I really feel inetbet needs a revisit in its positive endorsement

This is getting so old with these guys and it's once again for my father, I have told him to stop playing there but he doesn't know how to use bitcoin and goes to inetbet and gets checks, this is I'd say the 4th check now that has mega issues.

So he cashed out the 30th of August, they approved his check on the 3rd and now the check has been stuck in some form of customs down in Memphis. The FedEx update says it needs a commercial invoice which would be something inetbet providers as far as I know.

But get this here's the part that's imo shady, I've now sent in his behalf 2 or 3 email to support@inetbet email and they're being RETURNED as if they are not valid emails. Wtf is that? The email that approved his 1900 check, normal email I also replied to as it says if there's any questions to reply to it... And it got returned.

Screenshot_20250912_114957_Samsung Internet.webp

It's almost like they knew they sent an improper check and blocked the email, or did they just fold? I mean I'm just blown away by this.

We were just tryin to get them to void his check and send DD or bitcoin. Unreal... Gotta open another pab... I really feel they need a reevaluation here because this is awful service.

I doubt it's this, but for some reason my father tried emailing me 2 days ago and his emails got returned. I was able to send emails to him. Jus sayin, it's never hapened to me and my father before but it did happen 2 days ago, so maybe others are having problems too.

Hope gets sorted for ya, and I hope your father eventually finds somewhere else to play! ;)

@Savatage79
I don't want to cross post, but check my recent comments and you will see I have been having lots of issues with them as well. Absolutely no timeline as to when payouts will be processed. Not PAB worthy, but just seemingly constant delays.

Have you contacted @iNetBet Promos ? It did seem to get me some traction on a delayed payout last week.

I just recently had a huge win at Uptown Aces (@Sloto)and my 1st payment was processed right on time (2 days). Maybe consider moving your play there?

FWIW I do have reliable contacts at iNetBet and any sister properties. We’re able to get most issues resolved in a few days or so.

BTW it’s always a good idea to contact the reps — @iNetBet Promos , @emily_hanson — ASAP. Not a guarantee, of course, but certainly helps in most cases.

Hmm, iNetBet have been a stalwart for years and years. Tagging their rep here is definitely a good course of action. I'm not sure if I personally have a direct contact there anymore, but I expect Max has.
True... I've played there for 10+ years with out a single issue until recently (past year). Also important to note... I have ALWAYS been paid. My only issue is it is almost never "within 1 day" which they state on the withdrawal page on their website.

Hi all,

Savatage79 our team will be contacting FedEx representative to resolve the issue with the cheque. Once our team will know more, they will contact you via email.
By the way, sorry for the earlier email issues. We had a minor technical problem, but everything is working fine now.

Thank you,
iNetBet Team

Yea all is good thanks @iNetBet Promos

I hate making these threads but you guys freak people out sometimes lol like when there's silence for days when someone sends emails it tends to look odd, or when things are cashed out and it's a week or more it starts to get people to panic a bit and the last couple checks he's received have had issues like delays, stalls, bounced checks.. Just saying

A rule I wish inetbet would change is not being able to withdraw via bitcoin if you deposit with a CC. All the other casinos let you withdraw however you want, wire, check, btc etc... Has that changed at inetbet any? Because I feel that would solve many issues for any withdraws I make or my father.

I just initiated another withdrawal last night ($3250) at SunnySpins (iNetBet sister casino). I told @iNetBet Promos and I will let you all know how it goes.

I'd really love to post some positive feedback here considering how negative the vibe with them has been lately. Like I said above, Ive had a long relationship with them and would like to see them get "back on track" so to speak...

Not feeling optimistic, tbh... I emailed CS for an update this morning and this is the response I received...

"I'm afraid I don't currently have any updates on this currently, but I can see that as this is a big win, it will likely need to be reviewed by our Management team prior to processing.

So if you haven't seen any movement on this, this will likely be why. Our team will aim to review this request for you as soon as possible,"

If this pushes past this weekend (Tuesday request/ Monday payout (maybe)) I will not be happy. It should not take a week to get paid when you advertise "within 1 day".

@iNetBet Promos
Concerning to see a casino think $3250 is a big win. Its a nice win of course buts its far from a big win where it needs to be reviewed or anything like that.

Exactly! If they think $3250 is a lot, i can even imagine how bad they would delay if someone won $14,400 or something huge like that!!!

