OK, I have been having problems with this lot who represent Huge Slots and Goldspins, 2 Caddell casinos.

Haven't really pushed this brand until October last year. Goldspins was new then, and I pushed them during the month and recruited many players, but negative commission. No problems thus far. In November I earned a good sum from them and like all Egass affiliate portals I submitted an invoice automatically as you do via the account 'Payments' interface on the second of December (although most Caddell programmes such as Full Cream etc. automatically pay you without doing this through the Egass system).

I subsequently heard nothing even though the confirmed invoice was automatically sent to me via e-mail as I submitted it. I had no payment which raised concerns as I had contacted other affiliates via CM who confirmed they had received their smaller payments around the 7th. of December. It is now the 28th. I have no Skype contact for them and tried e-mailing twice about 2 weeks ago through the account messaging system, heard nothing back. A CM member provided me with the e-mail of the last known affiliate manager at Big Boy whom I contacted a few times, eventually getting a reply back on 21 December from a 'Richard' as follows:

"Hello Daz,
Thank you for reaching out to us and our apologies for not getting back to you earlier. Holidays are a pretty busy time of year but we do apologize for not getting back to you sooner.
Did you request payment and for which month? We will check your account to make sure everything is correct. Please feel free to shoot over your Skype ID and we will connect with you to answer any of your questions.
Look forward to chatting with you.
Thank you,
Richard"

Worryingly it asks if I requested payment and for which month, which they would know by me submitting and receiving the confirmed invoice back to my e-mail on the 2nd. Dec (I have copies to prove this). There have been several working days before and after Christmas and despite the e-mail back no attempt has been made at Skype contact from them nor have I had answers to subsequent e-mails since 21 Dec.

It's now past the point where it can be attributed to the holiday period and I believe I am being ignored and that they have no intention of paying me. I have removed all their material from my sites obviously, but would welcome any assistance in retrieving this money owed, or assistance to establish a responsive and reasonably quick line of communication.

If anybody has a registered address for this lot please PM me, as I have a feeling I'll be doing a 'Nicola' eventually. (re. her issue with Ivy Affs)

Invoice submitted on 2nd through the site and paid on 7th via wire this month which was the same for Full Cream and Branders.Partners.

Are these the same guys that are doing the 666 casino?

Yes, indeed they are. I'm not owed a great deal but have made some good dosh this month so am anticipating more aggro next month. This is odd, as you had aggro with Ivy which always pay ME in the first week auto-invoiced, and I have aggro with BigBoy who pay YOU okay in the first week or so.....:what::confused::confused:

I thought 666 and dreamjackpot are bigwinaffiliates

If they are related I can see why you are having problems..cause ive had problems with bigwinaffiliates

Right I was paid JANUARY'S commission in March, around the 10th. a month late. I actually e-mailed the Chairman of White Hat/Caddell to intervene, who copied me in a reply he eventually got stating 'due to an accounting error some commissions were being paid 2 months in arrears rather than the usual 1 month. You will be paid and brought up to date so going forward the issue will cease.' This ties in somewhat with what I was originally told back in January when the Aff Manager actually used to respond, and he actually said that it's meant to be like that! (BS as you all know, commissions are paid sometime in the FOLLOWING month!)
So he contradicted that in his reply to the CEO where he described it as an 'error'.

I must also point out that on Egass you can only have one invoice live at a time, so on March 10 when I got JANAURY'S outstanding commission finally (for some reason paid to Paypal in USD so I lost 10% of it!) I then issued immediately another invoice via the account interface for FEBRUARY which going by what I was told by the CEO I believed would be settled, thus resolving the issue and bringing it up to date. Needless to say I have received zilch and I reckon things will carry on as before, I'll either be stuffed and not be paid at all or get February's money in April.

This is wholly unsatisfactory and for over 2 weeks have had radio silence from both the CEO (he was helpful originally but I reckon he either doesn't want, or can't be bothered to get involved any more) and had no communication from the affy manager contact for 2 months. Given the huge debt issue at Ivy Affs I am starting to wonder if things are amiss here.

I have asked a third party to intervene on my behalf as a dispute resolver.

I think affies who promote these brands via Ivy and BigBoy should just take a mental note of this. Why can't they all be like Playgrand, Full Cream etc??

Regrettably this BigBoy (Huge Slots and Goldspins, 2 Caddell casinos) issue has reared its ugly head again.

It's April and I've not been paid for January yet.

Arbitrator hasn't got a reply yet and suspects they are in trouble.

I am aware that other affs haven't been paid for February either. Make of this what you will, but I am not confident about this programme.
