I go by TJ and I'm not sure what to say so I'll tell you of two experiences I've had with online gambling. One is with Real Vegas RTG supposedly a rouge casino. Well I made a $25 deposit and it said it didn't go through so I tried again and my request was processed. I ended up with $50. I didn't want $50 I only wanted $25. So I called the CSR, explained what had happened and got this attitude of "since the money is already there we'll give you the same bonus as the first on the second $25" and thats fine for them to try and make a sale but when I say no thank you I want my money back and get the attitude of "well your going to lose the first $25 and deposit another $25 anyway let us just give you a bonus and call it good" Long story short the CSR ended up calling me back with an apology (because I had my ass covered I think) and to tell me my money would be returned within a few days and it was. And as I told the CSR if you want to retain me as a customer those two things is all I required and I have never had a problem with them since. I don't blame RV for one opinionated employee but I do appreciate the way they handled the situation which was having the CSR call me and apologize then negotiate keeping me as a customer as if his job was on the line and I'm sure it was. The second is Casino Royal Club. Totally ripped me off. I deposit $25 cash out at $100 and they never paid me a penny! They even admitted they owed me yet locked me out of my account and wouldn't accept any communication what so ever from me. Now thats what I would call a Rouge Casino.

Firstly, please use that "ENTER" key once in a while to make your posts easier on the eye (see ^^^^^ )

Secondly, you should always do some research before depositing your hard earned cash at an online casino. There are plenty rogue operators you should stay away from but also enough good ones to pick from.

Play at CM accredited sites and you will have a much more enjoyable gaming experience, especially when it comes to CS and withdrawals!!
