I have no idea as you have consistently evaded the question and thrown every concievable smokescreen.
It's just something I want to know, and others might as well.

#2)I have posted deposit dates, and amounts and personally I do not consider depositing $25 with "bonus" quite "beating the house edge in a big way!

As far as the "bonuses and coupons go... maybe if half of my deposits were not listed as "comp deposits" I would understand it better. Also at POC 99% of the coupons they offer you, you input and they get denied which forced me to go to chat and have them redeem it for me.(at least back in february and april it was that way)..

Since this is now "public", yes, I am working on the numbers. What Mystic has provided are actual screenshots of the transaction records on her account. It is a "swine" to process as being images I cannot simply cut & paste the 74 pages into the spreadsheet.
I have already raised the point about the large number of "denied" coupons, and Mystic has replied to me with the same reason, the software routinely denies them, but CS grants them. If Mystic were not allowed these coupons, CS would have said NO!

Chris has specifically stated that Mystic has already received back more than was deposited, this may well be the easiest thing to prove or disprove, whereas analysing the bonuses may be harder due to this denied coupon business - much of the 74 pages are "padding" rather than figures, but I want to make note of it all.

Mystic has only made small deposits, but they have been frequent. She has by no means maxed out a coupon by depositing the amount needed to get the biggest bonus, and this pattern shows no signs of change toward the end (denied Random Jackpot).

Since I have the actual screenshots, there will be no accusations that Mystic "made up" the figures, so forget it Chris

It's a sorry state of affairs when casinos outright hate winners. RTG casinos offer bonuses left and right. This one punishes players for accepting the offers, and then having the audacity to actually win a bit.



That rule alone screams 'stay away' from this casino! Is this a common rule at RTG's?

I had problems recently with Cool Cat again.
I was told in live help that the small bonus coupon that I used, had only 20x play through and I had played $700.00 more than was required so could withdraw $275.00 which I did and left $100.00 in there left to play with. 15 days later, I was send an email that my withdrawal had been refused and on contacting live help again, suddenly the play through was 30x , so I played that through and claimed $175.00 withdrawal. That was put back into my account 15 days later. I then emailed the manager New to the shady group of casinos. 3 days later I did receive my money.
Seems very few of them like to pay out.
I must admit however this year I have made 2 withdrawals from The Virtual Casino Group and have been paid 11 workings days for one and 10 working days for the other. One amount was $300.00 and the other $250.00

Hi Mystic .... lojo should be along soon I'd guess. Applying simple logic to the pretend scenario above; If the "lifetime bonus rule" was not in effect at the time you played and won the 6K, you should be paid without question by any decent Casino operation. If it was put in effect after you won to deny paying you; that is simply Rogue and reprehensible. If it was in effect and they did not explain the rule anywhere the same applies. If you missed this rule in the T&Cs and your previous lost free chips were equal or greater than your first $25 (whatever amount) no-bonus deposit; Then they've got you , on the 10X rule. However the Click2 deposits they didn't refund sounds like pure robbery : Criminal.

When Dean said you would be paid and to do some additional playthrough; putting in extra deposits at this point would be a dangerous thing to do. Not knowing of the 10X rule would be a trap to take all your money and any extra you won, I believe you said Blackjack. If Dean was sincere, then accounting over ruled him (he says he tried to get you payed). If he was lieing, then you were set up; to make more deposits and maybe increase your bonus/deposit ratio and still be only able to cash out $250.

First of all Mystic, it doesn't matter what Inetbet would do, as this isn't Inetbet. They are in a class of their own when it comes to RTG casinos. You can't compare the two. Even RTG's that are considered reputable still carry those bullshit 10X max cashout rules, even on comp points if you read the T&C's at MANY of them. Inetbet is one of the few, if not only one, that doesn't.

Second, in reference to the first part of your quote...if you got a free chip for $25 and lost. Then made your 1st deposit of $20-$25 and won, according to their current T&C's, then no you would not be paid, period. I agree it's a horrible rule, this lifetime bonus/deposit ratio, but if it's there and on their website, then you can't argue with it. Doesn't matter if you agree with it or not (and I don't), they've covered themselves.

Third, you say the one and only point you never got into was the lifetime bonus rule? Why not? This is NOT a moot point, it is the ONLY point. And the only "rule" that is relevant here, as pertains to your situation. This is the rule they've invoked I guess, and if it turns out that your free chips have been equal to or greater than total deposits, you are SOL. Mind you, with this group you're shit outta luck anyway, even if you hadn't broken a rule. This just gives them a leg to stand on in this particular instance. It matters not that you won on a straight deposit, if you've exceeded the bonus thing. They've covered their asses on this one.

Fourth, as to WHEN this rule was added onto their website, I can't say for sure. But I know that Mousey cut and pasted it from POC website back when you very first posted your original thread (this one I guess, don't even know where I am anymore). Beyond that, someone would have to do a wayback or something.

