Glad some have had good experiences in the casino so far :)

Just to get some more action here, lets do a small competition;

I am thinking of a number between 0 and 1000. Reply in the thread with which number you think it is. The 3 player that is closest to the number I am thinking of by noon tomorrow (CET) will get 25 free spins on Gonzo's Quest.

Nice to see Igame here in the BbF Process. I am a member @ this site for some years now, played them not very often.

Yesterday they sent me a bonuoffer via email: 100% match + 25fs on twinspin. As I was in the mood for some mg slots i gave it a go with a small deposit of just 10€. It was a nice surprise to see that they now offer also mg slots, also their website design/handling changed to the better.

Their bonusrules are a bit sky high if you ask me, 70x wagering on the bonusamount. But in general their bonusrules are very upfront, no traps no endles complicated rules.
As I seem to be very lucky this november on mg slots, so i was also on iGame that day. (see winner screens)

After some hours of wagering through my palythrough of 700 i finished with an end balance of 520€, requested a withdrawal back to neteller and went to sleep.
As i woke up, funds have already been paid to my neteller. :thumbsup:

I really appreciate their fast and hassle free service, not sure if docs would have been required i sent them just in case. But overall i have to say i would really recommend checking them out as in my opinion their gameselection (mg/netent) is really attractive, if you take a bonus be aware of the high wr. I already read the reps comments in this thread about it, sure they don´t force it to you, but compared to their competitors 70 times wagering is a bit much and shouldnt be necessary. So iGame if you would maybe lower your bonus wr a bit in future iam pretty sure you will get many depsoits from cm members (this species is really scared of high wr requirements :rolleyes:), as in all other aspects you seem to fit in becoming accredited here in my opinion, all the best!

I am glad you have had a good experience with us over all.

As I stated earlier I agree with what you said about the wagering requirement. I am currently looking into ways of reducing it drastically. I am onto something, so keep your eyes and ears open. Soon enough things will change. :)

Do i assume correctly that you guys are also part of the Bonnier Gaming group?
I didn't check that but i noticed i got a few promos in the mail that were pretty similar, or basically exactly the same:D
So it seemed logical, but maybe it's just a Everymatrix wide thing? Could be as sometimes you will also see special larger promotions throughout several download MG's and/or Quickfire sites..

Thought i would ask you here, and regardless of what the answer to that is, gonna slightly prematurely congratulate you with the accreditation, as i am convinced you guys will be passing:)

Haven't even deposited yet but was lucky enough to get a long enough playtime to check things out, from your generous contests, and liked the layout of the site a lot, very smooth runninggames and easily navigable: also noteworthy is that you have FPP's/comppoints, which is something i always appreciate.. Are there any plans on adding some other providers too? And if yes, which?

Anyway, i am confident that your CM-special promos will be something worth looking forward to, and so i am! :p

Hey,

We are not part of Bonnier Gaming group, and we only have Everymatix for Sportsbook on a few of our sites. :)

We will add two more casino platforms to our site within a not-too-far-off future, which will enable us to go live with A LOT of really good games. Once we have gone through the LGA procedures and been approved I will give you more details, not to give any false hopes :- )

Just curios i know you payout pretty fast during weekdays how and when do you payout during weekends?
i had a withdrawal pending for 18 hours from Saturday afternoon until noon Sunday. so in the end figure i could just as well reverse it :) and of course lost it :cool:
like i said just asking :)
might not sound long but in todays market its actually pretty long compaire to few other sites in here ;)

Normally withdrawals are handled within 2 hours during office hours, which would be 9-23 CET on weekdays and 11-20 CET during weekends (But more likely 10-20 minutes if you are fully verified, which you are). I checked your account and you are correct. The withdrawal was pending for 18 hours.

I just spoke with our payments team and they confirmed an issue has been spotted and reported to our tech department. A few withdrawal requests are being sent to their system for processing with some delay, which some times can be up to a day or two. I will prioritize to have this bug fixed asap. What I can advice in the meantime is that you contact support through Live Chat and ask them to process it manually, this way they will be able to notify payments team to manually process your withdrawal pretty much instantly, or send me a PM and I will have it prioritized for you.

I'm sorry for the issue!
