I see others have been praising Betsafe and CasinoEuro for their "Instant" withdrawals. Care to elaborate on that? To me that means having my funds in my Skrill/Neteller account within 1-2 minutes when I press the withdrawal button, but I figure that's not possible since the security team probably has to process it manually. Unfortunately I haven't experienced this in years, only at Full Tilt back in 2010.

Its INSTANT - Literally. System automated. I have withdrawn 5k, 7k and less and received it in seconds. Maxino is another one that pays instantly.

I've been reading this thread, and it would be nice to see a rep (Mark or Pat) confirming the changes? I always thought of 32Red as one of the best casinos in the industry and while I can live with weekend payments not longer being available, it would be a big disappointment to me if flushing is no longer offered as well and the funds being put in a 24 hour pending period and having us wait even longer to withdraw.

Right now I'm experiencing 15-30 min waiting time at Redbet as the quickest paying casino, but I desire a change of scenery since the promotions aren't all that unfortunately.
If you fully verified, deposit using skrill/neteller, play only casino games, and then won not too much (for example less than 1K). Then security team have to do here? Really nothing.

on the point of payments well were lucky enough to have some cracking casinos all super fast , so in the end it will come down to who treats you well , who pays faster & whos showing themselves on the forum , this sadly is going to knock 32red as at least forum players are now well aware of even slower payments , doesn't mean the casino has become crap , its just another massive step back for a very well respected casino who has shown in the years before how a casino should run & keep there players they wasn't at number one for so many years for bad treatment , in fact i would of thought 32red showed the way forward.
 
So, voting best CM casino thread, how many people will still give vote for 32red?

I've cast my vote for them based on the last 11 & a half months, would be unfair to change it because of a change made in the last 2 weeks of the year/how they will operate next year.

Having thought about the change, doesn't really affect me all that much because I've usually been quite strict with my withdrawals on the rare occasions I play somewhere they don't have manual flushing, just disappointed in another backwards step, everyone knows this isn't a move that benefits players, it only serves to benefit the casino.

Will more than likely spread my deposits around several casinos though next year though, I've become too used to being paid in a quick fashion - what was one of the main attractions of playing at 32Red :(

Yeah...I cashed out from Betsafe on Tuesday and it hit my Neteller within...3 seconds or something :thumbsup:

Yeah old fashioned download Microgaming casinos pay out slower and slower while a lot of Quickfire casinos pay out within 2-3 hours, even instantly in some cases.

Bit strange considering that download MG casinos only offer Microgaming games while Quickfire casinos often have Microgaming + hundreds of games from other suppliers.

Wow! That's what I like to see. I sometimes even feel embarrassed asking in live chat to process my withdrawal if it takes Redbet longer than an hour after a big win. Are the automated withdrawals around-the-clock? or only during business hours?

Thanks for verifying this Mark. I guess it won't change my choice for 32Red when playing poker, but I prefer playing at places when I can cash out quickly when it comes to casino games.
 
The love affair with 32Red and MG casinos gradually ending. I truly believe the one platform casinos like 32Red have seen their profits dwindle in the past couple years. The birth of casinos with games from all providers has taken over the market. You now see many MG casino brands closing reducing the number of casinos in their group and taking drastic actions like those at 32Red. The bottom line is shrinking and cutting costs is all they have left.

The MG casinos need get all the games others are offering and the added perks of instant withdrawals or their casinos will keep going downhill (my opinion). In Canada many provinces have now added their own casino. Times they are a changing.

you have to cash out before 3.15pm Sunday to Thursday to have the withdrawal paid the next day, of course except Fridays and Saturday or bank holidays where you will have to wait until the next business day.....

recently there is some disappointing thing in 32 red i admit

but a 50% promo and 100% promo on the same day is nothing to moan about i loved them and happy for that as for start i deposited 100 and withdrawn 275 not bad

i dont mind the manual flushing off.. becs i never reverse a withdrawal as a withdrawal from 32 red is sure to be processed too much worry about it
but i wish if i could get payment on week ends

i will play there no matter what

What is the truth about the settings that players can have on their accounts in order to opt out of the changes?

