You might be interested to know that SNOW is currently falling here in Bracknell, some 30/40 miles to the west of London. (70Km in European money )
I had to call in some big favours to arrange this, so I expect a few in return

Snow seems to have melted, but my car is bust and I wouldn't trust the trains if they had to start cancelling them.

When I looked outside my window, there was a spell of "the wrong kind of snow" for quite a while, so I am not surprised the trains have been cancelled.
Also, the Met Office website has been down since this morning so it is impossible to check anything that might help in determining the risk of travel, such as another 1/8" of snow tonight

Never got the Met Office site up, but found out that a severe weather warning has been issued for tonight, so no trains AGAIN today for you KK

There is also a severe weather warning from the Vinylweatherman. Very severe freezing conditions at Muchos Grande and Munchkins, with freezing conditions for many 9 line Thunderstruck slots - nearly a dozen consecutive 10x stake or less bonus rounds aint funny given that they are taking hundreds of spins to set off in the first place.

Seriously, though, there is absolutely no reason why you four, plus anyone else living in the UK, shouldn't arrange get-togethers once every few months just for the heck of it... just make one of those get-togethers during ICE each year.

I'm really sorry I never made it. As you may know my company specialises in the FSU and BMI have recently lauched a new route to Moscow from London. They had a party in a bar in Kingly Street yesterday (which we were obliged to attend) and I ended up getting completely hammered on vodka mixers.

I was gutted as I was telling my colleagues that I should be meeting my new internet friends - so I was planning on coming, but I was in no state to do so in the end.

Really sorry guys. I hope you all had a great day out.
