Sorry for this topic, but I have no clue where to look. Right after I made the complaint my DSL went down for weeks and I'm afraid any email I got about it was junked and deleted before I could check it.

By the way this is about my problems with casino vega.

Thanks.

What's going on Casinomeister?

Jesus, dude. If you've been reading the newsletters, or some of my posts, you'd be aware that I'm in the process of moving the entire Casinomeister complex from one location to another 200 kilometers away.

This includes Telecom screwing up my phone system and cutting off my Internet connection for five days.

Besides, I'm laying cork floors, painting walls, painting ceilings, ripping out carpets, sanding down wooden staircases, tearing down walls and doing other things that real men envy.

I'll get to your PAB as soon as I get to it. Never fear.

Hey I just checked and they replied on the 13th of July - I thought I sent this to you. There were two players that did the same thing - not read the terms and conditions:

The bottom line is that these two players did not read our deposit/cashout rules. Ignorance is not an excuse in this situation. We have just recently changed our "must have made a deposit in the last 14 days" rule to now read "must have made a deposit within the past 30 days". These rules are in place to prevent deposit/bonus cycler's from abusing our system.

You shouldn't be bonus hunting at places like this.

They say their rules are in place to stop deposit bonus cyclers, but this is the first deposit I ever played there. Plus wouldn't their rules trap money from regular players just as much as those with deposit bonuses? And how does forcing people to withdraw within 2 weeks help PREVENT deposit cycling? None of it makes any sense to me.

You are definitely right that I shouldn't have played here at all. I wish I had read their cashout and deposit rules but I never even knew about them. They're not in the same place as the terms and conditions so I never thought to go looking for them.

So just to be totally clear, you're saying there's nothing that can be done, right? Would a warning somewhere on this site to help prevent other players from falling into the same trap possibly be appropriate?

Thanks for looking into it CasinoMeister.

There is nothing you can do. It's an unlicensed casino and they can do whatever they want. They were rogued in July I believe.

I forgot that I had done that :D
