nothing jumps off the page to me as decent bets today, but I think Swift Approval in the first is overpriced at around 25-1, back to the same mark as his winning one last year, so will have a small EW on it, or possibly stick it in an ew lucky 15.
Tonight though at Chepstow, in the last 2 races, Silvestre De Sousa has his only 2 rides of the meeting. I do like to take notice of things like this, especially when its a top jockey who doesn't need the money, he has a busy afternoon at Ascot this afternoon, then travels a 200 mile round trip for 2 late rides. The 2 horses are Carol and Swilly Sunset. If I had to pick one it would be Swilly Sunset at around 6/4, but will be doing a double, then if Carol loses, a single. Swilly Sunset is Carson's only runner of the day (in the next 5 days too) and in the last 14 days he has had 3 runners under 2/1, all 3 won by 3+ lengths. Its a 400 mile round trip for him to take one horse and I can't see it getting beaten. I think Carcharias will come second for the forecast. I also like Longroom in the 7.25 at Muss. Wont get rich backing any of them but an evens winner is better than a 25-1 loser

And how the hell did you pick those out at such huge odds?