I was more or less dragged over the coals earlier in the year by claiming that this too had been removed when the earlier change to 24 hours pending had been made. I even received a PM from Pat telling me that I was mistaken, and that he would set my account to 1 hour pending if it didn't already have such a setting (which I thought it had from years ago).

Now we have this:-

I asked for a manual flush today and was told that they stopped doing manual flushing last night - a business decision apparently. I came here and saw these posts about player's being able to set their account for a 1-hour automatic flush. So, I went to live chat and asked to get my account setting changed to a 1-hour automatic flush, and was told that they do not do this. I was told that they have no way to change such a setting for a player. So now I am somewhat confused. Has 32Red now resorted to lying to their customers, or have I overlooked something with this 1-hour automatic flush setting?

The bolded part at least is a blatant lie, they DO have a way to do it, Pat did it for me in the Summer. With this kind of reply from CS, is it any wonder I had to be "dragged over the coals" for claiming that the earlier change to 24 hour pending meant that even those seasoned players who had such settings on their account had lost them. This too came from another player posting a reply they had received from CS that no such setting exists, from which I deduced that a new version of the back end software had been implemented that didn't have such a setting.

Pat then put me straight, the setting still exists, and was being added for players who objected to the change to 24 hour pending, and didn't want to have to constantly contact CS for manual flushing. Now who's fault is it that CS got so overloaded with manual flush requests that they had to change things so that this was no longer available.

32Red now only have ONE thing that makes them "second to none" left, and that is the Dish of the Day, which currently doesn't work, just like their Christmas tournaments.

Having all their eggs in the one basket, offering the biggest bonuses in order to attract players, seems a bad move. If they are forced to stop giving away the bigger bonuses, then more or less everything they offer will be "second to someone".

We don't even have the "family" feel any longer, it's all about the bean counters and the money like everyone else in the industry.

Someone is sure to see this as a fantastic opportunity to unseat what was considered truly "second to none" for the past decade by introducing everything that 32Red has decided to get rid of. Players will vote with their wallets.

There is even an opportunity for someone to come up with a real challenge to the failing MPV tournament network that only works with the Microgaming download client. They need one that can be added to any offering, so that the field of participants is bigger, and thus the prize pools will be bigger. I have noticed that apart from the constant bugs, the prizes have been in freefall on the MPV network. The "Weekender" was once 25K, it's now a mere 10K pool. There are fewer big network tournaments, and we haven't had a "Grand Slam" for years.

Not only does the bonus not credit, but because it doesn't, the damn slider just won't go away, and keeps on urging me to make the deposit I just have in order to get the bonus it didn't credit. Even when it works, it slides right in front of the banking screen that has just opened so that you get interrupted whilst trying to type in the deposit amount and security code. It even gets in the way of the tournaments (on those rare occasions when they are working:rolleyes: ).

Yes that's so annoying .That slide get's in the way .I thought I fix's the tournaments early on today with the repair details , Juts tried now and still cant load the dame thing .Now they saying in chat they still awaiting for it to be repaired .One minute getting told they fixes it and it must be my computer and the next o yes MG are still working on it .I would not call fair play if you cant even get on the tournament . I tried my other MG casinos with other casino brands they working fine on there so I'm very confused with it and really thinking is this casino worth my time at all very disappointed in the lack of response as well to my complaint :mad: Deposited my last amount on there today :mad:

After taking them by the hand, and taking them to the promotion at the website, the best they could do is offer a guess as to Santa being in on the previous shift, meaning I didn't even have a chance to win anything even maxing out both my offers. I was assured no bonus would be coming my way since there is no one in to give out chips. Lovely promotion! (not) I guess I needed to be up and playing at 9-5 UK time, but alas it is after hours now. I maxed out my offer, so I spent my money like everyone else today at 32. I just wanted my piece of the action. Are you saying because I hit a nice one at another casino, I shouldn't feel entitled to a piece of the promo action at another casino?

Close the casino completely, go to your internet explorer and delete temp files under internet options. Re-open casino and you can access the tournie. Worked for me.... still annoying that I have to do the same procedure after every tournie played.

