Try later today. I have sometimes seen a delay when a promo first launches, and there is usually a day or two of nothing (just the play mobile banner) between promos.
It could even be a local cache issue, so try a system cleanup, particularly of temporary internet files in both your usual browser, and Internet Explorer (used by the Viper client to display lobby pages).
The other reason for non appearance is that you have not been invited for this one, but this can be checked with CS.
The new system is designed so that only those eligible will see the promo in the lobby, and the email itself is not necessarily needed to be eligible, although it still gets sent as a courtesy.
I am curious, as they may have made a horse based on me.
On the other hand, I may already have won too much after my recent runs on the fruities in Pat's bar, and he must be annoyed that despite having the engineer remove the pirate game to replace it with some purple bling jungle based crap, I have learned how to empty that too
I really didn't think the crew at 32Red could make me feel more warm and fuzzy, but I'm overwhelmed at the current Bonus Derby promotion!

I tried again later (but before your reply), and after running the race again, I immediately saw the claim button, which worked fine.
I will see if the problems have cleared next time Kasino Kingdom, or any other nag, remembers to go before the race, rather than on the track
Where do you guys claim that promotion? I recieved the invitational email about it but I´m only getting a message of day saying "32red - second to none" ...what is indeed correct but not the expected promotion.

Yes, rather than taking a dump, the horse teleports off the track. However, once the race finishes, you click on "skip race" and you can claim a bonus. In any case, you can skip the race and go straight to the offer.
I did find the claim process tricky, as the earlier problems of it giving the "error, you do not appear to be eligible" arose the first couple of attempts, but on the third, it briefly showed "success" before again showing the "not eligible" error, but the bonus was credited in any case.
I would have expected the horse to have been disqualified for teleporting off the track, so best get the claims in quickly before the stewards notice and void the result
