I am new to the online gambling world and made the mistake of playing with Royal Ace before googling their name which I now know is the first thing to do if wanting to play at any certain online casino. Anyways, I signed up with them a little under two month ago, deposited a fair chunk of money and got a fair chunk of winnings back (about $3800). Anyways I have been going back and forth with them a month now trying to get my withdrawals processed, and the answers I were getting are, the withdrawals department is backlogged, i am not speaking to the right person, or the person i was speaking to had no clue what was going on. I was also repeatedly asked to send in the same verification photos of my credit card, even though I had sent them in three times. I thought I was going crazy until I read all the reviews detailing EXACTLY the same behavior from Royal Ace with other players. I finally had enough, and started a chat with them today saying I wanted it resolved immediately and that I was filing a complaint with askgamblers.com I then log off. I log back in a few minutes later and am unable to, I am then told that I am blocked and the reason for this was that when I signed up and registered for the account initially I put in 1911911919 for my telephone number which is absolutely not true. I was receiving marketing calls from these guys AND their sister scam casinos in the middle of the night every night in which I asked to be taken off all their call lists. I am just realizing now that they have just stolen all my money and I have been scammed. I was thinking of reporting this to my credit card company as I don't think there are any other repercussions I can take. Can I get some feedback? I don't think they have a casino rep.

The Ace Revenue Group got removed from the rogue pit about 2 years ago and are now listed here: https://www.casinomeister.com/grey-zone-casinos/

This means you WOULD be able to Pitch-A-Bitch against them = probably your best & fastest way to solve your issue.

From what I know, payments should be processed soon. Both of the top two persons who oversee and approve payments were hit by personal tragedies, and left for home to deal with these. Unfortunately at the same time there were some processor eff-ups which amplified the matter, plus a staff who didn't really know how to handle this unprecedented situation. All should be ok in the very near future. You did not get scammed - everything should be back to normal soon.

Thanks Kk I will take the following steps you posted!!

Thanks that is reassuring although how does that explain the reason why they are telling me I was banned because of registering with a fake number? The manager I talked to seemed very unwilling to look into it for me.

On Saturday the Royal Ace rep said they would get back to me Monday and its now almost Thursday. That really doesn't surprise me though. Next step is to post in Pitch A Bitch I suppose. I've also told my cc company I was scammed by RA and I've gotten all the money I spent at their casino charged back so no money lost which is good. Just POd that I let myself get scammed and that they scammed me out of pretty sizeable winnings.

By the way, Ace Revenue recently opened with another casino, which is called Le Bon Casino. Dont know if anyone is interested in updating this.

Two issues with your OP.

First, a dodgy phone number is a sure way to have a casino not pay you. An ex-member here 'Skiny'? had an issue with a relative getting refused winnings for accidentally not entering a number or doing a typo as they did, one of the two. Get yourself a 15-buck disposable mobile for casinos and it will become a spam-box unlike your personal phone.

If you charged-back deposits (yes, under the terms of the card not getting what you paid for from the casino, i.e. winnings may be a justification) you have opened up a big can of worms for yourself. In the USA and North America especially, you will be blacklisted and if you gamble again it's highly likely you will have accounts arbitrarily closed and if you win non-payment of winnings and refund of deposits if you're lucky.

A bit late to say now, and I appreciate the frustration, but Bryan did put a positive light on your prospects of getting paid and you may have acted a bit hastily. If you've charged-back don't even think about bothering Max with a PAB as it's huge no-no. You've seriously prejudiced or probably ruined your case.

Had you 'won' your PAB and there was still no settlement, then it could have been a last resort at that stage, but not now.

As a matter of fact I am 1000% positive I registered with a correct number. And to quote, when I was inquiring about why I had my account closed. I registered with the number 191919191. Ridiculous. I am well within my rights to have filed a dispute for these charges with my cc company as I have tried to resolve this now through Askgamblers with the rep, my issue went unresolved as she never responded to my complaint so it was closed and on here through private message. Also repeated requests for them to look into this in case a mistake was made by them removing my number from their telemarketing call list were refused/ ignored. According
to the fine print/credit card agreement (yes, I'm not stupid, I ALWAYS read the fine print) for my credit card I only have 30 days from the date of my statement listing these transactions to file a dispute with my credit card company and I'm pretty sure they're stalling for this reason too, waiting till its too late to do anything on my end about this. According to one of the moderators and casino experts over in the Askgambkers casino forums, I will only likely get blocked under all Royal Ace casinos sister sites and I'm more than ok with that.

Didn't realize PAB was to get monies back, thought it was just people posting warnings about certain casinos. In that case I am not losing any money so will not post there although Royal Ace did cheat me out of sizeable winnings which were well over my deposit amount. Will have to let that go though and make sure to do research before giving my money to an online casino in the future. Lesson learnt.

Yes, PAB is a CM dispute service handled expressly by Max - it doesn't have to be about retrieving monies owed but 95% of cases involve disputes over non-payment of winnings or deposit refunds etc. I think he has retrieved hundreds of thousands to date on behalf of players here.

If in the dispensation of his services he comes up against uncooperative or bullshitting casinos yes, he will post a general warning for all which you will see in the top-left of the forum header. Official warnings either come from PABs, general confirmed information the mods receive which makes a casino unsafe or more rarely information that appears from posters here that gets confirmed later by the admin.

As for the card chargebacks, you must have different rules, as in the UK it's 180 days to initiate one. I'm still not convinced that you were correct in not letting Max have a bit of intervention before you went down that route. He has direct contact with them and even if they came up with a valid excuse not to pay you he'd have likely had your account neutralized and deposits sent back assuming no misdeeds.

As for future consequences, you HOPE it's only Royal Ace that hold this chargeback info, but I wouldn't bet on it.

For my knowledge and understanding (which might not be 100% correct), if a player charges back at one RTG casino, he will be screwed at all others.
Same with Rival casinos.
And rightly so in my honest opinion. As an affiliate I have seen VAST numbers of charge-backs in the back-end figures and they are no good for anyone involved - they just waste everyone's time, and often money too.

A charge-back should be literally the payer's very last resort, if it's obvious the casino is fleecing them.
Mind you, if is IS only 30 days in the USA, then I can understand why it's more prevalent there than in Europe.

Guys had every right to charge back imo, he has waited long enough. As for affilites losing out who cares  They're are the last thing to worry about, only issue here is they stalled paying him.
