Something else you need to do is open up a QT account and have INetBet put your cashout in there (which only takes about six hours at the most) and then they will wire it to your bank in only three days and all they need is the routing # and account # !!! :thumbsup:

The reason I told you to email support is because I do not have all the details to hand. They have everything there to deal with your query.

I have taken a closer look and it would appear that this issue/problem is not really our doing. Yes you did supply us with details of where to send a wire, however it would appear that the Bank given does not accept International wires. An International wire is not the same as an ACH and many of the smaller Banks in the US are not set up to accept deposits this way. They allow ACH as that is simply a domestic transfer.

As I say, we fulfilled all of the requirements on our end. It just so happens the Bank is not able to accept the monies in this way. It is unfortunate as usually the funds arrive very fast, as other player will attest.

Please do not worry we will get the funds to you some how.

They do ACCEPT wire transfers, I got them clubworld and I get ACH from CLubWOrld

I called my bank and they said it didnt come through yet. They asked me what info I gave you. I told them I gave you my routing number and my account number.

THey said ....You have to go through their main bank and give them my bank's account number along with my information in which I sent you via email in which I have confirmation that Inet received this information

I dont know what else to do. They accept wire transfers, you didnt have the correct information to send a wire, I gave you the correct information to resend it and now your telling me that MY bank doesnt accept them when they do. THis is what I mean. Take the time and please read what I am telling you.

I will attach my emails so you can see where I gave you the information, BUT I have to blank it out here so everyone cant see it

If I do this .....Will you help me and merge my two cashouts into one? Look for the next post and maybe that will help

The Bank did not receive any funds. They checked for me. Also, It did not go through because the correct information was not given. Im not trying to be sarcastic, honestly but how many times do we have to go over this. My bank said you need to retrieve the funds because it didnt go through and wont until you resubmit with the information I gave you below about 2 or 3 emails back. That is how MY bank works and that is why I wanted a check or ACH because my bank is a pain because it requires alot of information. I am a smart person and I know what you keep telling me but that is not how my bank works, It MUST go through Atlantic first if you want to do a wire transfer.

OK, big problem here lol......They accept wire transfers but it has to go through another bank first. It should of been rejected by now because the wrong info was given. It is legal but it is different than ACH. I wish you did ACH, its much easier. This is what we can do from here. My bank said that you should be able to retrieve that $180 because they dont have it. Im hoping to resolve this soon because Ive never had so many problems like this before. I usually deposit/play and cashout and get my money within 5 days. Im having major problems with QT. THey keep asking me for same info and I keep sending it and they finally just gave up. They want too much personal info and I dont want to go through that again and shouldnt have to. My God, They can send me a check, they can wire, they can ACH. ALL THEY have to do is mark my account saying "ok to send check" thats all? My bank cashes checks from these casinos and I keep telling them that

And one more thing: If they would of had a notation that they dont send checks to USA, I would of never played in the first place. Now I know that I have to play and win $200, but I didnt know that at the time and shouldnt have to pay the price. Just Play went through the same thing

I would actually recommend you edit your posts ASAP to remove any Banking information etc You have your name, email bank details etc all on public view.
If this cannot be done please can a moderator do this?

Perhaps these wires are getting held up by intermediaries, maybe because of UIGEA. It may be the intermediaries rejecting the wire, and not forwarding it to the local bank, thus the local bank sees nothing to reject, and tells the customer THIS story, while the processor gets a reject and tells a DIFFERENT story.

It is VERY HARD to discuss such matters by one way Email conversations, there needs to be a person to person discussion as many questions need putting, and answers given. Doing this by Email is like holding a conversation with someone on Pluto, it takes forever to discuss anything that is not straight forward, and it ends up looking publicly bad for the operator.

I suspect this was aired here because this was an Email "conversation" that was just going round and round in circles, and something had to be done to break the loop by force.

that's all I wanted to hear. I didnt post the emails to berate anyone, honestly, I said I was posting them because maybe I didnt understand something. Im not one to air "dirty laundry" I posted them because I wanted other people to read them to see if I was saying things wrong or if I just didnt get my point across. People will see on the emails that we were both cordial to each other although frustrated.

Also, there isnt any personal info on my post. The name of my bank and their address is public knowledge and so is their main bank. I put in fake numbers under my acct info for reading purposes lol.

