Income Access data missing?

Anyone noticed Income Access stats are missing for several of their users, Like Guts (Gigi) Betfred (Active Wins) and Casino Luck/Next?

Haven't been updated for a few days, 'no records were returned' keeps coming up but I know I have hits and play.