Same here. I keep thinking I have finally found the fix, only to find that the next time I need it, the fix doesn't work:mad:

Clean reinstall doesn't ALWAYS work either, but it does get me in more often than anything else I have tried.

Here, I am using a detailed third party process viewer to see what the difference is between launching the Hitman tournament from the popup as against failing to launch it from the lobby. All but one parameter are identical.

I then created a batch file, launched 32Red, and then tried to launch the 10K tournament from the batch file, having changed that one parameter so that it matched the launch from the popup.

Did it work?

I have not found a way of forcing the launch of the tournament reminder popup (yet) via a batch file, but this shows that it might just be possible.

The problem seems to be that when launched with an IDENTICAL command line from the lobby, casinogame.exe freezes on the loading of the tournament, and also freezes when launched from a batch file. It's ONLY when it's launched from the popup that it works OK. The command line launch of the casinogame module can't be where the problem lies.

I can't get Dependency Walker to work on this x64 PC, but on another it shows clearly that the stall occurs alongside an error message about a module being called that cannot be found. Something is obviously supposed to deal with this within the software (such errors are common as it has been built to work on multiple OS), such as looking for an alternative method consistent with the OS it finds itself in, but instead it just stalls showing that loading screen.

I'll give that a go on it's own. I do this anyway when reinstalling, although I use CCleaner rather than the IE tools to achieve it.

We know MGS are working on it, but we still need a workaround to tide us over, so all efforts are appreciated :)
 
Neither worked.

1) Tried clearing IE cache before going back in - didn't work.

2) Tried the repair.exe - didn't work.


A clean reinstall has also failed to work for my main Windows 7 PC, but DID work on my Windows 7 laptop and my Windows XP PC.


It seems the whole thing is down to some kind of conflict between the client and PCs, mainly affecting Windows 7, but easily curable for XP by a clean reinstall for a one off entry.

This suggests a third party component is causing the problems, as these are what will differ between different PCs.

The Microgaming client uses both Internet Explorer and Flash, and this would be different between XP and Windows 7, and possibly different between a PC and a laptop.

Regressing to an earlier Flash player does not help, nor does tweaking the Flash player settings.
 
Stephen: hi there, I am afraid we are no longer available flush cash ins for players. Once you have requested a withdrawal, it will show as pending until processed, usually around 24hrs after the request during UK banking hours (9am to 5pm Monday to Friday). Withdrawal requests outside of UK banking hours will show as pending until the next banking day.


Well this was my last deposit and withdraw at 32red.
After playing there for many years i cant see any reasons why i should play there anymore when other casinos have instant cashouts, great promos and great support.

Second to none, sorry to say that isnt the case anymore.

It may have been only for Club Rouge, but nothing like it being very "special" or "rare" was mentioned at the time, else what I stated would have been true for the vast majority of players, and thus there would have been no need to "correct me" by telling me that "all I had to do" was request this setting be added to my account.

I have no idea whether this setting has been removed for those Club Rouge players who asked for it, but it's clear it's not going to be an option for players who don't like losing the manual flush ability.

The 24 hour pending does NOT mean you will be paid the next day during banking hours. This is what happened after weekend processing was ditched. The 24 hour pending means that next day payment becomes "the day after tomorrow" payment, so most players will see a delay of a day. This would mean that a withdrawal made on Thursday would not be released from pending until the same time Friday, and if this was too late to catch banking hours processing, it would have to wait till Monday. Under the earlier system, a withdrawal any time Thursday would not have a pending time, and would be released for processing as soon as the banks opened on Friday. This would have pretty much guaranteed payment on the Friday as the pending period would be variable, based on banking hours, rather than being set to 24 hours.

And clearly, as a Gold level player, I am not one of those rare or special cases, as they told me there was no such player setting. I feel so ordinary now, lol. At any rate, once my withdrawal gets processed over the next 24-96 hours, I will bid adieu to 32Red. They are definitely not the same casino I joined several years ago after reading all of the praise for them here. Very unfortunate, but other options are available.
 
