I encountered a serious malfunction awhile back when playing hitman at 32red.
during a the free spin feature I hit the laptop bonus 2 times and this resulted in that the game froze up, nothing i can do (tried it all) will unfreeze it.

take a look here if you like. Old / Expired Link (swf file @ 2868 KB)

I reported the error immediately and was told it should be looked at, a couple a weeks went by no info from 32red, I sent another mail. Same answer "we will contact you... ". More weeks, another mail.. nothing! It has now been 12 weeks since I first reported it.

Is this normal for 32red or am I being impatient?

hm, that's certainly not satisfactory :(

normally is red32 a very recommend casino and their support actually one of the best, so i'm wondering a little bit about their non-answered transaction.

The bug was referred back to Microgaming via 32Red (back in May) - it is a bug in the game that affects all MG casinos and it can only be fixed by MG.

What happens is if you hit the green bonus in the Free Spins twice, the second time it appears to award exactly the same as the first time. When it hits the count-up, it freezes. You have to CTRL+ALT+DEL the casino and restart it. When you re-enter the game, it should take you back into the bonus and show the correct award, from where you can "close" the bonus window and re-enter the game.

@ Simmo!

I wish it was that easy! I've tried shutting down, rebooting, uninstall, reinstall and so on, I've even tried to reinstalled the OS nothing I do will unfreeze the game. just take a look at the swf file in my original post, that was recorded today, 12 weeks after it happened.

so i'm wondering a little bit about their non-answered transaction.
well, they answer me in a timely fashion but all the say is to hang tight and that they will get back to me. they never do!

MG is certainly taking its time fixing this error, 3 months later is really kinda unacceptable, however as regards 32Red their isnt a lot they can do which is why you appear to be getting the run around. My guess would be that MG is giving them the runaround.

you are probably right but non the less it would be nice to get a mail saying "we are sorry for the delay... it's out of our hands" or something!

you can say that again! Anyhow, I got a answer 30 min after my initial post here... saying that it had been resolved,

which it hasn't!

I wonder what the odds are for getting this specific problem ;)

Did you already contact Pat Harrison about this problem?
You can find him in the Casino Contacts.
I think he is not in the office now, because I saw he did not visit this forum since July 30.
He will certainly do all he can to help you ,although it is an MG problem.
