HULK 2 free spin feature

Can someone explain if this is right

When green hulk lands in middle reel, you get 2 free spins, on betfair when i was on this feature, the 2nd reel and 4th reel landed centre too which on normal spin means all 3 reels expand. But on this free spin feature it didn't work on betfair.

is this normal seems ridiculous why would it not expand on that feature ?

I don't play Playtech slots very often but when I do the Hulk is the main game I do play.

As best my memory serves whether it is in the feature or base game, if the Hulk/Wild symbols actually land centre (payline #1) on reels 2,3,4 then yes, it should expand to totally cover reel's 2,3 and 4 and gives ONE respin of just the 1st and 5th reel.

I recall hitting this during the free spins feature a while back when Ladbrokes first changed software providers, it was defo during the feature as It paid nearly £150 (total) off minimum bet, I W/D and never looked back

In fact thinking about it more, In the base game they can land anywhere in view and it will expand over reels 2,3 and 4.

I play this game on Betfair & Jackpot24/7 only game i play due to expanding 3 reels which ive hit alot tbh. So i was suprised at it not expanding on betfair during the feature, im pretty certain ive hit it before on 24/7 and its expanded. Will look if i can check betfair history and grab screenshot.

Before i look stupid and make a complaint, can someone for sure say it is suppose to expand when it lands on the free 2 spin feature.

I'm fairly certain that the Hulk wilds can land in any position on reels 2,3 and 4 to trigger the expanding Hulk feature. It's hard enough to hit as it is so I'd be pretty pissed off if the game just discreetly pretended it never happened!

Plus it's pretty much the only feature that makes playing this slot worthwhile out of the Marvel- based Playtech games.

Good luck trying to get the casino to acknowledge this error, chances are they'll probably make you 'prove' this happened by:

1. Taking a screenshot of you climbing Mount Everest

2. Finding a cure for ALL cancers

3. You holding a utility bill/ passport whilst in the company of Elvis, Mao Tse Tung & Father Christmas while standing one- legged on top of the MH370 plane

I agree the 10 free spin feature i barely win my stake back, and the bonus round is ok but not amazing so i play it for the expanded reels only, so fact it didn't expand on a feature in play is ridiculous.

And as for proof, betfair logs every spin and that screenshot is from my account, so what more proof do they need ?

All you can really do is email them with the screenshot you have I guess, I don't think the chat rep would/ could do much to help you out but I don't see how they could refute the evidence really (coupled with logs of your balance before and after?)

It's perhaps possible we are both wrong and that the expanding wild doesn't happen in the middle Hulk respin feature after all, just in the base game

I am not absolutely sure but I think that the 3 expanding wilds only appear if 3 wilds land simultaneously; i.e. it is impossible to get 3 expanding wilds during the 2-spin feature, i.e. I think the game history shows the correct course of the game.

That seems ridiculous and unfair, i honestly had no idea it works that way, so what you're saying is if the middle wheel is already expanded then if other 2 wilds land on reel 2 and 4 it doesn't expand and pays as normal. Feel like being shafted

It's hard enough to win as it is, without it pulling this stunt. Think i will avoid the game now after knowing this.

The hulk only expands on all 3 reels if they land on same spin and it retriggers one respin.

If the hulk only expands on centre reel you get 2 respins but any hulks landing do not expand.

And I am 100% certain of this .

If I'm not mistaken the expanding wild is only applicable in non-bonus spins. So because you hit it in the free two spins were the Hulk landed in the centre it doesn't count. I'm certain this is correct, it happened to me many moons back.

This screenshot isn't from the free spins - it's from normal play.

And Janek and Paul are right...you have to land all 3 simultaneously on the same spin to trigger the 3 wild reels. The spins above read from the bottom up so: firstly, you got the Hulk on the centre reel (bottom pic), that triggers the "bonus" (expanding), then a dud re-spin, then the 2 other wilds appeared on the final re-spin. So they weren't simultaneous.

So that sequence of pictures is correct.

That's the second time this year that a Playtech slot does something right according to the paytable but that don't make any sense from a slot player POV.

I don't remember the other one but it was even worse. I'll try to find it...

EDIT: Found it! At the slot Fantastic 4, Wilds substitute for everything except...other wilds. LOL