Same here. I made a withdrawal tonight at 0100 GMT to neteller.
So I can now expect to wait around 100 hours for it to arrive in my account, as opposed to the 8 or 9 hours maximum (considering the time of night) it would have taken with the likes of Betat.
Who, incidentally, will now be getting the deposits I would have been making at 32Red.
 
Just to add further, would not a much smaller reversal period be appropriate, if flushing is gone. Short enough to be cashed out the next working day (not 4 days later if withdrawing on a Thursday!). This would eliminate the need for CS to act, if indeed that was ever a problem.

And I hate to say it, another round of silence from 32Red, like when weekend cashouts were removed isn't the best way to engage your clients.

You're pissing away a stella reputation hard earned over a decade.

OK, i forgot a few things as i thought they are not significant, this is how i get it to work every time:

- open your casino and click on the tournie - you get then the screen saying "LOADING" but it never really starts
- close the tab
- close the casino and exit the software completely
- go to IE and empty Internet Cache
- re-start casino and you should see a pop-up window "Tournie XXX is running" Click on "Play now" and it will start with no problems ( it starts only when i hit the "Play Now" button, it still won't if i select it on the tournie page).

This has worked for me every time i did it, hope it helps and also hope they sort their sh... out soon
 
I just read this thread with real interest.. I know many people here adore 32 red, but here is my opinion..

I think these days, instant payouts coupled with responsible gaming policy are two of the most important aspects for any current online casino, and are something players are putting high on their list of needs.

1. I think it is utterly wrong to remove flushing over Christmas. They know full well people will be feeling 'lucky' 'festive' and also people will be wasted. This coupled with Santa slots is dangerous.

Its all well and good saying people need to be responsible, but this is predatory from 32red and could be seen by some as having some moral questions.. The company should be more responsible.

For someone like myself, I do not like to play for WR bonuses as I see them as a nuisance, so that holds no appeal for me to use 32red.

My account is now closed.

Why should a player be expected to wait for a withdrawal when the competition is doing it instantly.

As the banks get faster at processing, some casinos seem to think it is a sneaky way of extending the time they take to pay, as people will not notice.

To me, this sounds like there may be some issues behind the scenes for a company to be going downhill in this way, either they need to make a fair bit more money to stay afloat, or the top end are squeezing for profit.

But its not on. Vote with your deposits.

This is true , I never knew that in till I asked in chat .I got told that flushing was never in the terms to start with and they did it on goodwill. I should have read up better :o Still disappointing as I used to like to get my cash within 4 hours of withdrawing .:notworthy I been spoiled to much I guess lol Still think these days casino's should pay out with the 4 hours time frame or sooner.I don't make them wait 24 hours to take my deposits and pay up .It should be instant this day and age .Give you some goodwill and then the month of goodwill take it away just wrong .I will still enjoy MG games on another platform deposits I make weekly is another casino gain .:p

Sounds like promo from MG casinos which have 3+ days pendings.

Pointless for me, one just regular thought here. Deposit is instant , and WD's should be same. Betsafe for example already on this way.

I agree. IMHO a gambling commission should enforce that rule. No more pending time for withdrawals. But we also have the power to enforce it. Imagine 32red losing 70% of the average deposits made. They would definitely get back to flushing then, wouldn’t they?

I was a bit baffled by this - I only flushed early last week at Golden Lounge via CS live chat and all OK. When I read the OP I thought it may have been an over-zealous CS agent who had got it wrong, but Bryan and others have confirmed otherwise!

It is a bit disappointing as 32red sites despite being my favourite MG downloads, seem to be on a race-to-the-bottom at present.

First we had Mark announce earlier in the year that the 24/7 fast pay-outs would end, and 24-hours pending would be introduced and that wasn't exactly welcomed with party hats and poppers especially as weekend cash-outs would be ended thus meaning a w/d Friday >5PM would not be processed until Monday and not reach your debit card until the following Weds. The saving grace was the flushing facility which meant despite overall cash-out times meaning they were now on par with people like say the Red Flush casinos, you could still ring-fence any withdrawal you wanted to make from being played back.

Now you appear to not even have the flush.....