I dont mind if it takes some time , I even stated that on my original email to you. I just want to make sure you merge my winnings and the correct info gets to you. THat's all! Thank you for reading this and responding and taking care of this

AND.....I ask you guys respectfully not to bash or discuss any rough times you had with them because that is not what this thread is about. It is just me crying out for some attention to this matter because I was frustrated and as soon as I receive my funds, I will remain a customer of Inet as long as they can continue to do Wires without problems.

i agree with vinyl on this one. inet has their head up their a** with this email bullsh*t. i too had a very minor problem many months ago that took days to resolve because someone cant pick up a phone. please dont tell me that there are no phones in their offices. hell, call collect. pick up a phone card and call. i mean it's about customer service correct? i keep getting these emails to come back. i especially like the one with the new deposit options. prima pin? yea ok. just for the hell of it i looked at the site. it has been down for "routine maintenance" for a week! lol. what a joke. no support = no deposits from me. too bad i liked the casino but email tag is for 9 year olds not accredited casinos.

Actually you kinda lost me on that one because on their web site there is a form field to fill in which you only need to add your Routing number and Account number and some other info as I show you...but no IBAN # or Swift Code is needed...just click on payment options and then "Bank Account" in the window on the right and you will see this form below...here's the pics below and that's all you need to do to get your wire transfer...

You don't even need to add the Branch code as it is not required...

babs ,have you again ill ask p.m emily hanson? dont waste your time on emails , go straight to the top, this is what i have always done and had nothing but quick service. that is why they are posted in c/m , to answer what ever you need to know.i do this with emily, amd tom from club world, john at t.i.v and enzo and they are more than glad to help, they are members here also and read their p.ms often,this is what i do if i were in your shoes......................laurie

While I agree that banking info should not be posted for public viewing, there should be no worries on your part even if e-mails or other correspondence are posted here. Sometimes members do that out of frustration or to ask other members for a helping hand. As long as the casino does the right thing and follows the case through, it would earn them plaudits in the end.

Ohhhhh, I remember now lol...I changed my email and when I asked for help they said they could only help me via email BUT QT was one of the places that I wasnt getting my emails from, like Inet. I asked for a phone number and they said the ONLY way to get help was from the original email that I signed up with. It was nuts!! It was one of those catch 22 things.

Today I emailed them again using my Yahoo account (its been working good with Inet) and told them the whole story and asked if I still had an account with them. Nobody got back to me and I cant re-sign up because I need another invite I guess. It wont let me sign up again Its a big mess

They really are trying to help me with the QT account but I keep getting errors. Such a mess. I use to have ECO but also had problems receiving funds with them. They would park my money in anohter country for over a week and when it didnt go through, not tell me! It went through one time without incident and then went down hill from there.

We are working on it though.
 
I'm sure glad that I read this before playing at Inet. I have their site loaded and ready to play, but when I got into the site and started seeing all the hoops I have to jump through just to deposit and withdraw, I went away. Things like rubbing my card imprint with a pencil and sending my i.d.. I mean, who is all this security for anyway?? Certainly not the player! I mean, I have never even been asked for documents EVER for a withdrawl. I do tend to play a couple of places and maybe they figure I'm o.k. after all my deposits, but still, just who are they protecting?? I mean they accept deposits without any kind of supporting documentation, but when I want some money from them it's always "YOUR PAPERS PLEASE". What the hell! (Not just Inetbet, but many other places as well) You don't ask for this silliness when I deposit, why when I want it back?? How does an offshore entity really know that I am who I say I am and that the license, bank account, etc. is really mine. They've never seen me, so how is a picture ID pertinent for this purpose?? Many of them say that they want to make sure that the check arrives at the correct address. O.K., even if I buy into that line, why then do so many of them have a disclaimer that incorrect info provided releases them of responsibility for the check arriving. No folks, this whole ID and pencil shading my debit card is not for security at all. It is a way for the site to hold your money a little longer. Seems security is a one way street with many of these sites. They want to make sure that your money gets to them securely!! Besides, if your check doesn't arrive as promised, what are you going to do about it as a player?? WE HAVE NO LEGAL RECOURSE ANYWAY!!! Casinos, stop all the BS and just pay the account that withdraws without all the hoops. Again, I have never been asked for any documents and that is quite honestly the way I want it.
