I won £2000 playing slots . The problem I have is I used my joint debit card with my wife. She is also on the card and bank account. The company has asked for Id information is it OK to send only my stuff. If it's a joint account will they ask for her Id as well what happens if they ask and find she on gamstop. Please help thanks

I don’t know why there hasn’t been any response to this and I am not well versed in these situations. There are some people on the forum who are very clued up as to where you stand.

The one thing they will ask for is a shot of the card used to deposit so you can’t get around that one. Sorry I can’t help more maybe others will.

Thanks for replies . The casino refunded my wife's deposits and voided the winnings. Is that fair I spoke to gamstop and they said as its my account they should honor the winnings?. Thanks

"My wife's deposits" - I thought you said YOU won?

Interestingly enough prior to the Grand National ( the last one I will watch BTW, but that is entirely another story ), my wife wanted to place a bet online. Now I registered with GamStop last summer, so obviously I couldn't put anything on. So she had to find a sportsbook that I had no account with in the past, due to the one account per household rule. However, we have a joint account and there would be no reason as far as I could or can tell, her using our joint account to fund said sportsbook. I mean, we have our own separate debit cards for the same account and she would have used her own. As it happened, she used her own account to fund her newly registered sportsbook account. Reps, please chime in and correct me if I am wrong with regards the using of joint bank accounts.
