No problem here - it loads fine - it slows down after 15 games or so - I just close the casino and reload from 'do you want to play this tournament ' and it works fine.

I can find no way of restoring the popup other than to join a new tournament. Also, if you join multiple tournaments the "right popup" often doesn't show, you only get one.

It seems that only joining one tournament per lobby is the key, and this should keep the popup alive. My problem stems from joining the 125K network tournament which uses the same game. I tried deselecting this 125K popup as it always appeared instead of the 10K one, but I found that this killed BOTH popups. It seems that being the same game is what caused this.

I am hoping that the appearance of another tournament using this game might allow me to join and reset all the popups for tournaments using this game. Unfortunately, nothing else is open or running on this game.

Even a clean install fails to reset the popup.

I try all that as well , Keep getting other pop up for other games .Daily free roll taking ages to load hopefully i get on it .Most of these games will be finished by the time i get on them lol :notworthy:notworthy Hopfully MG will pull there finger out and fix's it very soon .

7 days till xmas eve. Hope whatever 32red has for promotion is worth the wait...at least they could of made there casino a little festive......

All very well, but we still have the serious problems with the tournaments, so some may find it just as hard to play the next two as it has been for the first.

Dish of the Day isn't working either. The bonus isn't crediting after the deposits, and it has been broken since the weekend. The Dash promo works OK, deposit, claim, and it credits.

Same here I managed to get on some free roll tournaments and had a error few times loading them up after 30 to 40 times loading it worked Like you said the dish of the day don't work either .Well lets hope the dish of the day works before all these festive treats are in place so we don't all have to ask in live chat every time we make a deposit got this error a few times away Error -106 when loading Not sure what that was

guys i sent reports with screenshots with viper component/game launcher/sudden not responding crashes back in JULY, i think i posted even here. nobody taken care at the given time. i thought maybe is my problem, reinstalled casino as per support advices, windows, put ccleaner at work etc. now i see these errors are at a larger scale. i have these for months and i always had to reopen the casino for multiple times to play tourneys, with 2 already in-play no chance to open a third one.
to 32red reps: check my chat records and emails. same was sent to Crazy Vegas because problems were identical. ticking the box play now/later to not show a specific tourney next time you open the casino doesnt help, because the feature is broken, message keep showing etc. messy software and not enough options/settings.

Why would they do that?

I can only think of 1 explanation - so people that can't abstain from reversing a withdrawal will end up playing their winnings back.

I did wonder after they stopped the weekend payments what the next backward step would be. Shame.

"I told you so" springs to mind here, although it wasn't necessarily my prediction, more of a collective view that we are seeing a "death by 1000 cuts" to everything that made 32Red so special.

Whilst manual flushing is what is supposed to be ending, what about the automated flushing that can be set on accounts so that they flush after as little as 1 hour in order to restore the function we have always enjoyed despite the implementation of the default 24 hour pending.

I managed to upset Pat somewhat when I assumed that 24 hour pending would automatically mean an end to players being able to set or retain their shorter pending time settings on the account. I was assured this wasn't so, and Pat ensured that my account was set to the 1 hour, and since then I have had a restoration of service to what it was before the 24 hour pending change was made in that a withdrawal made today (for example) would be paid tomorrow in the first run after the banks opened. In practice, this has turned out to be in the first 3 hours of the banking day.

Now, this change has the potential to affect these player settings, but if I say they definitely will I am sure to come under fire again from Pat for spreading a misconception and making things seem worse than they are.

Only time will tell what effect this change will have on players who had their accounts set to a lesser pending period.

The fact that manual flushing has been discontinued is surely a sign that CS are having their time drained through dealing with the requests, so the obvious question is why was the possibility of an adjustment to a player's account to 1 hour pending not mentioned to players who routinely requested a manual flush in the belief that this was how it had to be done now, and it was my suggestion that this was "the only way" that got some 32Red regulars and Pat all riled up to the extent that it was made clear to me that this adjustment option was available, and that this was not going to change.

The longer term question is what's next, and the most obvious answer is a move to 48 hour pending so that players need to withdraw on Wednesday to have any chance of getting paid before the following Monday.

Wish I didn't need to say this, but kinda saw the writing on the wall a couple of months ago when I was bonus banned from Dash/Nedplay/Golden Lounge for...get this...using the bonuses they offered me! There was no abuse.
They went from graciously offering comps and bonuses, to some sort of sense of reluctance about them. Glad to say, not depositing multiple times in a day exclusively with one group has opened the door for others such as Guts, Betat, SlottyVegas, CasinoLuck, NextCasino, heck I will even throw in Go Wild, all working a far cry better to put the customer first. Being the best sometimes brings out complacency and I suspect that is what is at play here. Probably get flamed for my opinion, but hey, it is just that....an opinion. I mean without the outrage over no xmas presence or presents this year, I don't feel there would have been any offering at all. Kudos to Mark for standing up for us and hammering one out in time to spread some cheer, but what direction is management taking us on with this group?

They are on the fast track to losing rating, loyal fans, and regular depositors if they don't keep working hard at being the best in the business, which is what so many casinos are working towards. One step forward and two steps back will make them an average casino at best in no time, right?

I really hope they prove me wrong, but this is a BIG step in the wrong direction IMO

I feel sorry for us, but I feel sorry for them too.
I can't imagine that it's easy to take these decisions when they know how the reactions will be.

Not good! I stopped playing there as often as I did when they got rid of the weekend withdrawals, that was one of the selling points that put them above other casinos in my eyes and is why I often chose to play there quite often.

Now flushing is to be removed, yet another aspect of 32Red that put them above other casinos. You knew that if you had a win and withdrew, flushed it to a wallet - then you would be paid the following day, or that afternoon if it was in the morning the withdrawal was made.

Add to that the fact they've been kicking people off Club Rouge then it begs the question what the hell is going on behind the scenes of the 32Red group? Don't get me wrong, I will always trust them above the majority of casinos out their but I can't help but feel there is a lot more to these changes than they have been letting on! What happened to "second to none"??

I think we get annoyed more when changes happen like this to 32Red because we feel connected to them more than other casinos because of the class casino is was, it was almost perfect to what people wanted from an online casino, and it is just a shame to see all these what I would call backward changes. :'( Either way they will have there reasons, it is a business after all and needs to be run like one but in the tough world of online casinos were there is more than enough competition is this really the right move?

On the updated scores aspect, if they have now have the "cons" of no weekend withdrawals and no manual flushing- how does that impact on the pro's- especially the "fast payouts" one? What actually constitutes a fast payout???? Because if a withdrawal is made on a Friday, at the earliest if the withdrawal was made by a wallet, will be Monday- by Card - probably Wednesday.

Fast payouts to me is how Sky Bet, Paddy Power, Video Slots to name a few, payout fast- anywhere between 1-24 hours but normally within a hour or two were wallets are concerned.

32red are a public company and do have shareholders to answer to, from looking at the website here

they are trading at 37p a share currently. For a well run company in the gambling industry I personally feel they are a nice investment (way better than jokebrokes!). I am not giving any hot stock tips I just think they are well run.