Don't take this the wrong way, but there are a lot of negative posts from you regarding this casino. If they aren't up to your standards.
Why do you keep playing there?
Fair question! I play there because I win there. I like the casino and do really well. As I stated above, I have a very long relationship with them and ALWAYS get paid. The delays are a recent thing and I really just want them to be transparent about payout timelines. They say on their website (and here) that crypto payouts will be processed "within 1 day". My complaints here are strictly based on payout delays based on THEIR quoted timeframe.

Also,
It's not just me... @Savatage79 and others have experienced this as well. Isn't that what this forum is for? To chat about shared experiences and get/ offer support as a shared community?

100%. Its important that members share their experiences so other users know where to play and where to avoid etc. At least then, they can make an informed decision.

What I was getting at is that there must be other factors that are keeping you playing there, which you've listed above, so no problems at all!

I was paid today. Thanks @iNetBet Promos and thanks @SYPlayer95 for allowing me to reflect on my recent negativity.

I should also note that I received a payment earlier in the week from Kudos which I failed to mention. That was a fairly quick turnaround. I need to be more careful about looking at positives and not solely focusing on the negatives.

Just venting a bit but these casinos take the fun out of it. In my years of experience when I used to cash out at an inetbet group casino it wasn't bad, I'd get a check fairly quick like 3 to 4 days after cashing out.

I cashed 1950.00 out on like the 16th, they emailed me to say we can go much faster if we use ACH for withdraw deposit. It's the 26th and Im still without funds and the kicker is I have another 5,000 in my balance at the same casino it's Lady Luck.

So lady luck currently owes me about 7k and I've to see a dime, it's the most frustrating bs ever

@iNetBet Promos

So to update I finally got the 1950.00, which is cool but man I find withdrawing so unfun, I guess I don't understand a casino that simply won't pay up without any major stalling. I have 5000 in my lady luck balance I'm going to take and between the fact it has to be two installments both with fees, and how slow it's like man I just while it's fun to win it's like such a drag to get your money sometimes.

I guess it's because I see people get paid quick via 3dice and other places it's amazing how slow some can be but sure winning is better than losing, it's just it's the 28th and I won't see this full 5000 I bet until halfway thru November, know what I mean?

Man 250.00 fee to cash out 5k

250 fee on a 5000 withdrawal?
Id be playing elsewhere

That's inetbet group for ya. But the thing is man I try other places like 3dice and I think in the years I've played there on and off I have one cash out maybe two?

But yea it's 5% for a wire.

See the funny thing about inetbet is they don't let you take it via bitcoin, it's a 2% fee that way but If you deposit CC you can't take it bitcoin, dumbest shit rule ever

Hi Savatage79, every casino has their own terms and conditions, and our casinos have the rule that you can withdraw with the same method as you make a deposit.

I just wonder where the fee goes because it definitely doesn't go towards a speedier process or convenience to your player base is my issue . 5% is a steep ass fee, like it's the highest I have ever seen anywhere unless anyone can vouche for higher fees somewhere. Just sayin is all.

It just sorta takes the fun out, I have 5k but if I take it now I lose 250 and then yall wanna break it up.

Its just greed. There shouldn't be a 5% fee on any withdrawal.

Sure, a $250 fee (or 5%) on a wire withdraw on one hand.. on the other hand, you have the risk of BTC going sideways by the time that you receive your withdraw and it hits your wallet. Then you have to deal with the fees of selling the BTC so that you can transfer the USD to your bank account.. not to mention whatever platform you used to sell the BTC will most certainly be reporting it to the IRS.. so you'll end up having to declare the BTC sell at the end of the year in your taxes.

You should really take a step back and ponder which option makes the most logical sense here.

But like I said a 250 fee is fine if I'm getting the full amount in a quick timely manner.. The issue I have is sure take my 250 but a full on casino doesn't have 4,750 bucks to send me in full ? Like are these casinos running out of someone's basement? That's my main issue.. I'm fine with a wire or a check but it's the combo of fees and not even being able to get it in one swoop.

U.S. facing RTG casinos.. they're ALL the same.

They aren't, with uptown, slotastic etc... 48 hours and my money is sent and I have it and they have like a flat 30 dollar fee, with free btc options...as opposed to an overall percentage. Inetbet group is the only one I've come across that has no cap on their percentage fee and, like my last cashout it took from like October 13th til about 2 days ago that I got my money.

They give you one free withdraw a month so no fee but it took a few weeks to get it. Other RTGs are not like that at all.

