Active Wins commission issues again!!

OK, those of you who promote Betfred, Prospect Hall etc. will no doubt have seen this e-mail in January which seems to come from this programme every 3 or 4 months:


Received this e-mail from Active Wins nearly 6 weeks ago, when December's commission was due.

Due to stats issues within Income Access, we regret to inform you that payments will be delayed across the ActiveWins brands. This includes payments for Betfred, Bucky Bingo, BOGOF Bingo, Kerching Casino, Prospect Hall Casino, O'Reels, Pots of Luck, Jackpot Strike, Scorching Slots and Jackpot Jones.

All efforts are being made to resolve this issue as quickly as possible.

Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience this may cause, we will contact you as soon as the problem has been resolved and confirm the date you will receive your payment.

Now all other programmes using the IA platform have paid OK this month. Even if the above were true, nearly 6 weeks to straighten their stats?

So still waiting December's commission and it's nearly March. Not good.

Anybody else experiencing the continuous problems with Active Wins?
