I assume you got your cash in the end Balth?
I binned off casinos that don't pay quickly last year, it just got to be ridiculously frustrating, in fact I started a thread about it here.

Over the last year or so I've had some very good bonus offers come through from MG casinos that I have accounts with but haven't played at in over twelve months, even where the bonus is actually pretty good (and very good in a couple of cases) I've never bothered because I know these groups have 24-48 hour pending times, act as if the weekend doesn't exist, and have given me the right runaround in the past for relatively small withdrawals.
(The best one was there they waited until the very end of the 48 hour pending period, THEN asked for docs which I sent IMMEDIATELY and they then said they wouldn't be verified quickly as it was the weekend (at this point it was actually Friday evening) and I'd have to wait until the following Monday before they'd even be looked at. Needless to say once I got paid I vowed never to play with that group again.)
Just bring it down to the basics, at the end of the day you only need one casino per software, so 32Red are a no-brainer for MG, 3Dice are absolutely solid on withdrawals and CS, Redbet for Netent, Unibet for WMS, and so on.
We the customers absolutely MUST vote with our wallets, because taking four or five days to pay a withdrawal is taking the piss, especially to something like Neteller or Skrill. (And even a 24 hour pending period can end up as several days, especially if a weekend with a bank holiday gets in the way.)
Personally speaking I'd like to see the accredited criteria massively firmed up so that these casinos can't be accredited, 48 hours pending is beyond the pale IMO anyway, but when weekends and holidays don't count it just starts to look like a bad joke at our expense. (The casino that is, not the accredited list! The work Bryan and his staff do is awesome, but I do wonder if some of the casinos on that list belong there TBH.)