48 hours is even too long. Whatever happened to Casino Extreme? Didn't you play there and they offered instant cash outs? We live in an "instant gratification" era.. Cash outs should take no more than 15 minutes tops, if cashing out with crypto.

You're missing the mark my dude... So yes casino extreme is there and I'd love to play there but I haven't won shit man lol it's not like I can walk in and just rack up 3 to 5k and be on my merry way.

48 hours is too long I agree, but it's a hell of a lot better than weeks wouldn't you agree? Lol

I've made hundreds of thousands of dollars off these places I can't complain to terribly much, but it doesn't change the fact that anywhere with huge fees and slow pay sucks... But I play where I'm able to hit.

I'd love to play at casino extreme but I said it before yea the pay instantly probably because they're never paying anyone for how tight that place is

Yeah, what's the point of playing at Casino Extreme, even with their advertised "instant payouts" if they're tighter than a duck's asshole?

48 hours waiting time on a withdraw from a casino that you continuously win at isn't that bad after all.. I get your point.

iNetBet making you wait that long for a cash out, PLUS taking a large fee for doing a wire, AND not allowing you to make a BTC withdraw because you used a CC is dumb AF and not very nice of them.

Honestly I only play at inetbet when I'm locked out of other places waitin for payouts lol like at uptown or slotastic etc.. When you cash out you can't deposit into it clears their processing. So it's when I mosey on over to lady luck or something.

I honestly would love to play at casino extreme or brango, but I'm way to gunshy to really throw money at them because I don't think once I ever had a hot slot that entices me to keep playing there.

Inetbet has gotten bad lately tho imo, super slow anymore just takes the fun out of it.

Have you tried Miami Club, for a change of pace from the usual RTG slots. I've heard that they pay out within 48 hours plus I think you can cross deposit/withdraw methods, like CC in and BTC out..

Sweet thanks just signed up there and I'll give them a try. Any game recommendations? I like medium to high volitity for the most part but I love to hear what games others really like.

Yeah.. I like: Reel Deal, Monte Magic, Dolphin King, Parrot Party, Amanda Panda and California Gold.

I like a couple of other slots that they had too, but I just checked the site and couldn't find them. There used to be a really cool one that I liked a lot that had The Price is Right type theme.

Telling yall inetbet is messed up these days... My father just got this text for a withdraw he made recently... It was for a measly 950.00 a few weeks ago and the check bounced.

IMG_20251030_185559.webp

Can't cover a 950.00 check? Wow... It's semi embarrassing. I've gotten hundreds of checks from casinos and inetbet is the only one that I've seen bouncing multiple checks.

It's just that it can cause major disruption in someone's bank account when this happened, but for 950.00 bucks weeks later?

I think dealing with them any other way than btc is the only way to go because this is I believe the 3rd check in 6 months they've bounced

As previously mentioned. Vote with your feet and play elsewhere.

I wouldn't touch any casino paying by cheque 🤣

Hi Savatage79,
Sorry about that! We’ve been having some issues with our check processor. We know it’s been a hassle, and we really appreciate your patience. Our team’s working on this daily to get everything running smoothly again so players don’t have to deal with these delays.

Confusing. Don't have to deal with delays but you send cheques?
The whole thing is an oxymoron.
There's no such thing as a quick cheque.

I understand, but I think the thing that would solve alot of issues is simply letting people take cashouts how they want know what I mean? Like this is about 3 to 4 times now it's happened to my father with bounced checks and it can cause chaos in someone's bank acct when they get money back and that money goes to other things, bills etc... But one time ok, but it's multiple times now on our end of things and the solution is as far as I can tell is taking it in forms of bitcoin and then there's no issue because that doesn't "bounce", know what I mean?

Hey, we know multiple cheque issues can cause real headaches with bills and bank accounts. We hear you, and offering more flexible cashout options is something we’re actively looking into.
iNetBet Team
If you guys would just open up the bitcoin withdraw no matter how someone deposits, that would be huge and I know me personally I'd play there more often. It would avoid so many headaches just in general.

Waited a month to cash my 5000, the 16th was when I could get another free cash out and I cashed the 17th...and its crickets.

These people take all the fun out of it. It's funny one of their reps emailed me to do ach, said it's faster and I haven't heard a peep since. They absolutely take the fun out it all with how much of a struggle it is to get your winnings

Please play somewhere else. This is a constant theme. This operator is awful and everything is a drawn out affair. Just kills the experience.