It seems that all the things that made them stand apart from their MG download competitors are slowly and surely being whittled away.

I hope that in the interest of fairness to the other accredited sites that this reduction of service is reflected in their overall score and when awarding this years' accolades at CM.

P.S. Thanks for the Tourney advice. I too have the same issue on all the 32red sites whereby the green bar when loading won't quite complete and the game stalls on loading. I have missed quite a few freerolls because of this.:mad:
 
I would really like to know how this affects players next week.

Does this mean if you withdraw late on Tuesday then it will stay pending till the following Monday since Thursday and Friday are bank holidays as they don't normally process withdrawals on holiday Monday's. If so then that is really surprising that they made the changes at the same time as they released their festive calendar which is all deposit bonuses.

Let's face it if you take a bonus on Tuesday and win you are hardly going to redeposit again that week if your withdrawal is pending so long.

Wonder if all this has something to do with all the new players they got from accounts being transferred from places like go wild etc.

Yes I missed loads of them , Did entre the free roll for £10,000 free roll with rebuy .I would have rebuy a few but as I cant even load the game the chance of that out the window and keeps going slow and freezing. When I did ask about the problem's you get" I don't know " or its free so you not really missing out . I think that game has like 2 days left to play weekend and Christmas week on its way. There no way its going to get fix's before then :( Did you use the repair trick in your computer ? Works for about 5 minutes then goes back to how it was .You could try

Close down any 32 red software download and uninstall it
reinstall software 32 red download and the log off close down .
Click on C drive
click on Mirogaming
click on repair
click on repair again load it up
and it should repair errors

Ones it loads up the pop up turns up
 
a little into this, but I am truly shocked as to why 32red is hell-bent on going downwards on the popularity scale... Has there been a change in the key management or the decision makers (like pokerstars/amaya) that we don't know of? Why would they want to loose any more % of their player base than the already have....?

I noticed last night that their CM rating has dropped to 9.1. I'm fairly certain that their rating was 9.4 as recently as last week.

Which now means that GUTS, along with Grosvenor and Paddy Power, have the joint-highest CM rating at 9.3.

Some of the members here were of the opinion that GUTS should have been awarded Best Casino last year. Even as someone who is not a GUTS customer (yet), I am of the opinion that if they don't win it this year, then they will probably never win it. And if they do not win it this year, I think there will be plenty of head-scratching among us here. I have seen far too many glowing references/reports where GUTS is concerned for it to go unrecognised any longer.

I still think that 32Red is a good casino. But I have to wonder if complacency has started to set in. There is a saying that springs to mind....

"If you are standing still, you are also going backwards"

With a couple of their business decisions this year being somewhat contrary to their "player first" philosophy, it could be argued that 32Red is not even doing the standing still part at the moment. Which in turn means they are going further backwards.

Given the strides that the likes of GUTS and Betat are making, I find this "business strategy" somewhat alarming and out of character. I am rather baffled by it. If customers leave in their droves (and they might well do just that), they won't have a bottom line to worry about maintaining.

Once you lose customers, it's very hard to win them back without a USP or some "X-factor" that sets you apart.
 
32Red tourneys don't work on my Windows systems, they do however work on my Linux with a Windows7 VirtualBox.
Bit of a hassle, but hey...

Late last night I found that by going into msconfig and setting "boot to safe mode with networking" the tournaments worked again on Windows 7 (both machines) without any of this reinstall, empty cache, repair, etc. I was also able to consistently reenter the tournaments. This might be something worth remembering for the next time there is a similar kind of error, and you are half way to a decent placing and can't afford to wait for a fix from MGS.

I think you might find the 10k tournament problems have just been fixed !

I noticed this, the casino "double launched" this morning, a sure sign that something has been updated. The tournaments then worked in normal boot mode, and are still working fine now.

Unfortunately, there is now no game sound, nor background sound, in the lobby. Sound plays on launch though. I won't worry about this now, but will have a fiddle around later, I have only a day left to get a half decent placing.

It may be a case of a final uninstall and reinstall, or maybe this "repair.exe" will fix it. It may even be that the update has set all the in game sound flags to "off" for some reason (default is on).
