Calling iGame Casino rep ?? Saw hes last visit on site was November 2016 :eek:

I dont now what to think of online casinos anymore!!!This is the second time i am missing bonus round on 2 different slots after reloading the game...

I was playing Shangri La game and hit the Chest bonus feature,lost connection reloaded the game and the bonus round has just disappeared :eek:

I contacted their live support asking to investigate what has happened??Live support useful as always!!! That was on 16th June and still no feedback from them!

The same thing happened to me 1 month ago in Bingo.com but Ken responded and sorted it out.They investigate it gave me the money won from bonus round and Ken has add a little bonus....

I couldn't find a rep for iGame either. Robins account is dormant so I guess he's not there anymore.

You could try Unibets rep maybe. They did buy iGame awhile ago so at least they should be able to help you in some way.
I better report this thread to Bryan also so he can ask them for a new rep.

So, you contacted their support 4 days ago regarding game issue, and you are upset at them for not getting back at you yet? :confused:
Surely you should know that the only thing they can do is to forward the issue / investigation to the game provider, and can't get back to you until the game provider has done their part?

Patience is a virtue my friend. :thumbsup:

First of all i do know how the things work :rolleyes:

Second i do not expect from them to resolve the case right away and yes i do expect to get some confirmation email ASAP that they are working on my case.

Just for your information Ken from Unibet answered right away and resolved my case in 24h with the Netent game provider so if they are accredited casino i do expect more....
