Video slots stuck round

Hi all,

It’s been a minute, just some advice really as this has never happened to me before.

Was playing Temple of Fury dream drop coming up 3 weeks ago, got the 5 Ds to trigger the JP round, it gets stuck and wouldn’t play the rounds.

Contacted CS and they did the usual clears cache try another browser come back tomorrow, did this and obviously didn’t work, the round was subsequently cleared from the game but I’m yet to know what the outcome or had anything credited from the spin.

It’s been over 2 weeks now, 3 on Thursday and all I get is it’s with the technical team, nothing more, not even a guesstimate of a timescale, anyone know how long this should take?

I probably only won the lesser JP of 92p but you know
