For all of you "in the know" give me your best estimate...please! One, two, three.....all of them? Being naive, I thought you could sign up for all of them...guess not according to this email.....

Hi,

I checked your account and the problem is that you have a very bad rate from Rival system because of you opened a lot of accounts in Rival casinos. The only thing that i can propose you for now is :

- unblock your account

- allow only deposit match bonuses

- allow only deposits made with ewallets

Of course, this situation will can be changed as soon as we will see that your account has a good standing and you'll get full access to all our bonuses :)

Let me know if you're agree and i will make the change for you ;-)

And they wonder why we are paranoid:p:p:p

I can't speak for other casinos, but we don't care if you had accounts at other casinos.

All we care about is your account here. I do admit we care if you charged back at other casinos, we do take that into consideration, but number of accounts is a non-issue to us.

oh an I also only play at a certain time every day to yes I am wacko:D

You're not wacko..I tend to go with a certain time of day too. The thing that bugs me is that I've NEVER had a chargeback, wouldn't think of it and the casinos (Rival) all know it.

Nicholas, you have been the most cordial, and responsive:thumbsup: That is greatly appreciated!

Such a short post but it speaks volumes. This is the sort of attitude that casinos should have. You run your own casino and decide on what promos you give to your players based on their play there. Simple as that.

I have an account at every Rival casino (except one I think that doesn't accept USA players), and I have only had an account locked once but was opened up a day later after an email (cannot remember which one).

I also have never had any of the bonuses or free chips disappear. Maybe im lucky but either way they are full of crap.

Ditto, opened an account at everyone and received all the nd bonuses they offered, never had a problem with it,I was bonus banned at a couple for what seems like winning though,

I have a lot of rival accounts that I opened to either see how they play or use the free chip. The thing that I always do if I use a free chip and don't plan on playing at that casino anymore is to deposit whatever the amount the free chip offer was and usually I have to deposit a bit more because the free chip is usually small. I will then uninstall the casino.

I don't keep more than one of the same casino. I'm going to go back to Sloto who for some reason gives me the worst bonuses. It really doesn't matter as I only take a bonus if it's worth it.

More proof, not that we need it now, that ALL Rival casinos have FAR TOO MUCH "personal information" flowing freely between them than is right for "independent" operators. We would ONLY expect this level of information sharing among sister casinos within a single operating group.

Taking a ND chip is NOT FRAUD, and then moving on to another Rival is AGAIN not fraud, it is a response by the player, perhaps they are unhappy with what else is on offer, or whatever, but this information should NOT end up being shared with OTHER Rival operators merely for "marketing purposes". It matters not whether a few Rival casinos have seen sense and decided to stop using the "system", it does NOT stop the system itself being a breach of privacy laws, and player's expectations that their gambling habits at one INDEPENDENT casino operator will STAY CONFIDENTIAL between them and that operator.

It seems from the various tales that a considerable amount of "personal information" gets shared for "marketing purposes" by this Rival system, as well as for fraud prevention purposes. Merely winning at one Rival casino can affect a player's rating at another, COMPLETELY INDEPENDENT, Rival casino to the extent that all their promotions disappear from the cashier.

Players simply DO NOT BELIEVE these are COMPLETELY independent operators BECAUSE of this. Rival are responsible for using a system DESIGNED for use by a SINGLE operator, but IMPLEMENTING it for INDEPENDENT operators through their pre-configured "back end".

Even when individual operators unblock accounts, or re-enable promotions, it does NOT alter the fact that players have ALREADY seen evidence of a causal link between their gambling at one INDEPENDENT operator affecting their "rating" at another, and that this can ONLY have occurred through a worrying level of sharing of personal information between them.

Back to the OP's question.

The answer certainly is NOT "all of them".

I would say start with ONE each from the big two, Bonne Chance & Silverstone Ltd, and THEN those that have decided to ditch the slavish following of the Rival system, and make their own decisions. This STILL means that accounts could be locked, or bonuses disappear from the cashier, but a simple appeal by email is likely to bring them back after manual intervention.

True that
I had 2 free chips at 2 rivals, i played out the one without any luck, when i signed into the other rival i tried to redeem it but got an error code so i asked on there live chat what the code was, there reply was because i had logged into another rival and redeemed a free chip i would have to wait for x amount of time before i could redeem another one, The CS knew exactly which other casino i had been playing at,
So obviously the CS person has that info in front of them so i wonder if they can also tell how much you deposit and play over all other rival casino's,
frankly i dont really want that info shared across other casino's that are "supposed" to be independently run,
who knows what other info they are sharing

redeemed a free chip i would have to wait for x amount of time before i could redeem another one
It's exactly one hour ;)
But i found this also very strange, because what have normally one casino to do with another, when it's not a shared group, like on some MG casinos?
