US players will need to learn to expect if they wish to continue gambling online, again, JMO. And lastly, treat me as if you really appreciate my business. I very seldom used bonuses (just couldn't get my head around having to make a WR and chancing a max cashout rule), but don't exclude me from them completely. Give me something that is reasonable and I may make the effort to use one.

Back on topic (or whatever it is, ...) I do have to say...INet is one of the few online casinos who have always sent me a birthday wish even though I no longer have an account there. The sentiment is nice and well noted. Only a handful of casinos remember me on my "special" day. I know it's not a free chip or a reasonable bonus, BUT to me it means they are interested in retaining me for future patronage.

Makes sense what you say. But I think I may need to take a break and just watch what happens w/ the attempt to legalise the issue of online gambling. RTG have some fun slots but the "tightness" is ridiculous(spell chk..lol). After finding this CM site I thought I finally found some help in deciding on a site to play but(though very helpful) still have'nt found a site I would stick with. I mostly played at CWC sites until recently due to their processor problems(they were dbl holding my deposit amount). and the reply from support did'nt sit well with me either "deposits are handled by a third party processor and there's not much we can do" WHAT!!! Your paying them to process...duh!! And everyones favorite inetbet(and I really wanted to try them out too). I agree w/ alot of the posts...they need customer service lessons.