Fifth, I'll be looking forward to seeing what Vinyl comes up with figure wise. And Mystic, keep in mind that I'd bet anything that the casino considers ANY kind of comp as a "bonus". This would include manager comps, loyalty bonuses, straight free chips you've redeemed yourself via a coupon, deposit bonuses both redeemed by yourself via coupon and those redeemed by support AND any comp point redemptions. It's no wonder these casinos throw so many free chips at people, and huge 1000% deposit bonuses. In this way, they ensure that they can snag almost anyone on this lifetime bonus rule.

I really think you are fortunate you got back the $1,300 that you did. There are many who would have gotten only the $250 ($25 deposit times ten). You got that because you threatened chargebacks. As far as dealing with this group of shysters, I'd consider yourself one of the lucky ones.

You've mentioned five unauthorized withdrawals from your bank, and say they were refunded to you via free chips. Is this the amount that seperates 'lifetime' deposits from free chips? it should be a wash in that equation.

Are there any other 'gray' areas?

Like VWM said, this isn't going to just go away. Maybe you could rest up and when you have time try to boil it down to a timeline and bulleted list of objective facts. Maybe start one more thread in bonus complaints? Others may disagree and state that all 'virtual issues' are one, but this thread has been completely derailed imo.

I, for one, would like to see all the facts from your side, a rebuttal, and a discussion.

This was the original reason why she was denied the winnings. They came from a deposit with NO ASSOCIATED BONUS, which meant this was the ONLY RULE they could possibly use.
The dispute centres around the fact that they did not count Click2Pay deposits when working out whether the rule applied or not, and the dispute centres around whether the addition of these deposits, and the proper allocation of those "free chips" used to refund the unauthorised bank debits to deposits.
If Chris has such a strong case, why did he wipe the numbers?
If it were a simple matter of getting the transaction log as a workable file from POC this would be a good deal easier to resolve, but Chris & co will have none of it, so I have to assume they have something to hide.
Mystic had the foresight to grab screenshots (all 74 of them) BEFORE the figures got wiped, and these files are all we have, and they can be inspected alongside records from the deposit methods Mystic used.
Bryan also points out that another player has been screwed over by this group, despite his win being totally within the T & C. Here it is just endless delaying tactics and rule changes galore after the fact on payment schedules.

Points I think I see...

• Winnings were denied for the 'lifetime deposit/bonus' 10x max cashout rule. It may have not been a valid invocation of the rule because C2P deposits may not have been counted in deposit history. That should be slamdunk as she has stated that she used one account number/name and password for all deposits at the casino.
  
  
• The five 'unauthorized withdrawals' from click 2 pay shouldn't affect the ratio. If it comes down to $100 in deposits and $100 in free chips it should be a wash? But could be more complicated if she accepted the 'free chips' and played through them and they have their own mini-cascades of deposit/reversal/bonus histories. I don't envy sorting that!

Again, afaik, Chris did not wipe any numbers, 'Andre' was manager of Palace of Chance at the time and 'Dean' is now. I have no idea about the casino or group's policy when closing an account. One would assume the numbers are still available somewhere.

She did well to get screenshots of her account.

The "other player's" situation of slow-pay/rule-changes is another issue altogether. I'm staying out of it.

It's bad enough trusting someone with your money to be honest and pay us, Its another story (and always seems to be excuse after excuse as to why players are not paid!) It's pitiful. In my case Andre tried to make me sound like a "bonus abuser"... So, I only play accreditted now. (They had the nerve to think I was stupid enough to believe If I deposit there now and win I will be paid!) Not gonna happen.

Even the meister himself stated:

Now lets add in the playthrough amounts since they were not WR on my deposit on THAT WIN... It goes well above thier "free chip/bonus" amounts. I never denied using bonuses, coupons or free chips.
So Now where is Chris and his reply to my request that he go back and ask Dean where the click2pay deposits are?

The list goes on and on.. So, First of all,
Lojo why would you isolate me and repeatedly post that MY NUMBERS are such a big deal when it is obvious from the above quotes taken from actual chats that Andre repeatedly changed the amount of bonuses/free chips I received! He had NO problem lying yet my story never once changed? Chris himself included POC on his list and numerous other posters Called him out as POC manager!
I am only posting this to try to clear up some confusion you seem to have on your end. In all reality my account at POC should not have had all 74 pages of transactions erased! I am glad I took screen shots when I did.
I have lurked in the background and had you accuse me of Abusing Bonuses, and not posting my numbers, hi-jacking threads,etc. But I will speak up now.
Numerous other posts by you have implied that I cheated and abused the bonuses. But I have never once seen anyone from POC come in here and post any facts relating to my situation or "proving them right". As far as hijacking threads, how did I do that if it indeed had to do with my situation and from what I can see I posted replies to the poster and thier problem... when POC was mentioned I mentioned my situation. If the problem relates then it relates...
