We're getting very far from the "24h" listed in the accreditation section now. I really don't feel like having to run after my money and I'm not expecting such thing from an accredited casino. Please note that I have not 'turned on' Sloto group, nor do I want to throw them under the bus.... what I want is for them to maintain a quality of service and reliability that players expect and deserve from an accredited casino.

I recall the thread you started where you stated that only 24-hour payouts are acceptable to you. Slotocash definitely has cashflow problems though they say its pure speculation and a week to 10 days for payouts are very commonplace nowadays. I suggest you play somewhere else as they are definitely unable to meet your standards which I believe are reasonable.

If you need to send docs, one work around is to take a photo of your docs and connect your camera (or insert its disc) into your computer and attach it as an jpg to an email to customer support. No need for a scanner. Fax machines went out in the 90s.

I know Brian, I've sent my docs to dozens of casinos only by using pictures. This one is different, as they want you to fill their FAX FORM that you need to print and sign and there's no way around it.

It wouldn't be as bad if they'd have requested my docs instead of making me wait for several days without any sign, but I had to chat with the CSR to find out that they needed my docs, which is unacceptable in my book. I kept receiving their spam daily, though. Just no docs request.

Now they want a scan or a fax, which I don't plan to buy for a $100 cashout. I asked for a reversal, they accepted (6+ days after my original wthdrawal request), I spent the money and I move on.

It's their business, they can do whatever they want. It's not for me, though.

If anyone is interested in the full 1hr long extremely painful chat, let me know I'll post it.

Yes, it sucks when you want a cashout and it doesn't seem forthcoming, but in my experience, they really are one of the better outfits online - obviously I say that as a US player, and you have many more options as a means of comparison.

I had to do my documents once, and I don't believe they require reverification once you've sent docs to one casino in their group.

As to the rep, people are allowed to take vacations - again, it sucks when the level of service isn't ALWAYS as good as when you can contact Ms. Sloto, but I don't know, that's just the way it goes with online casinos.

I think all RTG casinos require a faxback form, maybe it's a US thing?
you could probably have printed it out at your local library or just written it by hand and then taken a picture of it, i really don't know what it's meant to prove anyway.

I have used a digital camera to obtain JPEGs of my documents and I have never had trouble getting them accepted.

I believe the real issue with the "faxback" form is the need for the proper hand written signature from the player. This too can be done with a digital camera taking a picture of the signed form.

The remaining problem is where players have neither a scanner nor printer, and it seems a printer is the piece of kit that is most important.

There is a need to somehow get a hard copy of the form to sign by hand.

For those having this problem, they should realise that printers themselves are often sold for less than the cost of making them. The manufacturers then make sure the ink is VERY expensive, and this is how they make their money.

For a player without a printer, they probably never had the need, so they can get one over on the manufaturers. Look for the cheapest printer, and forget about the cost of ink as often they come with a set of ink cartridges included. If used only for faxback forms, the ink will last for YEARS, and when it runs out, buy a new printer, not more ink.

If you buy a computer from a major retail outlet, you can usually get a free printer thrown in as a sweetener. It's often one that is cheap but with expensive ink, in my case I got a free Lexmark printer, but the price of ink was shocking, £60 for a full set, and that was back in 2001:eek:

I personally think CS handled the issue really well. Some places accepts fax/scan docs, and some don't. When gambling online, you have to invest in those type of things (Fax or Scanner). It will pay for itself after 1 good win. But to insure you don't run into those type of problems again. Buy yourself a fax or scanner. They are cheap these days.

I don't have a printer. Well, I have a big thing without a cartridge. Is it still a printer if it doesn't print? Couldn't be connected to my netbook anyway.

I stick the PDF of the faxback form on a memory stick, and take it to be printed. Staples is one company that offers such a service (but not the cheapest in my town). I believe you can even email what you want printed to Staples. Then I stand and fill it out with a pen, and have it scanned while I'm there.

Usually costs me under $2, and that includes my utility bill as well.

I'm sometimes a few days getting around to it, but that's my end, not their's.

Think my local library is 15cents a page to print. It's just not as conveniently located for me.
