I had my first cashout with Inet and as Kakata said, very smooth transaction. They needed some info because of card changing but even with that , they were very responsive and pleasant. I not only got emails from support but the Inet team here in CM has helped me tremendously

I am hoping that I can finally rest my head at this RTG. I have a good feeling about this place and for the life of me dont know why I havnt been playing there more. I cant even remember why I stopped, but that was a bad decision and hopefully things will go smooth and honest because this is the last/only RTG that I will ever try again

I used the overnight option so Ill let you know how long it takes :)
 
Cashouts were never a prob at Inet. However, depositing was sometimes a pain in the neck especially when it didnt go thru immediately and they didnt have live chat to solve the problem which makes it very frustrating. I am happy to say, though, that my MB deposit went thru smoothly last night. On another note, it seems that the slots are not nearly as tight as they were several months ago. Then, you could hardly get a feature on their Real Series slots and even if you did, it paid peanuts. Hope the same applies for other RTGs as well.
 
Jod jogged my memory in a PM. The reason why I closed the account was because they only did $200 minimum w/d via check in October. Now you can do as low as $50, so Im glad Jod found the link as to why I closed my account. I guess I was ok with everything else and now this problem is resolved

Ok, regarding the fast fast payouts? LOL....can i get approved please? You got all of my docs by 2pm yesterday afternoon:notworthy

Not Bodog....they have been terrible, I mean TERRIBLE. I received my last check from them today (after waiting 3 weeks, it was less than a week before) now I am going to stop playing there, like you said no payouts.
 
I think Inet is the only one where you can deposit $2 LOL. I love it. As far as being paid. Im not going to complain here yet because I dont have the right to since it's only been a day lol. They sure need alot of info but Im thinking its because I had to switch Visa's because of the bank making my other one hot. Im sure it will be approved and resolved by tomorrow. I just think its kind of funny how Ive been depositing these differnt Visas for a long time without being declined but when I wanna get paid they need all of this info. I think it would be better to get the docs out of the way before you gamble, that way when you want to cashout, they have everything. People here will probably disagree because when we want to play, we want to play!, but I feel if you accept a deposit AND it clears....you should be able to cashout.

This is not towards just Inet, I wanna make that clear, Im talking anywhere you gamble. Wouldnt it be easier in the long run? Im talking straight deposit no bonus/free chip play.

I am having a huge amount of problems and I am literally in tears. Yeah, I know, it sounds stupid but this is the 3rd day and I am losing my mind here. I just dont understand how everyone else has no problem but me. This is what's happening and I waited for the third day to write this. My poor hubby feels so bad that I have to keep going back and forth to the other computer that has the printer attached

1. I won $200
2. requested a cashout via check
3. got an email asking for docs (for which I sent in Oct 2007)
4. got an email saying I need to scan the new Visa, other one on file old (understandable) so I resent it along with copies of everything else too
5. got an email asking me why Im not using old card
6. emailed them back telling them about the "hot card" incident
7. got an email asking who is living with me because their file shows another resident at my home . I wrote back telling them , my husband and gave his full name
8. in the meantime im communicating with the rep here
9. wrote an email asking what the delay is and sent docs in again/also emailed rep. I am not getting their emails but they still have my docs and Ive answered their questions
(broke down late last night and spent just $20 of the $200 w/d)
10. I woke up now and got a PM saying that due to problems they cant send a check to US anymore and I have to do the wire transfer but the minimum is $200 and they need the authorization form, which I sent twice and it has my banking info.


The question is: do I deposit $20 to make it $200 or try to get it back up to $200 so I dont have to deposit? What if there are other problems and I deposit another $20? I dont know what else to do and I dont want trouble with Inet, I really dont but I dont know what else to do. I wanna play there but I dont want to jeopardize another $20 when it was $200 for almost 3 full days

They made an exception and did the wire transfer request (i noticed the change when I checked) It went from check request to wire transfer and they let it be the $180

I guess Im back to square one though. I really wanted a place that had $50 cashout options. Ill still play and hope for $200 wins because they have made an exception to help me out, now I can deposit and play again.

I was so happy in an earlier post when you said it had changed to $50.

I gamble like you Babs....I don't deposit hundreds of dollars at a time, it's usually under $50.

So how can we play at iNet? Say I deposit $20 and make it up to $100 and feel like cashing out? I can't? Why would we play there then? It just doesn't make sense.

Why can't iNet pay by check to us in the US? Other casinos do?
 
The rep said that alot of banks in the USA were rejecting their checks. My bank doesnt but I guess more do than dont. I was so excited too, especially with their minimum deposits.

When I was at club world and got to like $250, I would deposit another $50 and cashout for the $300. Its kind of a pain but atleast you get the $250 and not take the chance of getting it any lower and not being to cashout at all

Like Kakata said to me earlier....Im just gonna have to win more than $200 LOL
 
I am losing my frikin mind here with Inet. I still dont have my money yet from 2 weeks ago. First they tell me they cant do a check. Then they tell me I need $200 for a wire transfer after I use $20 of my $200. They made an exception and let me do $180 for a wire transfer. They ask me for my routing and account number. I give them this information. It went through on the 28 th of February. I still dont have the money today so I call my bank. THey tell me that just the routing number and account number are just for ACH's. In order to do a wire transfer it first has to go through the main bank in Camp Hill PA.

I email support at Inet and tell them to retrieve the $180 because its in the air because I thought they just needed the 2 pieces of info and that I would like to merge my $180 from 2 weeks ago with the $150 I won today, in which by the way, they changed back to $200 from the $150 I thought they lowered it to.

They email me back saying its not that easy. It will cost them $30 to trace it back and another $30 to redo it, so now do i NOT have my money yet but they are going to deduct $60 and who knows how long this will take.

I keep telling them that an ACH or check will be approved with my bank and its much easier but they wont listen to me. If they just would of sent the overnight express in the first place this wouldnt of happened

I am trying my very best to be patient and to be a long time customer but I need some serious help here. Why are they being so difficult. This is the slowest payout process i have ever been through with any casino in my life. I just want my money. They got my deposits without crap, why cant i get my cashout without all of this crap.?

Now I sound like some lunatic because I have nothing but hard times with them. They probably think Im some nut job and mean and Im really not. I just want this cleared up and noone is helping me.

It really really REALLY is not worth playing online if you live in America, is it.

Sorry, playing to actually withdraw money. What a nightmare!

If I was you guys, I'd stick to play money and save my $$$ for the B&M's...

I am the first to commend a casino when they do the right thing. They want all the good stuff but dont want to step up to the plate with the bad stuff.

And....if they notice.....the thread is called "so far so good" because it started out good and I wanted to commend them, now that I need help noone is willing to even send me an email. What kind of reps are here ? Just the ones that want your money but dont want to help when there's a problem?

I got a couple of emails from some members with their support but noone that can really help me ( i mean with pull) has helped me and I find it a little disturbing because I always help when I can. Im not even sure if it's a question of slow or fast. It's a question of me hitting a snag and their lack of attentiveness to my needs. If I try to make a deposit and it's declined for some reason (sometimes its a glitch) I get a phone call RIGHT AWAY "I saw you tried to make a deposit and it got rejected, can I help you deposit on the phone?" When we have problems making deposits they are right there to help us but when we run into trouble making a withdraw its" tough luck harry, youll have to be patient and wait " Where are the phone calls then?

Im really not here to bash anyone. Infact, If I get my money and its straightened out and they have all of my w/d info, Ill stay a customer and play but for God's sake...help me get what's mine and Ill be happy and go on gambling
