I choosed this section of the forum because the support is here the problem not my bonus funds.

Ok I took today a 25 euro no deposit bonus at Gibson casino which had the term:
'*To qualify, you can't have played more than 10 No Deposit offers without depositing. Please don't contact us if you do not have the Independence Day Chip in your cashier.'

At first I forgot that I've already took a few no deposit bonuses at another Reafflilates casino so yeah I wouldnt even have the right to take this bonus offer.

Anyways I started playing with this no deposit bonus and it went quite well. You might now that at a Rival casino you don't have any information about how much you have left to wager . So I keep asking the support 'How much I have left to wager?' Nothing wrong here, or? The support told me I am not allowed to do this:what:

So there even might be a bit misconfusion: Yes I should read the term max 10 times no deposit, but he said to me at first 25 times. So I actually said to him he is looking for a reason to remove my funds because I thought the rule is 25 times not 10.


I've never experienced something like this and maybe it is normal ? For me isn't ...

Still, it seems you have played a lot of freebies, and apparently, or so i gather from the rep's response, you have been "bothering" support with repeated requests to summarize the remaining wagering..

That is what i gather because i hardly believe the support would take the time to dig up all that "dirt" to explain to you, quite unfriendly, that you are wasting your time playing those chips, unless you deposit, and also are wasting the support's time since they probably want to keep the lines open for paying customers:)

May sound harsh, but most Casino's will draw a line when it comes to freebies, especially when you never deposited.

I do agree that the chat was not quite friendly, but if i were you i would not bother playing there anymore, since a broken relationship is hard to mend, and you could instead try 3Dice, who are very lenient in their free tourney offering, and will let you play a lot of them, for a really low monthly deposit.

I thought the chat agent did a good job especially after you called them a liar. They calmly pointed you to where to find the information for yourself. I would have hung up on you at that point especially since you clearly have no intention of playing here but just whoring off free chips.

You abused the free chips. You are technically not a customer. You never made a deposit, and I suspect after 25 free chips you had no intent to do so.

When you have never deposited and keep asking every 15 mins (which is a short time for most slot players who play much longer) this indicates to them that you are only hoping to make a withdrawal from freechips ... some may call it bonus abuse. Freechips are there to give you a taste of the casino, and of course reward 'customers'.... customers which mean people who spend.
Of course there is no reason for them to be rude, but they are human too,..... casinos are there to make money, not free entertainment.

I have had my fair share of disagreements and about there crazy rules,

But credit where its due, They do give out alot of free chips and they are on the ball, If you break a rule than bye bye bonus, If you stick to them them and you are all good, I have had a withdraw from freebies, and in acount in a few hours,

You be surprised just how many they give out, I just checked when see this thread and a good few, Now if you add a few casinos in the group to that than you can easy be over the limit if not deposit,

The way I see it is that you was pestering the CS for wager, Most players would not bother and just keep playing and check now and than in account to see if wager is done, It seamed that the CS took this as you just wanted to cash out and you was getting on there tits,

I do not blame you as it is annoying when canot see the wager but looks like CS took this personal and gave you the finger, Without being rude I would of no doubt done the same depending what mode I was in :)

Anyways from my point of view it seems to me that this behaviour of the support is relative normal for the most of the casinomeister users :rolleyes:

For me a support member should stay neutral like whatever happens and he didn't ! I could be rude to him but there would be still no reason to harass me :)

It's usually removed from the bonus balance in increments of 10
So if you have 30 in your bonus balance, and you have a 50x wagering, if you wagered 499.90, when you wager 0.10 more, you'll have 20 left in the bonus balance, and the 10 will be moved to cash...
It's math, but the thing is you have to remember how much you wagered in between each $10
