Actually you DON'T KNOW if FL are conning players or not. All you know is that Maxd approves all FL's actions. Can we say that FL never lies because of that? Yes, only if we can be 100% sure that Maxd never lies. Did not mean to say something against Maxd personally- but is there a person on this planet of whom we can 100% sure say- he NEVER (under no circumstances) lies?
The situation is kinda absurd. We must believe FL because we must believe Maxd because we must believe Casinomeister. All this has nothing to do with KNOWLEDGE.

Only the most gullible of people would believe everything everybody says. I take everything I hear with a grain of salt and I prefer to form my own opinions as best I can with what knowledge I do have.

You are correct, it's safe to say that with the knowledge I have I can't say with 100% certainty that any casino isn't "conning" players whether it's FL or 32Red or any other. And I can't say with 100% certainty that Max isn't occasionally lying or that Bryan isn't building casino reputations solely for his own benefit. I also can't say with 100% certainty that my mother actually gave birth to me or that someone isn't sneaking into my apartment while I'm at work and using my toothbrush. The only option we have is to make the most logical assumptions based on history, reputation and the fact that there's no weird flavour on the bristles.

The situation isn't nearly as absurd as you may think. Nobody says you have to believe anyone. You can assume everyone who speaks to you is lying if you like. Nobody is forcing you to play at any casino that you feel might try to steal your money. We're all forming our opinions based on the same information but it's not exactly absurd for other people's not to agree with yours.
 
I don't like the idea of casinos confiscating deposits, especially from people who have been 'accused' of account fraud and have no means of redressing this. Not all gamblers are members of forums. There have been a few grumbles about this casino group and I wont ever play there. I would have loved to have known the Ops full story, I do hope he/she decides to PAB as Max has made this avenue still open to him/her
I also would like to see the OP do a PAB.
If he IS innocent, that is probably the ONLY way to redeem himself...

Well you guys let the cat out of the bag 2 months ago. I received a snail mail from Euro Palace with some promo but the envelope had the logo Fortune Lounge printed on it. I did ask support but they denied Euro Palace was part of the FL group.

I was playing on royal vegas which I understand is part of fortune lounge. I have £2000 to withdraw
