Recently joined DrueckGlueck and made and lost first deposit and bonus.Slightly surprised to then receive an email asking for docs as this is the first casino I have played at who have made such a request when I had not even tried to make a withdrawal.Anyway sent the requested docs and didn't hear anything back.That was eleven days ago and having just made a second deposit,found my account blocked and live chat informing me that they are STILL waiting to verify my account.Surely if there was a problem with the docs,they would have contacted me but otherwise eleven days to completer verification? Pretty shoddy
