I really think that something should be done about slow processing and payouts

If I want to play after a few minutes the casino gets my money ... on the rare occasions I get a win the payout procedures are deliberately slow. I can't believe this is anything but an attempt by the operators to hang on to our hard won money. I had a small win on Sloto Cash Casino on the 10th Feb .... after 2 weeks of jumping through hoops (inc. having to physically sign a form, scan it and sent it back) I have now had an email stating that:

"Congratulations! We wish to confirm that your card force payout for $481.10 was processed yesterday. It may take 5 - 15 working days for funds to be on your card."

.... potentially another 15 days .... I guess they might also attempt to string that out a bit as well.

The latest excuse from Cruise Casino (and I had to drag this out of them they DIDN'T contact me to let me know there was a problem, I had to get into a live 'chat' with someone) was that my driver's licence and c/card was too low a resolution. Well I can tell you it was totally fine, I am a designer and know how to use a scanner !

These are excuses, authorisation should only take a few days and payouts a few hours, there are some casinos out there who act fairly - I will stick to them in the future, when will these cowboys realise they are shooting themselves in the foot ie losing players and getting complaints ?

unfortunately its just what some casinos practice with the hopes you reverse it and lose it. I had the same issue with intertops casino. Stall tactic after stall tactic.

Right now Im dealing with SportsInteraction and same thing. Stall tactics. I sent in docs last week still havent heard anything. Went to live chat today and ask whats going on and they said they didnt get anything from me. Check my email, shows sent and accepted. Live chat on Friday told me they got them. All of the sudden they want me to resend it. So another 3-5 business days to be approved and then another 3-5 business to be processed. Leaving 6-10 days of reversal time.

I basically told them thats fine, use your stall tactics. As soon as the money reaches my bank account Im closing my account. Which is a fairly big loss for them, as I like to make sports bets and play in the casino. So I was a reg there for the last little bit.

What I suggest, as soon as you sign up at a casino and plan to deposit, send in your documents first. That way if you win you dont have to wait for them to be verified. Or the chance that they "magically" wont accept them. Then see how the cashout process goes. If you arent happy, leave and never return.

I have found a couple of casinos that verifiy my documents same day and send payout same day. I stick with them for the most part. The odd time Ill wander off for a change of scenery.

Yes I agree lockinlove .... good idea to send in docs at the beginning but they all have different requirements and they are never clear about what they want eg Sloto was the first to ask for a physical signature .... they are all rubbish ! I'll certainly be self excluding when I've got the money out !

Yeah you just have to find a casino that doesnt mess around with players.

For me, Trada is my favorite for verification. They might not have all the games available as other sites do but they have enough of the ones I like. Their verification is superfast same with cashouts. Only downfall with them is if you cashout via bank. Fees are steep.

I see you said you played at sloto? If I recall thats RTG? I find most casinos with that software make you sign some form and send it to them. Im def not a fan of that. So if you like RTG (not sure why you would) be prepared to be signing forms etc.

Did you guys ever consider not gambling? Think about it, at the end of the day, you will always lose. You will make some money here and there but all it takes is one bad bet and it's all gone. I was able to quit gambling after a moderate to severe addiction ruined my life and my personality. I honestly couldn't remember what I was like before I came down with this horrible disease.

its total BS and borderline criminal, 15 days??? how come casumo, pokerstars, 32red, video slots, energy (just to name a few) can process verification within one hour and these places seem to think fifteen days is acceptable to process verification docs and send payment.

It shows that they dont really care much for the player to be honest and will lose future business because of this behaviour

15 days that's too long! You should just find another casino! May be many players don't reach that level(winning) to realize.

Ok chaps thanks for those further contributions I'm still awaiting payouts from both mentioned casinos so I totally agree with those of you that suggested that they were almost criminal and I will not be using them again. If I do play any more it will be with the recommendations mentioned here ! and alexking - I really do agree with your comments and are hoping to quit. I'm finding it quite difficult. Self exclusion seems to be working most of the time .... any advice ?

I'm currently waiting to do my first withdrawal at videoslots. I sent all documents which were verified right away but it seems they forgot the verify the letter I had to write for each prepaid card. They must of forgot I suppose and now they are really busy it seems lol. I'll give them another day I suppose.

I have sent 3 different pictures of my card, it is old and kind of worn (3 year old) and it's starting to piss me off now. Rep has informed me that it takes 3/5 days with financial team, then i get another email from them today asking for my documents again.

I had actually used my card because skrill was down.

So six days from withdrawal, let's see................

Hi Again this shows a very different dealing, UNiBET casino has to be the fastest paying casino in terms to my card , if your all verified then if i make a withdrawal on any week day its always there the next day. ive checked on all my withdrawals & everyone has been paid the next working day. clearly i haven't had the card issues you have but payments are quick , i have accounts at many well cutting back now , but my other accounts always seem to be 2-3 days & more since i've not been using neteller im finding it hard to carry on using a card , maybe time to stop playing altogether as payments aren't fast enough at other casinos.

Yes, they were fast when I used Skrill. However it was down the day I played and I used my card....never again!

I mean if Videoslotsand Trada can KYC clear me in a matter of hours, why can't they.

Anyhow I uploaded new docs again yesterday and still not heard anything as yet so I'm on 7........

There is only one reason for slow withdrawals and excessive pending periods. Temptation. Doesn't affect me as I don't play at any casinos with that.

Says a lot about the ethics of a casino that pays fast.
