The cliffs of this are:
there are huge issues with the evolution gaming software making the player lose even faster:
1) rarely you got no buttons to make your descision and you have to auto stand
2) often the score is not showing correctly and if you rely on the calculation of the computer you can also make expensve mistakes

that makes this even worse is that the support doesnt care: I myself and many other people i know already sent complaints about this and we all got the same answer: everything is fine due to or game logs mistake must be on your site.

The first bug mentioned can be due to my internet connection, but there is no way the second one has anything to do with my internet as the issue persists as long as the table is open.

I've experienced the occasional issues with the video stream not syncing correctly with video stream and the computer generated number updates, and I've run out of time when wanting to act and couldn't.

It's a problem that i've experienced with other solution providers as well, and i've generally put it down to my connection speed.

However the second video of the Mobile session just looks bizarre.

Providing seamless streaming is a huge challenge for all of the providers. Evolution probably throw more money at there's than anyone else. They all protect their solutions from each other and you should hear them bitch about each other when they are making claims about what they can and can't do.

I've taken the liberty of notifying one of my contacts at Evolution to the videos and this thread. In my experience they are not in the business of trying to put out an inferior product and are interested to make sure that their product is functioning correctly.

In a previous role of managing a sophisticated IT department, I've seen that there can sometimes be a disconnect between the how the front line support people respond to a compliant and how the solutions designers would. I'm not saying that's the case here, but the response I got from my contact was encouraging.

To quote " This is extremely appreciated. We take this very serious. It can happen that you lose internet connection as video and game play go separate routes on the Internet. But I want the Blackjack team to analyse before saying anything about what caused it."

As soon as I hear anything further I'll update the thread.

Can you tell me the date when these recordings were made and which Casinos you or your friend were playing through, just in case I'm asked.
 
i think it happend on 16. monday in october in the evening on party casino. it also happend again to me the next day but i was able to dodge further loses as i waited one hand befor posting any bets. Thats why i saw the error is occurring again after going to another table the problem was solved.
